The steak was grilled on point and beautifully browned.In addition to the scrumptious menu, we ordered half chicken to share. In contrast to the usual firm texture of free range chicken, the meat was juicy and tender. 餐廳內部裝潢非常現代化,氛圍舒適,為用餐帶來很好的體驗。我們今天點了 Set Dinner 478,裡面包括了蘇格蘭煙燻鮭魚與蟹肉、鵝肝炸脆、熱的維希蘇菲湯、燒烤美國特級牛肉嫩肩等菜式。首先上桌的是蘇格蘭煙燻鮭魚與蟹肉,這道菜非常美味且新鮮,鮮嫩的鮭魚與蟹肉配上清新的沙拉,讓人垂涎欲滴。接下來是鵝肝炸脆,這道菜是我個人非常喜歡的一道菜,炸得非常酥脆,口感香脆可口,加上鵝肝的濃郁,讓人回味無窮。熱的維希蘇菲湯非常暖胃,湯汁濃郁,加上蔬菜的清爽,讓人感到非常舒適。接下來是燒烤美國特級牛肉嫩肩,這道菜的牛肉非常鮮嫩,口感非常好,加上燒烤的炭烤香氣,讓人食指大動。整體而言,這次用餐體驗非常棒,菜式新鮮美味,服務也非常周到。 continue reading
