從前認識的「竹園海鮮飯店」位於跑馬地,是食海鮮的好去處,多年未去過,原來早已搬遷上環。有六十年歷史的老字號,菜式依然是老味道。闊別多年,特別來吃推廣菜式。門外易拉架力推佛跳牆、潮州及吉品鮑魚等貴價菜,但價錢不算貴!秘製潮州翅 $358碗仔頗大,盛得滿滿,黏稠金湯,看來對辦。魚翅煮至軟身半溶,骨膠原滿瀉,份量不算少亦不多,我唔覺得有三両。湯濃味厚,喝得滋味,整體水準滿意,值得重温。帶子釀關東遼參 特價$88/條 原價$198原來是酥炸遼參,外層被薄薄的炸漿包圍,並非現時流行高級食肆吃到的脆皮遼參。明白一分錢一分貨,欣賞這裏的聰明的變化奏,爽口的遼參釀入鮮美帶子,再配上酥脆外層,口感唔錯,味道好,推廣價吃得過。黃鱔飯 $88/位 兩位起無需北上,可以吃到黃鱔飯,而且煲到有飯焦,水準唔錯。番薯糖水、芒果布甸服務員非常殷勤推薦甜品,盛情難卻,原來是贈送的,更加開心!傳統番薯糖水,甜度適中,番薯軟糯。芒果布甸幼滑,亮點是煉奶,合我口味。茶錢$20/位 continue reading

自從朋友幾個月前介紹左喱間餐廳,近年不止一次黎喱到慶祝生日或者節日,質素勁好,價錢都好合理,今日再同爸媽黎食飯,叫左蝦乾粉絲煲、炸子雞和椒鹽魷魚。炸子雞炸子雞外皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩,搭配上特製的醬料,好味。椒鹽魷魚椒鹽魷魚真係要力推,金黃酥脆,撒上的椒鹽和炸蒜係重點,我連啲蒜都食到一乾二淨。最欣賞竹園餐牌價錢一年四季都一樣,冇節日價,性價比非常高。飯後仲會送高質甜品。高質素既餐廳值得支持,要食多啲先可以令佢得以保留。加油! continue reading

我第一次寫食評,唔寫唔安樂!今晚叫咗五道菜,其中有鮮蟹肉賽螃蟹找不到蟹肉,可能少得看不見!另外有蠔皇鵝掌生麵煲,餐牌標榜特大鵝掌,可是來的是4隻縮水鵝掌而且煮得比較爛,顏色深味道鹹似隔夜餸,生麵又少又鹹收費$198。其餘三道餸只係普通。另外茶位$10。一碟花生但收5位芥醬錢共$50蚊,索性每位茶芥$20。本人不打算再光顧這酒家。可能這間酒樓主打海鮮,叫小菜不理想。如果香港多幾間類似的酒樓一定影響香港美食之都的稱號。我要花時間寫食評,目的是唔想其他人再中伏,又貴又唔好食! continue reading

我同同事喺上環竹園海鮮飯店食晏,點咗唔同款式嘅點心,包括燒賣同蝦餃,仲有主菜芝士龍蝦伊麵同蒜蓉粉絲扇貝。燒賣同蝦餃新鮮彈牙,裡面嘅餡料味道不錯,燒賣皮薄唔會太厚,蝦餃嘅蝦仁彈牙鮮甜,整體表現係中規中矩。芝士龍蝦伊麵帶有濃厚嘅芝士香味,龍蝦鮮甜多汁,伊麵滑身入味,整體配搭不錯,適合芝士愛好者。至於蒜蓉粉絲扇貝,粉絲吸收咗鮮美嘅醬汁,扇貝肉質鮮嫩,蒜蓉香氣恰到好處,清爽開胃。整體而言,上環竹園海鮮飯店嘅點心同主菜質素穩定,價錢合理。氣氛唔錯,適合同朋友、同事聚餐。如果你想食正宗嘅粵菜,可以考慮嚟呢度試下佢哋嘅菜式。 continue reading

自從跑馬地及尖沙咀店舖關門之後,第一次嚟到上環分店,懷着興奮嘅心情去魚缸揀海鮮見到以前跑馬地嘅經理,我同老公兩個人食,經理不斷叫我哋叫唔同嘅海鮮,叫咗兩隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌,芝士龍蝦伊麵底,兩隻乳鴿,-斤東風螺,諗住睇吓夠唔夠食先再點,貴妃蚌不過不失,鋒螺質感非常差,韌過擦子膠,芝士焗龍蝦,以前一直都長期食開,今次嘅龍蝦好乾又柴皮,見到乳鴿上枱個樣已經有啲驚嚇(應該係燒過頭)食落去非常乾,直程吞唔落。忍唔住同經理講佢,望住碟龍蝦無動於衷。過分的推銷,海鮮品質差,態度亦負責任。 continue reading
