提起香港街頭小食,除左魚蛋燒賣,相信雞蛋仔同格仔餅都佔左重要一環。今次呢間位於深水埗既小店,其實都已經幫襯左多年,佢唔算係大鋪位,多年來佔用左豪城茶餐廳既一角,主打同只售雞蛋仔及格仔餅。而我主要會推介呢間小鋪既格仔餅,唔係話佢既雞蛋仔唔好食,不過如果相比佢地既格仔餅就有點失色。呢間格仔餅有幾款口味,我會推薦大家試原味,一來價錢較便宜,二來口味較適中,不會過甜或重口味。呢到既原味格仔餅配搭花生醬、煉奶、牛油及白砂糖,而重點我會講在於個餅漿做得好,令格仔餅食落十分鬆脆,不會漿口。 continue reading

深水埗的大街小巷不乏美食。這次光顧的茶餐廳位於深水埗,由地鐵站走5-10分鐘,便能看見茶餐廳佇立在街道轉角位。餐廳的裝潢就是很地道的港式風味。餐牌款式也是簡單的,餐點種類繁多,跟一般茶餐廳一樣,五花八門,讓人在選擇上難以取捨。餐牌上出現一些陳年舊跡,有著時代感,像是告訴客人它在香港經歷過不少時光。我跟好友簡單的每人一份快餐,送餐速度也蠻快的。粟米斑腩飯配凍檸茶我是挺喜歡這種粟米撈飯的⋯⋯茶餐廳的話我多的是會點這道快餐,但這種簡單的快餐也不是處處都做得好。這間茶餐廳做得倒是挺好,粟米醬做得濃味,粟米粒也挺多,很適合撈飯吃。而斑腩有先炸一炸,外皮還是帶脆的,斑腩肉肉質滑嫩。我大概下次也會叫這道快餐——做法雖然簡單但又好吃。而且,現今處處吃晚飯都要五六十元的世道,這茶餐廳還是四十多元就可以了,放眼望去,蠻便宜了。北菇蒸滑雞友人點的是北菇蒸滑雞,與飯分開上,又是一道簡單的晚餐了。滑雞肉質鮮嫩,外皮嫩滑,雞件的骨也少,蠻不錯。作為香港的茶餐廳,這裡充滿了情懷。客人們感覺都挺放鬆,這一桌的叔叔看著新聞便跟那一桌的伯伯聊天,這一家人在吃飯,小孩就被另一桌的叔叔逗笑了。茶餐廳的這種氛圍是在其他地方找不到的輕鬆。食物便宜又不錯,香港地道茶餐廳獨有氛圍,推薦來光顧喔。 continue reading

見到網上推介 所以就過去試一試 我買咗一份格仔餅 12蚊 個格仔餅拎到手嘅時候仲係熱嘅 但唔知點解好淋身 除咗個邊位食到脆卜卜之外 絕大部分都係淋嘅 冇我想像中咁脆口感好食 似係啱啱焗好嘅蛋糕或者麵包 唔知係我唔好彩定咩啦 有時覺得格仔餅脆唔脆都要睇運氣 冇乜蛋香味 醬料砂糖就落得好足 整體嚟講普普通通 有少少失望添 期望落差有啲大 環境衛生都可以 因為佢有塊板隔住 所以街嘅塵唔會飄到入去整格仔餅嘅地方 另外賣嘢食嗰個人嘅有笑容同禮貌 我諗都係價錢同埋禮貌搭救 下次應該唔會再特登走過去買 continue reading

茶餐廳賣蛋撻,菠蘿油就見得多,賣雞蛋仔同格仔餅就真係少見。如果唔係送仔仔去興趣班,佢又扭食,真係唔會經過見到。寫住馳名雞蛋仔,就即刻點個原味,試下口感同味道。12蚊真係唔算貴。因為都keep住有人買,所以全部都係即叫即做。佢用電熱爐 加熱個雞蛋仔夾,有別於平日個夾直接電發熱。唔知係咪因為咁,個雞蛋仔受熱都好平均。外面少少脆,入面有軟綿綿的部份,口感唔錯。整體唔會太甜,有少少蛋香味,覺得幾好味。同埋如果有時間,可以坐起入面慢慢嘆,唔怕個紙袋焗到淋哂。正 continue reading
