呢兩日氣溫驟降,出去食飯首選有個爐喺枱面嘅餐廳,取暖緊要嘛😂😂 嚟到T.O.P.頂層嘅柞木炭家,早嚟有得安排窗口位望住個空中花園食,正~叫咗佢新推出嘅春之石海鮮盛饌套餐,$1088兩位有燒海鮮又有壽喜燒定價都合理,而且套餐仲有前菜、頭盤、石鍋飯同埋牛肋肉/豬五花拼盤,最後仲有兩款甜品添,想食好啲嘅呢個set真心推介~一坐低就有前菜同芝士粟米,前菜款式唔少調味唔會太鹹太辣,泡菜甚至係成罐上,好大方🤣店員先上攞滿石頭嘅燒烤網,第一次咁樣燒海鮮好新奇🤣店員仲會幫手燒埋擺埋盤,鮑魚帆立貝更加切埋一口size,服務超好~唔止服務好,食物嘅水準亦都好高,海鮮新鮮又冇沙,壽喜燒嘅質素拍得住某啲主打壽喜燒嘅專門店,尤其係重叠嚟燒嗰一塊,店員最後將塊牛卷起放落蛋汁度,個口感超正😍😍😍另外牛肋骨同豬五花水準都唔錯,石鍋赤身海蝦飯有脆卜卜飯焦味道亦都不俗,加埋焦糖香蕉同昭和雞蛋布甸兩款甜品都係誠意之作,呢餐飯真係大滿足!!

朋友生日想食韓燒,喺OpenRice搵到柞木炭家好似幾好,地點旺角就大家放工方便食晚飯,喺Openrice 訂位全單有85折。7pm入座後,等齊人職員介紹套餐會抵食過散叫,而且仲可以85折,咁我哋分別叫左一個2人套餐$1088春之石海鮮盛饌加$288 最上等牛助骨,同另一個2人套餐$788加$238韓國釜山鰻魚$238。海鮮拼盤有兩隻鮑魚、兩隻貴妃蚌、兩隻帶子丶仲有幾粒蜆,會有職員幫手燒,先燒熱石春再放海鮮上去,燒得唔會過路啱啱熟,燒完上碟俾你慢慢食。食完海鮮,職員就跟手再燒埋鰻魚,同樣燒得啱啱好,如果個皮脆D仲好。另一主打柞木壽喜燒和牛,每份有2片大2片細,職員提議燒起連小飯團沾蛋食,仲有黑松露配搭,食落好高級。至於其他肉類牛小排、豬肉拼盤就我哋自己燒,套餐份量十足,夠曬我哋五個女仔仲好飽。兩個套餐除咗燒肉仲有熱食兩選一,我哋分別選了人蔘雞湯同埋赤身蝦肉石燒飯,人蔘雞湯用烏雞煲,飲落有淡淡的人蔘味,烏雞肉又幾嫩滑。石頭鍋飯充滿蝦味,而且仲有少少飯焦,好香口。餐廳仲有多款泡菜前菜,只要加$40每枱計,就可以任食泡菜,感覺幾抵。套餐甜品有布甸🍮、烤香蕉🍌、芝士蛋糕🍰,芝士蛋糕係日式輕盈版,食完唔會漏,烤香蕉面頭係焦糖脆面,都好特別。飲品試左菠蘿柚子沙冰+$20味道ok唔太甜,但沙冰好快就溶晒。💰是晚人均消費$500💰回頭指數💯
