很久沒與好友見面, 在數間既坐得舒服又不限時的旺角餐廳中, 她最終揀了申子.  申子的午餐抵吃, 買一送一之餘, 仲送丼. 三人最終只叫兩個餐😅 付一份價錢. 很久沒去過申子,  疫情時因減少聚集,  試過晚市其刺身拼盤,  從來不好八爪魚刺身的我,  居然對申子的八爪魚刺身喜出望外. 一向感覺八爪魚刺身得雪味, 要著力吞嚥. 申子的八爪魚刺身非但不硬, 彈牙滑口, 有魚味👍👍👍👍👍!  相信料靚才可如此! 當試過其鰻魚蛋丼後, 簡直愛上了牠🙋‍♀️!  其醬汁緊緊包住鰻魚之餘, 留有有少許沾在飯上. 從不好飯的我, 會不期然地把鰻魚蛋丼內的飯全部掃光😅.  尤其丼中厚厚的玉子 (雞蛋卷) 是我至愛❤️.  比起其晚市的蛋卷, 我較喜歡午市的製法多一點.  當然,  若與幾年前在黃埔AEON 美食廣場內那玉子燒小店用來自日本鰹魚製作湯汁加在蛋漿裡而製成的玉子燒相比,  確實比下去,  但在港已沒能吃到了😔!刺身套餐內的刺身高質, 蝦大隻鮮甜, 值得一讚. 若厚切的三文魚變成三文魚腩或加錢可換三文魚腩, 就大滿足了😅!朋友盛讚三色丼, 魚子好多既新鮮之餘😍, 仲有海膽, 她們極喜歡👍👍👍👍👍!  今餐滿意 😋😋😋😋😋, CP值高! 亦沒有再叫其他食物,  因接著去隔鄰的 Joyful Dessert 用第二個胃享受米芝蓮甜品. continue reading
