To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由榕樹灣行到索罟灣,見到有幾間海鮮酒家,搏一搏食吓地道海鮮,就試吓呢間海鮮酒家,老闆話開咗好多年了,食一個套餐,送炒蜆,清潔得幾好,沒有食到砂粒,好欣賞條蒸魚,夠新鮮蒸得剛剛好,蝦新鮮,元配好大粒,配料也很多,又有楊州炒飯,味道唔錯,又有菜,送兩個飲品,四百幾蚊,沒有+1服務費,非常之抵食,而且老闆好有禮貌,整咗張海邊的枱給我們,個廁所非常清潔,有別於一般海鮮酒家的廁所,絕對值得再去食多一次,近碼頭, 2分鐘行到去。 continue reading

聖誕節去索罟灣郊遊…一行四人行完山去食飯,碼頭附近成排酒家,有新式有舊式,建議大家對比幾家才選擇,我地對比過後決定選擇桃源,因為我較想食傳統酒家…我地選擇了最貴的一個4人餐($1188沒有加一),包括:炸鮮魷蒜蓉蒸元貝炒龍蒸魚(原本為咕嚕肉/鮑魚,老闆話4人改送蒸魚俾我地)炒青菜炒蜆(這碟是送的,原本老闆說45週年及聖誕節所以送鮑魚,但我本人不太好鮑魚,故改送炒蜆)廈門炒米(原本為炒飯,友人問可否改炒米,老闆好易話為話整個廈門炒米俾我地試)飲品(維他檸檬茶菊花茶芬達之類,可加錢改其他飲品)生果(西瓜菠蘿)成餐都唔錯好好食,埋單$1209 (因為飲品我地額外加錢換其他野飲),聖誕節可以300蚊/人 食到海鮮餐仲要有超級無敵大海景夕陽睇真係好值,反正我地食得好開心好滿足❤️ continue reading

南丫島索罟灣落船,行索罟灣一個圈後返到索罟灣食海鮮,再行去榕樹灣。通常啲人都係幫襯頭嗰幾間,一來我哋唔想等二來聽到呢間老闆話送碟炒蜆俾我哋咁就試吓啦。(可能平日先有)我地叫左set B, 同附近嘅店比呢度係平啲,所以期望唔太高。食物比想像中好,即叫即整,尤其椒鹽鮮魷,配埋個甜酸醬真係一流。白灼蝦(我哋要求轉白灼)就咁食都好好食,因為夠新鮮。本身唔使加一,但我哋覺得佢服務好就俾咗少少tips。食海鮮每人唔使$200 ,仲有咁靚嘅海景,下次再帶朋友嚟行山都可以再嚟!(叫set 就cash only**)呢度係一個好好嘅行山補給站,之後繼續輕鬆行去榕樹灣。🤩 continue reading

暑假多節目今日一家三口到南丫島一日遊中環碼頭搭去榕樹灣榕樹灣附近很多小店,我們逛了一會經榕樹灣行1小時左右路程到索罟灣沿途有小路,山路還經過海灘風景很美,係有點曬🌞但亦有微風屬於易行的行山路徑好適合一家大細到達索罟灣有好幾間海鮮店我們從心選了桃園三人坐近海邊位置好舒服店員亦有禮點了二人餐 $368菠蘿咕嚕肉咕嚕肉脆身,好好味,汁撈白飯椒鹽焗鮮魷鮮魷好新鮮,好香脆,美味可口豉椒本地蜆新鮮好味略嫌份量少揚州炒靚飯不過不失,都ok整體來講,值得推薦📸環境指數🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑🤵🏼‍♀️服務指數🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑👅好味指數🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗💰抵食指數🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑⭐️推介指數🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 continue reading

我同朋友一共11 位去呢間餐廳食飯,我地之前冇睇reviews, 本身想碼頭喺附近搵間食就算,我地經過呢間嘅時候,佢地自己話送多個餸俾我地,咁我地就入左去。疫情期間其實只係有我地同另一枱。點菜嘅時候,個侍應不停話個成$3000 幾嘅餐好抵,但我朋友話睇過我地想食嘅野單點根本唔洗咁貴。我地有小朋友,本身又唔食得多,但都叫左10個餸。餐牌上的食物係有分size。 我地基本都叫左大份。但最後係冇送一個餸,我地亦冇睇餐牌叫左個大嘅清炒菠菜,邊估到頂多1.5 斤嘅菜竟然收$280, 仲貴過炒蜆。整體食物普通,但咁騙人錢真係唔好黎 continue reading
