To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對呢間嘅米線無期望，只係為填飽個肚先至食。其實唔係難食，只不過湯，米線，餸都好平平，無咩特別。環境有少少感覺dirty, 好似求其抹一抹就俾你坐。服務都係一般，都係快食mode。整體係食完就走嗰種。

完全冇湯底可言好似辣油溝水咁，即係啲肉碎都冇味咁岩撈到啲酸菜咪有啲味咁囉係好大碗，但真係唔好食好失望叫左小辣，其實都唔辣，因為辣油得個油字食完都唔知自己食左啲咩真心曬錢可能幾年冇食真係變曬啦

兩個人食咗$178食到一半先醒起無影相叫咗兩個小辣過橋米線，各自加咗餸另外加咗一份蒜蓉雲吞、一份過橋雙拼餃子先講米線個湯頭完全無味，唔咸唔辣，只有撈到有辣油嗰啲位有啲機械式嘅辣味，唔香無辣油嗰啲位係完全無味但我係成個肉醬撈哂落去個湯到，都少少咸香味都無係份量好大，食到個人好飽，但唔好食之後講蒜蓉雲吞其實唔係好分到佢個雲吞同餃子，個樣同味道都差唔多餡料都係無乜味食落去一陣生蒜蓉味同有啲辣油但個辣油同米線係同一個，得辣唔香雙拼水餃係得個椰菜餃有啲甜味，韭菜餃就同雲吞一樣無味點唔點醋都係咁同埋佢無論雲吞定餃子都係勁厚皮嘅款式總結黎講，呢一餐係嘥quota食完都唔知自己食咗咩😶講少少服務，因為佢都幾爆，係咁搭枱，所以上菜上到好亂同埋我哋係見佢咁爆以為佢好好食先入去，點知同枱另外兩位都係咁，米線上到黎食咗一啖就話「無味嘅？」我諗好多人都係咁中伏😓

I recently discovered a fantastic rice noodle shop located in a mall near the MTR, and it was an absolute delight. The noodles had a perfect texture, being springy and satisfyingly chewy. The soup was rich and flavorful, adding depth to the dish. What stood out the most was the wide variety of ingredients available for customization. With so many options to choose from, I was able to create a personalized bowl of noodles with my preferred toppings. 呢間小雨天可能已經有三十年歷史環境同食物都依然係維持水準(冇進步過)仲要衛生情況都幾差張枱又痴笠笠其實唔係好明點解咁多年都未執笠可能係因為抵食夾大件？除咗呢個都諗唔到其他原因每次去都阻止唔到自己嗌同一個組合就係滑雞腐竹小鍋米線大辣超級大碗幾乎冇一次可以成碗完食無論係餸定係米線嘅份量都超多滑雞係最值得嗌嘅餸大大舊冇醃料小雨天嘅辣係來自辣椒油炸醬同酸菜嘅份量少而且唔重口味所以唔食辣嘅話基本上係冇味唔鍾意食辣椒油嘅話就會覺得難食但當我諗返轉頭嗌兩個餸只係48蚊仲要送嘢飲就會覺得算啦起碼夠飽小雨天其實仲有其他飯類選擇只係我本人對飯冇特別渴求同好感不過有見到其他人嗌嘅時候都會覺得係抵食夾大件雖然唔係特別好食但一定係平民恩物
