餐廳已經喺石籬開咗一段時間,由於有傳媒報導過,人氣久久不散,自問住嘅地方唔算係好方便,好佩服大家為咗搵好嘢食捐窿捐罅嘅精神😛之前曾經都試過排隊,但實在要等太耐,家中又有老人家,最後都係半途而廢。遺忘咗一段時間後經過附近,決定同家人入去試下。餐廳食物選擇好多,無論係定食、漬飯、鍋物定烤肉,都一應俱全。雖然身處熟食市場內,旁邊係兩間開咗好耐嘅港式大排檔,乙環境同一般日式飯堂或者居酒屋好唔同,但相宜嘅價錢絕對可以彌補地理位置嘅不足👍🏻我哋叫咗吉列特選豬扒定食($58)、牛油煮蜆($48)同HuwaHuwa靜崗蒸蛋($38),定食包漬物、沙律同味噌湯,吉列豬扒即叫即炸,金黃香脆,而且唔油膩,份量亦足,都幾抵食😋另外必須讚下個蒸蛋,顛覆咗一貫對蒸蛋嘅認識,佢嘅蒸蛋有種食緊疏乎厘嘅感覺,好蓬鬆,帶有好強空氣感,感覺好特別🤩牛油煮蜆亦唔錯,帶有濃濃海水味嘅蜆,加上牛油香,令人食完一啖又一啖😉聽聞店主本身喺一位日本大廚,好感恩佢選擇喺呢到開店,店雖然唔大,但食到嘅係廚師嘅用心♥️ continue reading

葵涌區比較少日本餐廳,今日探朋友,朋友想食日本菜,所以醒起依邊有間日本人主理既餐廳,之前都上過蘋果日報,好似幾特別咁,所以就慕名而黎。店鋪係熟食中心入面,入面都有大排檔、印度餐館、日本餐廳,熟食中心姐係代表無冷氣,夏天無冷氣食野,仲要周圍有大排檔既火頭,諗起都滴汗。不過,睇食評見好似有冷氣房,都安心啲,所以就去馬。入去個鋪面唔難揾,但會途經大排檔,要留神,否則人地係你腳側跟倒污水都唔知,我朋友就咁中左招。之後我地去到滿足食堂啦,諗住入冷氣房,店員話今日無人無開到,就叫我地坐出去喇已經心諗中伏。不過朋友好想食日本野,都覺得menu OK就算。Menu有大路日本餐廳會有既野食,幾特別既係佢有日本各地既特色食物提供,亦有A5和牛系列同酒提供。朋友叫左牛肉烏冬,我叫左照燒雞定食,但佢話無,就轉左泡菜豚肉定食。兩個set都有酸蘿蔔同沙律,幾好食。牛肉烏冬($68):肉似係X寶急凍牛肉,少肉味,配以大路係昆布湯讚歧烏冬,好難煮得難食,所以OK!泡菜豚肉定食($68):泡菜極多,但肉過份地少,睇圖就知,都算啦。泡菜既味重酸味,無辣味,同我平時食過既泡菜味出入大,但豬肉無味,似係拎啲泡菜出黎撈下啲豬肉碎片就算。我夾左啲肉出黎送飯就算。總結:食完之後汗流浹背,味道平平什至可以話劣食,價錢貴,不值得為了一般既食物質素而黎捱熱!PS. 八點入鋪時一個客人都沒有,其實一早應該覺得中伏閃人! continue reading

儘管有點遠,但和宜合道附近一帶的餐廳選擇較多,偶爾寧願吃得匆忙都想去看看 平時會去泰菜及粉麵店,試過多行兩步到熟食市場,但因為晚了點,大部分檔口已落場 結果一年多下來,總共只吃到兩次友人大力推薦的日本菜食店——滿足食堂 搜尋過資料,原來此店是由日本人主理,而師傅本為白木屋總廚,其後決定自立門戶 店舖雖小,但供應菜式多多,各式丼飯及小食不在話下,冬季更有日式火鍋 飯類套餐和單品定價相約,餐附麵豉湯及漬物,沒有興趣的話直接單點就好 位處於熟食市場內,店內環境沒大問題,負責人亦甚親切,價位不算平民,但可以一試 香甜滑蛋系列可謂Comfort Food,初來報到,聽友人提議,選定滑蛋雞扒飯 $62 雞扒炸得橙亮無泛油,炸皮層頗薄身,仍留一分脆感,雞肉沒有雪味腥味,未會過乾 滑蛋部分就中規中矩,富蛋香,甜甜的調味亦很討喜,然而,明顯地說不上是滑溜 其後再訪,嚐到滑蛋澳洲和牛飯 $72,牛肉片煮得微韌了,勝在肉味濃香突出,又不油膩 滑蛋依舊,但拌有充分熟透,吃著清甜的洋蔥,看在味道的份上,質感的事就放過它了 席間,友人點了店家的名物Huwa Huwa靜岡蒸蛋 $42,軟綿綿的,讓人聯想到梳乎厘 本以為整鍋都是細緻蛋泡,不過原來下層盛著熱辣辣的木魚昆布湯,盡是家常風味 continue reading
