喺九龍城南角道呢一條街,相信都係全港出晒名嘅泰國匯聚地方,😛基本上大部份所見到嘅餐廳都離唔開泰國,就連裏面亦都有一啲泰國特色嘅店舖,想食正宗嘅泰菜,通常都係會推介呢一度。🥰有一間相對嚟講都長期多客人就係呢間小曼谷泰國美食,餐牌大部份嘅選擇都離唔開泰國最正宗嘅幾道菜。我自己都專登揀咗幾款嚟享受一下😋泰皇咖喱軟殼蟹配薄餅— 🦀餐廳高度推介咖喱,泰國嘅咖喱最特別嘅地方就係鮮黃色裏面加入咗大量嘅配料,🍛特別係青椒黃椒洋蔥同埋加入咗蛋液,令到成個咖喱底非常濃郁,無論係食材定係白飯配合埋都係天衣無縫完美掛汁。🍛軟殼蟹同咖喱亦都係息息相關,原隻軟殼蟹炸完之後,皮脆肉軟,尤其是蟹殼嗰度仲蘊藏住唔少嘅蟹黃,🦀非常香口,點埋個咖喱汁仲更加滋味,我就選擇咗薄餅貪佢夠脆,充滿咗牛油香而且同咖喱亦都非常配合,🍛唔想食飯唔想食麵嘅話要薄餅絕對係不二之選🦀串燒拼盤— 🍢喺泰國唔少得正宗嘅沙嗲串燒啦, 唔想左揀右揀直接要個串燒拼盤裏面就包含咗泰式臘腸雞肉牛肉豬肉同埋雞全翼各一串。 🍢泰式臘腸外表同港式臘腸差唔多,但係裏面嘅肉香同埋水潤度更加高,同台灣腸嘅感覺差唔多, 🍢燒完反而更加香同埋油脂會突出一啲。 雞肉牛肉同豬肉非常嫩, 🍖用咗比較瘦嘅部份,所以食唔出油脂位,咁就可以大大啖每一啖都係飽滿嘅肉🍖最後喺泰國成日都離唔開嘅甜品一定係芒果糯米飯,🥭喺呢一度都可以品嚐到正宗嘅芒果糯米飯,粒粒芒果都係鮮黃色,而且多汁又唔酸,🥭絕對係新鮮嘅表現,至於暖笠笠嘅糯米飯配埋椰汁更加係經典之作,🥭濃郁嘅椰汁好好咁包住糯米嘅米香,煙韌,但又唔黐牙,一試難忘,絕對要高度推介🥭選擇飲品嘅時候徘徊喺泰國椰青定係椰汁冰已呢一度就可以一杯滿足兩個願望就係椰汁沙冰,🧉會感受到底部有啲椰子水嘅清甜,但係上面就有椰奶冰嘅質地,而且裏面每一啖你都會食到椰肉碎,真材實料,真係唔「椰」少🧉小曼谷泰國美食 (南角道) (九龍城)九龍城南角道9-11號地舖 continue reading
