米気@黃埔百寶坊開業以來人氣一直高企既日式家庭料理店,每次經過我都見到佢成日有人排隊。主打嘅係俗稱「一汁多食」包括米飯、主食、冷菜同埋溫菜嘅日式料理,米飯同埋蛋都係來自日本。今日就搵咗個朋友去試一試。菜式嘅選擇多達五十個,令人眼花撩亂,而且每份嘅份量都唔細,我哋兩個人都食得好飽。🍱Set 1 (一汁三菜+甜品)🍚醬油蛋飯首先一定要試吓佢哋招牌嘅醬油蛋飯。餐廳用上咗日本既越光米,飽滿有彈性。加埋濃厚香味濃郁既蘭王蛋黃,再以日本醬油調味,蛋味鹹香相互融合,撈飯一流!🐙八爪魚沙律八爪魚沙律色彩鮮艷,入面嘅八爪魚爽口彈牙得黎又唔算太韌,沙律菜整體好清爽,青瓜同車厘茄配上微酸既沙律汁非常開胃。🍗南蠻炸雞炸雞幾好味而且肉質唔會太乾,算係正常發揮,炸得夠香脆,配埋塔塔醬食一流。🍢關東煮一道非常有日式風味嘅菜式,算係不過不失,蘿蔔無乜渣,夠曬清甜同埋入味。🍦米氣雪糕呢度嘅特色菜式之一,雪糕幾順滑,上面仲有d米通脆脆,口感特別,值得試一試。🍱Set 2 (一汁兩菜+甜品)🐮蒜蔥燒牛肩肉卷牛肩肉肉質好冧又多汁,燒得啱啱好。配搭上蔥蒜有着豐富嘅香氣同口感,同時平衡左油脂味。配搭埋個肉汁,簡直非常滋味。🐟奶油菠菜鮭魚佢嘅醬汁都唔算好濃,奶油味都唔會太重,唔使驚食得太Heavy。🍊蜜柑白玉呢個甜品就比較普通,冇咩特別之處。蜜柑幾鮮甜,配搭埋小丸子同白玉,味道不過不失。 continue reading

第一個丼飯八爪魚沙律就已經吸引晒我嘅胃口。啲八爪魚爽脆彈牙,配埋清爽嘅沙律醬,真係開胃又唔會太膩。白飯上撒咗香軟嘅明太子,令白飯更加香濃。紅酒繪牛肉嘅質感啱啱好,肉質鮮嫩,再沾埋啲醬汁更加好食。最後,糯米雪糕作為甜品,清新又唔會太甜,唔知係咪用米整,所以好黏稠,煙煙韌韌。第二個丼飯帆立貝裙邊沙律作為前菜,啲帆立貝鮮甜爽口,配埋沙律底酸酸尾尾,而且份量好多一啲都唔係前菜份量!南蠻炸雞,啲雞塊炸得香脆,肉質又多汁,佢上面嗰個醬汁非常特別,少少沙律醬加埋一啲洋蔥粒,中和左炸雞嘅油膩。 不過沙律醬都偏濃郁。 所以食幾舊真係夠飽啦!最後,茶碗蒸蛋作為結尾,滑嫩細膩,裏面嘅材料都好多,仲有平時都冇乜嘅鰻魚。 總括黎講,呢間飯真係值得一試!我估佢個名叫米氣所以整嘅嘢都關米事! 飲品係黑糖米水,個人認為偏甜。 然後雪糕又係米整嘅。整體來講幾有特色,午餐嘅Menu價錢都尚算可以。 continue reading

每逢lunch time經過呢間以日本雞蛋做主題嘅日式家庭餐廳都會見到大排長龍,今次特登嚟試吓呢間餐廳睇吓有咩特別🤩🤩餐牌分咗三個部份(前菜、主食、配菜),全部都可以任君選擇,但有部份菜式就要另外加錢,加加埋埋一個lunch set都要$80以上💰但整體而言味道冇話太驚喜,正常發揮,未必會encore…… continue reading

米氣真係開咗好耐,一直覺得都幾貴所以冇食過,今次同同事一齊嚟試吓。主打日式家庭料理風主菜揀紅酒煮牛肋條,$78價錢視乎你叫咩主菜紅酒煮牛肋條,好濃,好彩個汁唔係好稠,唔會一patpat咁,牛肋條好淋,不過得兩三舊,紅蘿蔔好甜另外揀飯、冷盤、飲品我叫左最普通嘅白飯,唔洗加錢,可以加錢有隻蛋或者其他冷盤南瓜沙律,超creamy,遠睇仲以為係炒蛋,好濃南瓜味飲品,米氣黑糖米水常溫,唔洗加錢,可加錢飲其他附湯、前菜 continue reading
