呢間麵店,喺我中學年代已經有跨區食,當時有個男朋友住粉嶺,佢帶我試完覺得好食,間唔中都encore 😂 聯和墟唔多出名嘅食店,呢間係其中一間,就算平日食都要排隊🫢群記食豬手其實出名啲,入親去食,十檯入面十檯都有食豬手😂 但因為我呢日淨係想食牛丸,所以叫咗個牛丸米(細$35),但太睇少自己😂 叫個細唔夠食,最尾又加多碗淨牛丸($35)🤣🤣 佢個牛丸牛味濃而且彈牙,好食~ 記得要試埋佢個辣油,加埋食簡直係錦上添花🤭 continue reading

群記牛肉圓豬手在北區住了那麼多年, 講真, 除非你唔食豬手或者豬肉。否則, 真係應該要幫襯下食吓~以前屋企人帶我去食, 其實唔太知有咩特別。但當人大了, 食過出面既花巧野就會明白其實呢度既豬手真係算抵食同好食。佢既湯底唔特別, 但胡椒味真係唔錯既。豬手食落口係爽淋, 而非滿滿骨膠原的 “漿”口感。如果為求漿口感的, 可能真的會令你失望。但這爽淋的口感相對不會令你吃到油膩感。我個人就頗欣賞的。一碗淨豬手或一碗豬手米的量其實很多,比起外面九龍香港的物價真算很抵食了。還有不得不說他們的辣椒醬,每次我都要添加。因為太香了. 豬手搭上他們的辣椒醬,你就會明白為何平平無奇的胡椒湯底都那麼多人來光顧。鋪頭堂食我就真係只會非夏日幫襯~畢竟沒冷氣真的在炎夏有點難受。但我又怕佢加左冷氣後食物價錢急升, 所以….不表態了~ continue reading
