朋友生日揀咗呢間餐廳,食物係印度fushion菜,未必人人都啱,但係勝在搞花臣,而家Restaurant Week, 晚餐都係有特價,頭盤四樣食物已經包埋,另外再揀一個main, 都有幾個唔同菜式𢵧。餐廳本身都係serve素食,食肉獸就未必啱。講到服務,從亞畢諾道入口其實都唔係餐廳正門,係佢哋上面嘅酒吧,但真正服務員其實係喺樓下,所以每次想搵waiter嘅時候就冇, 要人打電話落去叫上嚟,但最慘係服務員真的唔係好熟餐牌,有啲乜係包同唔包都完全答唔到唔。既然係朋友生日揀嘅食完就算。 continue reading

估唔到係中環都俾我搵到呢一間🌟素食印度菜🌟🛕VEDA🛕本身素食都會係試啲比較中式嘅嘢,近期都多咗好多歐美菜式嘅素食😆,不過呢一間印度菜就真係第一次試😌,呢度有兩層高,無論係壁畫定係擺設,就算係出邊嘅外牆,都有歐美特色,雖然餐廳座位唔算多,但已經足夠可以聚餐😆今次我哋就揀咗呢一個🌟Tasting Menu $498/p🌟,因為第一次嚟嘅關係,就試吓佢個set,咩都有,呢度為二人份量👏🏻🌟STARTERS TO SHARE首先前菜方面,佢哋總共有五款咁多🥟SILK ROUTE MOMOS :印度菜嘅傳統餃子😍,呢款裏面包咗菠菜同芝士嘅餡料,其實我覺得味道又唔錯,食唔出素食嗰種冇味嘅感覺,另外佢配咗蕃茄酸辣醬,沾落更加惹味😋😋🇮🇳PANI PURI :呢一款就係正宗印度菜式之一😍,無論係賣相定係味道都值得一讚,首先將薄薄嘅烤脆波整一個小洞,之後就可以將鷹嘴豆同薯蓉加落裏面,再倒入特製薄荷醬,一道正宗嘅pani puri就完成啦👍🏻,味道都係相當出色,不過醬汁有啲辣,所以以唔食得辣嘅我嚟講,就真係要忍吓啦😂🍞PANNER CHILLA :另外呢一道菜真心食唔到,但朋友就覺得OK唔錯,辣得來夠惹味,呢一件為印度班戟,裏面都係一啲健康嘅餡料,炸到外脆內軟,又熱辣辣,係唔錯👏🏻👏🏻💚ALOO MATAR TIKKI :佢係類似土豆餅咁,面層係辣奶油蕃茄,佢係屬於印度嘅街頭小食,裏面好綿,似薯蓉咁,好開胃,本身覺得印度嘢都係唔係好適合港人口味,不過今次試到呢間之後完全係另眼相看👍🏻👍🏻🥗CHAAT BOMBAY SALAD :最後呢份沙律,估唔到幾特別😆,除咗蔬菜之外仲有鮮橙肉,另外有蘿蔔絲,鷹嘴豆同埋特製醬料,食落甜甜酸酸咁嘅開胃😋😋🌟MAINS🥘ALOO GOBI :主菜方面可以揀兩款,我哋就揀咗其中嘅印度特製嘅椰菜花薯仔咖喱,佢哋嘅做法好啱香港人口味,呢個菜式唔辣,黃咖喱比較甜,奶味重👍🏻,將椰菜花切碎再加入薯仔撈勻嘅菜式,另外再加上腰果,口感獨特,配飯一流😋,另外佢哋會跟埋印度烤餅同埋飯,呢個二人餐一定食到飽🤤🤤🤍PANANG "DRY" TOFU :最後配上一份印度醬料嘅乾豆腐,佢係用咗panang 嘅咖喱,再配以花生碎同香葉,將醬料滲透到豆腐裏面,食起上嚟嘅豆腐特別濃郁👍🏻,味道特別,真係估唔到印度菜喺素食方面都咁高質🩷🩷🌟DESSERTS :🍰CHAI MASALA BURNT CHEESECAKE :我哋試咗呢兩款特製嘅甜品,分別係巴斯克紅莓芝士蛋糕,厚身之餘有着濃濃嘅芝士味,焗到有蕉香😍,因為有紅莓果肉嘅關係,食每一啖蛋糕嘅時候都唔會覺得膩,超開胃🤤,size大概係手掌咁大,絕對食得晒🤣🤣🍐POACHED PEAR :最後呢一款甜品相當出色😍😍,大概感覺就好似水煮梨咁,加入紅酒同糖漿煮至腍身,再配雲呢拿薑奶油同埋合桃粒一齊食,甜得來唔會膩💚,梨肉爽甜,賣相精緻,值得一試🤤🤤🤤 continue reading

和好朋友在這裡食生日飯,服務真的非常周到而溫暖!我們自己帶了蛋糕,吃蛋糕環節,餐廳很貼心地把我們的蛋糕放在一個粉紅色的碟上,蛋糕四周撒滿了乾的玫瑰花瓣,真的很精緻浪漫的呈現,這些細節真的很加分!經理Isaac笑容真誠地為我們送上三杯白酒祝福朋友的生日,並耐心地為我們拍照。中間送錯了一道菜也免費送給我們吃了。在這裡除了能吃到精緻的印度素食,更感受到了餐廳服務人員的真摯用心,價格也非常公道,整個體驗太棒了! continue reading

喜歡印度🇮🇳菜的姐又來了☺️話說約定了每個月來一餐健康的素食!(開始年紀大又健康啲👵🏻) 今日發掘了一家中環的印度素食餐廳🌿VEDA! 第一次食就食Festive Dinner ($470/pp) 跟我想像中的印度餐廳唔同,餐廳都幾文青風,絕對不是你想像的一般印度菜!!菜式加入了印度的烹調元素或材料,亦唔會好濃味,有部分菜式更是vegan🌿/Soup - Sweet Potato & Tomato Soup / Starter - Butternut Squash / Main - Veg Wellington/ Main - Bourguignon/ Dessert - Crumbles 主菜的Veg Wellington以酥皮包住菠菜芝士蓉,配上甜甜的紅菜頭汁中和膩感。另外Bourguignon 用上雅支竹(Artichoke) blend成的蓉來代替薯蓉,再加上南瓜、蘑菇、炸洋葱,入口輕盈沒有負擔。甜品的Crumbles 用了海鹽雲呢拿雪糕,配以蘋果和提子乾,加多杯mulled wine充滿着節日嘅感覺🎄好喜歡餐廳氣氛! 仲有好型格的酒吧 🍸 星期五去chill下一流!✨下次要試下A la carte 菜式先! continue reading
