久違了!自從轉咗工之後 真係好少過海今日咁啱要去中環做嘢 搞掂哂都只係9點零10點即刻諗起可以去食返個茄牛通😆🥢蕃茄鮮牛肉通粉 話說識食如我就梗係要嗌佢嘅蕃茄系列啦🤣之前一直食開茄牛通 梗係要叫返個嚟懷緬一下過去今次一樣都係咁好食,如果啲蕃茄再多啲我會會開心啲🤣🤣🤣仲有杯凍奶茶都係一樣咁好飲👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥢榨菜鮮牛肉米粉第一次嚟食嘅屋企人竟然嗌咗個榨菜鮮牛肉米粉我完全估佢唔到🤣🤣🤣不過佢都有讚啲啲鮮牛肉好味,榨菜又靚佢話唔係間間都俾啲咁好嘅榨菜🤣而且無論係榨菜同牛肉都唔孤寒不過一路食就覺得有啲咸🥢牛油檸檬汁蜜糖脆脆唔知呢個係唔係佢哋嘅新菜式呢?以前一直食開奶油豬,今次見到有個檸檬汁蜜糖脆脆覺得幾新奇,加上我又喜歡檸檬呢啲酸酸嘅感覺,所以就叫咗個嚟食吓我個人嚟講係幾鍾意佢加咗檸檬嗰種感覺,會冇咁甜,又清新啲醒神啲,但係佢個包就略嫌乾硬咗少少🤪同埋食呢個蜜糖脆脆嘅時候記得唔好講嘢啊🤣因為佢真係好脆 又好多麵包碎我都俾啲麵包碎整咗一鑊,一路食一路係咁咳😅然後今次嚟食嘅時候發現真係好多遊客仲要九成都係韓國人😂希望呢啲咁有特色又地道嘅小店 可以繼續維持落去啦🥰 continue reading

之前睇完白鐘元同SJ 既藝聲介紹過之後就一直好想試!舖頭淨係開星期一至五8:30-13:00最近難得有時間就即刻去食返次!呢個排檔已經有超過60年歷史 好多人都係特登去食佢呢個香港風味!自從韓國美食家介紹完之後 都開始多咗好多遊客午飯時間去可能要等一等位但係都同普遍茶餐廳一樣轉得好快!-🥢蕃茄雞扒蛋公仔麵🥢蕃茄蛋公仔麵嗌咗佢最出名嘅蕃茄湯麵🍅 配搭非常之多如果真係唔鍾意食蕃茄嘅都有無蕃茄湯嘅選擇湯底超級濃嘅蕃茄味 酸酸甜甜😋仲有勁多茄肉!每條麵都掛滿蕃茄湯汁隻煎蛋仲要流心嘅添🍳🥢鮮油脆脆烘到超級酥脆既包夾住一大塊鮮牛油用麵包嘅熱力慢慢溶化嚿牛油令到牛油可以完美咁滲晒入去食落真係勁邪惡 但都真係好好食🥹係簡簡單單嘅香港味道!-感覺依家好似已經好難搵到啲咁舊式嘅排檔而且喺中上環總一直keep住呢個價錢真係好值! continue reading

途經中環。。。諗唔到食乜。。。見勝香園不算太多人。。。便去食個平民茶餐。。。😂😂😂香港已很少這些露天茶檔。。。懷舊風味十足。。。我叫了個招牌茄牛通和奶油脆脆。。。茄牛通的份量好似比從前小。。。可能由於我去嘅時間已差不多收工。。。賣晒就算。。。蕃茄湯都算濃。。。牛肉也淋。。。味道還可以。。。但份量好似真係少咗d......😅😅😅奶油脆脆味道當然不太特別。。。但麵包好似不太熱。。。同麵包好似烘得太乾了。。。感覺一般。。。味道不比從前。。。😑😑😑 continue reading
