Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蘭桂坊餐廳林立,對於有選擇困難症嘅我真係好難選擇,今次經朋友介紹,揀了一間樓上西餐廳Cuisine Culture,想不到鬧市之中有如此高質又性價比高的法式餐廳。龍蝦湯 $92 龍蝦湯一端上來已經令人食指大動,單以顏色及氣味判斷已經知道是水準之作,喝下去龍蝦味果然又濃又香,推介!法式焗蝸牛 $108法式焗蝸牛熱辣辣,充滿香草蒜香味道,配上香滑薯蓉,滋味非常。餐廳還備有專用的叉子和鉗,吃時可以保持儀態。法式地道鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔 $228主菜點了煎鴨腿,鴨腿表層煎得香脆,內裏卻非常軟滑,嚐得出廚師的功力!鴨油煎的薯仔比普通煎的薯仔份外甘香,絕對是這道菜的另一主角。海鮮墨魚意粉 $208另一主菜海鮮墨魚意粉,個人真心推介。不但有大量海鮮,有大蝦、帶子同青口,意粉沾滿濃濃海鮮味的醬汁,惹味非常!朱古力心太軟配雪糕 $88廚師用心於碟上繪上圖案,甜品未吃已經加分。心太軟的熔岩效果十足,朱古力雪糕入面還有朱古力粒,喜愛朱古力的朋友不容錯過。不得不提的是,侍應態度殷勤,還細心詢問客人對菜式的意見。有機會一定會再來品嚐其他菜式! continue reading

「Cuisine Culture」位於中環得己立街,是一間主打傳統法國菜的樓上餐廳。電梯按2樓,入內的環境簡潔舒適,深受客人歡迎。<法式焗蝸牛> $98蝸牛是廚師推介嘅菜式之一,肉質軟滑juicy,底下的薯蓉牛油香重,順滑口感和蝸牛好夾。<焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯> $78洋蔥湯貴為餐廳招牌,當然每人都要點返一碗。熱辣辣上枱隨即聞到陣陣洋蔥香,法式麵包係浸喺於湯內,麵包吸滿湯汁,整體濃而不膩。就算擺咗一陣,芝士仍然有拉絲效果。<法式地道鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔> $208鴨腿外皮煎過,令到鴨肉外脆內軟,無醬汁反而食到鴨肉原始味道。薯仔用咗鴨油落去煎香,好香口。<海鮮墨魚意粉> $188顧名思義,意粉用咗墨魚汁製成。麵體比較軟身,海鮮有蝦、青口、帆立貝,食材都很新鮮,醬汁濃烈,帶有蝦味。<香蕉班戟加雪糕球> $78最後當然點返個甜品一起分享。是日甜品為香蕉班戟加雪糕球,班戟外脆內軟,隱若有股冧酒香味,配搭凍冰冰的朱古力雪糕,簡直喺冰火兩重天。 continue reading
