To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

臨近聖誕,因而挑選了這間看似不俗的葡萄牙餐廳與女友進餐。餐廳官網上張貼有節日午餐之餐牌,但親臨餐廳後卻發現僅有498連加一的Brunch供應,姑且嘗試其早午餐如何。開首的麵包實屬災難,麵包過硬而不脆,佐料也無特別,配上吞拿魚醬與牛油,吃出了便利店吞拿魚三文治的味道。之後的前菜想不到已是整次用膳的高潮。八爪魚,紅蝦他他,與豬肋眼值得一讚,調味口感均各有特色。Clams亦發揮不錯,蜆肉頗為肥美,惟稍欠調味。然而一碗餐湯實在奇怪,我的形容是一碗薯仔湯加一片辣肉腸,味道可想而知。主菜方面,額外加100元的紅蝦蜘蛛蟹飯則最令人失望。上菜時我思疑蟹肉在何處?原來只是在飯中以一絲絲的形式出現,味道不如街市數十元的小花蟹鮮甜,根本可有可無,僅是噱頭而已。飯更是糟糕,口感如同稀飯,味道也毫無層次,甚至越吃喉嚨越有乾渴的感覺。品嘗一番後,正欲分食予女友時,只見她搖頭婉拒,一切不言而喻,我唯有勉強完成這碟額外收費的紅蝦飯。甜品方面,兩份甜品賣相不俗,味道一樣並無特別,實在不知如何作評論。最後在職員方面,此店男職員態度不錯,面帶笑容,風趣有禮。女職員則有待進步,笑容欠奉,服務態度不如大家樂的阿姨。更有趣的是當我向一位女店員詢問除咖啡之外有何選擇,該店員向我搖頭。然而不久後我卻見到店員為另外一位客人送上檸檬茶,實在令我哭笑不得。總結,餐廳食物整體中等而定價進取。午市人均600多元已接近米芝蓮級數,多加二三百已能到四季,文華用膳,體驗相信是幾何級數的提升。

哎唷 不錯wo~喺大館附近嘅葡萄牙菜餐廳,主廚都係葡萄牙人,比上次澳門食個間好好多!環境都係地中海藍色style,空間唔算大,但都幾有氣氛。超推薦乳豬!本身望落唔係好脆咁有少少失望,點知咬落去係脆卜卜㗎!肉仲係好juicy好嫩🥰鹹香鹹香的,冇過多香料調味,食到乳豬嘅油香同原味👍🏻招牌焗鴨飯都唔錯,將表面焗到香脆飯焦嘅感覺,下層嘅飯就係軟熟,吸收晒鴨絲、臘腸同五花腩嘅味,每一啖都有鴨絲~啲飯可以分到兩碗,食完剛剛好😋蒜蓉白酒煮蜆好好食!本身覺得同平時食嘅會差唔多,但佢重牛油味蒜味,卻又好fresh好開胃,做前菜真係一流!每隻蜆都係飽滿脹卜卜🤤熟度啱啱好,一啲都唔韌~紅蝦他他都係開胃前菜😂平時食紅蝦好貴架嘛👉🏻👈🏻依家有呢個他他又可以食下紅蝦又有其他味道、蔬菜、麵包脆脆,感覺抵食d(好師奶😂);上面薄薄一層都係紅蝦,撈混之後每啖都有食到紅蝦,搭配蔬菜同醬汁就好fresh~是推薦的❤️

遠望相隔一條街嘅大館,黃昏夜晚嘅氣氛應該唔錯。平日晏畫有3-course lunch set,有唔少中環白領嚟食飯/傾生意,大部分侍應都係外國人,係時候練習下英文。“Algarvia” salad 紅菜頭沙律配羊奶芝士切粒紅菜頭+紅蘿蔔,質地腍,但到保留咬口,冇草腥味,配少量芝士、薄荷碎、蜜糖芥末醋汁,味道好清新,幾有趣。Leitao A Bairrada 招牌葡式烤乳豬乳豬焗到外皮脆卜卜,肥肉軟綿帶膠質,瘦肉夠腍又有咬口,調味簡單,有啲似粵式乳豬。傳統葡式乳豬配以橙片、炸薯片、新鮮沙律,仲有糯米飯,不過略硬略乾。Pera Bebeda 傳統葡式砵酒煮梨紅酒煮梨,微甜帶淡淡肉桂味,酒味比較重,作為甜品收尾係一個好嘅選擇。黑咖啡可以揀咖啡/茶,正常發揮!
