Carbone is representing New York style Italian food, always full booking in weekends. The staff dress elegantly, they welcomed us warmly with a big big smile.(1) MojitoThe interior design is a kind of old-acheol chandeliers and vintage floor tiles. There is lack of natural lighting, we practically could not look from the outside of the restaurant.(2) A complimentary bread board(3) Octopus PizzaioloSpanish octopus with roasted pepper and fingerling potato. The sweet sauce is surprise me. This is absolutely a hearty appetizer to start your wwonderful dinner.(4) Tuna Crudo(5) Lobster RaviolIf you like lobster, you must try it. The fillings and sauce were moist.(6) Espresso Martini(7) Ribeye Diana(8) Spicy Rigatoni Vodka(9) Potatoes SergioThis is a birthday celebration for my friend, we did not order the desserts as recommended by the service staff. 米其林推薦的紐約意大利餐廳，意大利菜果然味道不錯！環境優雅安靜，可以好好享受美食！Carpaccio Piemontese薄切生和牛肉片，放入口充滿了和牛肉香味，當細細品味時，和牛肉片的質地非常細緻，它們輕輕地在舌頭上滑動，不帶絲毫的嚼勁。這種細緻的質地使得每一口都變得如絲般順滑，感受到牛肉的柔軟和嫩滑，它幾乎在口中融化。薄片上有黑松露薄片、火箭菜和核桃，享受到食物的豐富和精緻！西冷牛排五成熟，軟而多汁，像一盤藍莓蛋糕一樣滑嫩多汁，簡直就是爆汁，好吃！

Second visit to Carbone and still impressed me with their flavours!Loved the Bread Basket. The tomato-flavored bread is absolutely delicious, and the garlic-infused crispy bread is also incredibly tasty.Some ham and cauliflower came along with the bread basket, The tangy and spicy cauliflower is a fantastic way to stimulate your appetite.The thinly sliced beef carpaccio is fresh and nicely seasoned. The flavors are on point, and it's a delightful dish.The broccoli is well seasoned, and I especially loved the touch of lightly squeezed lemon that adds a refreshing flavor to it. Highly enjoyable!Spicy Rigatoni Vodka Pasta-The sauce on the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta is really tasty. It's a flavorful combination that hits the spot.Fantastic atmosphere filled with celebration and joy was a plus. Staffs are friendly and exudes positive vibes, making every visit a memorable experience.
