泰.夯蝦 (堅拿道西) (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣堅拿道西10號冠景樓1樓1B號舖早排有段時間潮興食泰國流水蝦,J同K終於第一次黎啦! 可能因為我地食早場12:00pm時段,開門無耐,所以好多野未settle好~銅鑼灣店全部座位都係卡位,卡位旁邊會有水缸,一坐低,店員同我地講 「等陣先夾d蝦俾你地燒」,然後簡略同我地介紹「燒之前用夾將蝦放入冰筒凍暈,然後就燒得~ 」🦐過嚟食之前J妹上網睇晒食評做功課,心諗「唔係話店員會教客人凍暈大頭蝦之後要剪蝦鬚蝦腳再燒既咩!?🤔」 , 想問清楚之際,店員好快調轉頭係原地向收銀同事大叫 「下一枱客話想轉位喎!佢哋坐邊?」 然後無理我哋就走左……😳我哋見未有蝦喺水缸,就出去拎熟食醫肚先啦~ 可能剛開市關係,熟食熱盤未放齊食物可以理解~ 熟食有 :炒蜆、炒螺,惹味~海南雞,肉質嫩滑但好生!炒大頭蝦,肉質梅~炒飯,正常,飯粒偏濕~ 蒸大頭蝦,唔錯~肉質有彈性,唔梅~泰式蝦片,香脆!入座後約20-25分鐘,店員執完貨同夾好蝦後,就倒左堆生猛大頭蝦落水缸啦~大頭蝦本身蝦膏多,但冇乜蝦味~ 不過JK發現水缸內,藍色爪個款大頭蝦,除左燒烤時會掙扎得勁d外,食落肉質亦會彈牙實淨D!🦐建議主力夾呢種生猛又大隻d,有藍爪的大頭蝦!會好食d!另外,除左漢堡扒、雞翼、串燒、丸類、菇 etc.呢類常見燒烤食材, 海鮮仲有魷魚、花甲、沙白、花螺、細帶子、石蠔,自助燒烤食物都唔少,但味道同新鮮度麻麻~燒烤到中段,每位客人送一隻鮑魚仔 + 一隻帆立貝! 鮑魚仔食落軟腍!唔韌!估唔到唔錯wo~📝 整體黎講,覺得比較適合新鮮感 / 想任食大頭蝦的情侣或家庭~ 但如果一心諗住食新鮮燒海鮮的話,就可能未適合~店員雖然缺少少禮貌同說話大聲,但服務態度唔算好差,同埋唔會趕忙咁催促你結帳~ 不過JK認為入座後要等20-25分鐘才有蝦放到水缸就要扣吓分~ continue reading

係幾得意嘅體驗,不過首先係要帶個唔驚蝦嘅人陪你黎食!(又或者自己唔驚!)先講講食物體驗!店名有個蝦字,的確係蝦最出色!啲蝦又大又生猛,亦冇短缺嘅狀況。燒黎食真係十分新鮮!仲爆蝦膏出黎,好好食!除左蝦之外,其實仲有好多其他食物同海鮮,如蠔、蜆、帶子、魷魚等。不過都係擺係冰度比人夾嘅,當然新鮮程度同啲蝦冇得比架啦。帶子同蠔我覺得麻麻地,不過蜆我覺得係鮮甜嘅!其他非海鮮食物就正正路路咁冇乜特別,但冇牛。如果等唔切燒野食,其實仲有少許熟食嘅。不過擺係度煲左好耐嘅冬蔭公蝦我不建議食!啲蝦明顯不新鮮!可能係用翻死左係缸度冇人夾嘅蝦黎整。另外有個不知名飯素粉絲咸到傻左。。。椰汁雞湯薑味過重且唔夠熱,不過叫飲得落口嘅。而肉碎生菜我認為係OK嘅!(可能係唯一OK嘅熟食)服務體驗方面,人手安排有點差。啱啱黎到係得一個人要應付成個場,所以我地都等左好耐先有得坐。但後來老闆同其他員工黎到,服務好反好多。偷聽到老闆痛斥左安排人手個位同事,希望日後呢方面會有所改善!總結!都係幾得意嘅體驗,而啲蝦亦真係非常好食!85折後都要人均320蚊係有啲貴,基本上係食個體驗同食蝦。有錢有時間的話都可一試嘅~ continue reading

最近見好多朋友都食流水蝦, 即興問同事有無興趣放工去,真係擇日不如撞日, 即刻打去訂位, 近近地揀左係公司附近嘅泰夯蝦。一到步就見到水缸入面嘅大頭蝦向我招手隨之有店員帶位及細心講解燒蝦過程,用夾將蝦夾進冰筒, 隔一次先拎出黎, 剪晒腳同鬚先燒,咁樣隻蝦就唔會邊燒邊爭扎同埋唔會燒到甩手甩腳。聽完店員講解我已經急不及待將蝦處理…隻隻都好生猛, 夾上黎嘅時候要夾實,如果唔係輕則成面水, 重則走蝦架喇!同時另一邊箱同事已經衝左出去拎熟食同埋海鮮類及雞翼類等等入黎燒.同埋飲品甜品都係任食任飲! 啤酒就另外收費~海鮮類極吸引, 有大大盤蠔任拎, 仲有大大隻扇貝及多達幾款嘅蜆見到店員不停Refill, 大大盤蠔咁拎出黎!!而熟食就有我最鍾意嘅台灣腸, 炒粉絲, 仲有咖哩炒蟹同埋冬陰公OMG…驚喜仲有泰式鳳爪同醉蝦會不定時推出!!可能我手腳慢, 店員好想幫我剪蝦同埋再三提醒我放多啲蝦,食多啲!雖然燒都要過程, 但兩小時嘅用餐時間對我黎講剛好,最後數下蝦頭食左約37+隻.....滿意滿意 continue reading
