平時比較少食拉麵,今次經過見呢間個叉燒麵好似幾正好多肉就黎試下😌《特製低温叉燒麵 $118》叉燒都有成五大片,都真係幾大嚿,而且慢煮岀黎個肉質幾好,唔乾唔鞋,肥瘦適中幾好食🙈略嫌湯底比較油膩,拉麵就用左幼麵,正正常常不過不失💁🏻‍♀️《特製魚介豚骨拉麵 $105》呢碗湯底相對較清冇咁油膩,拉麵就用左粗麵,可能煮得耐左少少,麵質偏腍身,配料就有叉燒同雞肉,同樣係慢煮都唔錯🙈《自製餃子 $48》餃子粒粒都幾飽滿,味道就正正常常冇咩特別💁🏻‍♀️《炸雞軟骨 $48》正正常常,炸得幾脆身幾有口感!《蔥花牛舌 $70》份量都唔少,不過全部都係薄切冇咩口感😂《炸雞/配明太子醬 $58/$65》炸雞有分原味同埋明太子味,兩隻都試咗味道唔錯,個人鍾意明太子多啲,雞肉都幾Juicy幾好食👍🏻雖然話係米芝蓮推介但個人覺得冇想像中咁好食,好普通,食物質素尚算ok,但服務態度有待改善,係外籍女服務員態度比較好🙄拉麵Jo銅鑼灣加路連山道3號地舖[⭐️5分為滿分]味道⭐️⭐️⭐️環境⭐️⭐️⭐️服務⭐️⭐️⭐️價錢⭐️⭐️⭐️推薦⭐️⭐️⭐️ continue reading

餐廳:拉麵Jo地點:銅鑼灣加路連山道菜式:日式拉麵餐牌:沾麵,拉麵,飯,一品料理,飲品。可以先選拉麵,然後加小食,配菜,選擇葱分量等等。特製低溫叉燒沾麵 $125特製低溫叉燒沾麵係好多粗麵上面放有三片叉燒,一隻糖心蛋開邊,中間加有蔥花同青檸。呢度叉燒先用慢煮方法以66度去煮,然後再烤,所以食落帶微微烤味,好香,肉質又嫩,薄薄地好易咬,真係幾好食。我加$10加紫菜5片同加$10加一兜海藻,海藻份量好多,抵。個木魚骨湯味道好好,餸沾麵好夾,開頭食唔會太鹹,湯入面有椰菜絲同京蔥,個湯餸紫菜同海藻都好食。麵條我揀左凍,好有咬口又唔會太硬,而且好掛湯。雞白湯羅勒青醬拉麵 $98呢款雞白湯羅勒青醬拉麵係期間限定,試試先。雞白湯羅勒青醬拉麵湯底綠油油,係滿滿羅勒葉碎,加上意大利橄欖油,溝埋個雞白湯好夾,味道唔錯,感覺少少油,面頭加有意大利芝士粉,西日合璧,好有特色。麵條係幼身,蛋香十足,好食。叉燒三片,雞胸肉兩片,好嫩。仲有車厘茄半隻同半隻糖心蛋。涼拌菠菜 $28涼拌菠菜好清新爽脆,面頭灑上好多木魚花,更滋味。蔥花牛舌 $70蔥花牛舌熱辣辣上枱,牛舌薄切,好有咬口,夠彈牙,牛味濃,大概有11片,面頭加上蔥花,味道唔錯,醬汁豐富,伴有沙律菜同檸檬。炸雞肉明太子醬 $65炸雞肉明太子醬一客四大件,炸得皮脆肉嫰,面頭加上同大量紫菜絲,伴有沙律菜同檸檬。明太子醬唔辣,只係令口感更滑溜。炸雞軟骨 $48炸雞軟骨熱辣辣上枱,炸得好脆口,加上檸檬汁酸酸地更好味。日本蜜桃汁 $22呢度有呢款日本蜜桃汁,好香蜜桃味道,仲有果肉,味道天然。附上飲管。枱上面都有冰水。枱頭有白芝麻粒辣芽菜,爽脆香辣,好香辣油同麻油味。呢餐真係大滿足,拉麵唔錯,而叉燒質素高。小食選擇多而味道好。平日7點幾已經有人龍! continue reading

拉麵Jo之前已經食過幾次,今次再返嚟encore,質素依然都係唔錯🤤特製低溫叉燒沾麵沾麵鋪滿咗粉嫩嘅低溫叉燒,麵條用上咗粗麵,魚介沾麵湯用石鍋裝住,就可以維持住溫度,每一條麵條都掛滿咗汁,好入味😆特製低溫叉燒拉麵(醬油豚骨)拉麵嘅湯用上咗醬油豚骨湯,味道清甜唔會太膩,拉麵就係幼麵,而且低溫叉燒都係好嫩滑,不錯🙂‍↕️自製餃子🥟餃子嘅外皮好薄,入面嘅餡好Juicy,每次食拉麵都一定會配埋餃子炸雞🐥經典嘅日本炸雞,炸得香脆軟滑多汁日本蜜桃汁 continue reading
