Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇嚟，今次系經網站預購了兩位的自助晚餐 。差唔多7 點到，已經7、8 成入坐率。凍海鮮長腳蟹肉質飽滿味道新鮮，刺身螺肉有啲腥，叉燒軟熟多汁，羊架、燒牛肉過熟，炸乳鴿又係過左火位所以比較乾，燒賣漲卜卜，卡邦尼意粉麵條軟硬度剛剛好，蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦調味適中吾太濃烈，蠔汁鮑魚好淋好好食，即灼雲吞麵嘅雲吞蝦肉豐富而且爽口，海鮮泡飯個湯吾錯，皮片鴨個餅皮就厚身左啲，酸齋、麻油凉菜入味非常好醒胃。甜點葡撻一貫水準，迷你果仁撻嘅果仁淋左吾好食，麵包布甸、芝士蛋糕濕左啲，甜品好似有少少退步。軟雪糕有黑糖、芋頭和咖啡三款，味道比較特別，試左前兩款，都可以。整體來說，食物吾錯，侍應殷勤有禮，環境因為樓底高所以坐得好舒服，系可以再訪嘅。

Went here with colleagues for farewell lunch. .We chose between the buffet selections, namely the Asian-inspired Bistro Buffet and Noodle Bar Buffet.For the Noodle Bar Buffet, their laksa soup base smelled fragrant and was flavoured with coconut milk. You could choose ingredients such as shrimp, wunton, raddish, fishball, mushroom, charsiu, etc. Liked the soft boiled egg the most becoz of its warm runny yolk. For the Asian-inspired Bistro Buffet, one could choose from sushi, beef curry, roasted chicken, fried pork chop, etc. The beef curry was savoury and tender. The roasted chicken was smooth and meaty too. Yet, the pork chop was really dry and tasted bland.Personally I preferred the Noodle Bar Buffet more than the Asian-inspired Bistro Buffet. .Relaxing environment becoz of its enormous French windows and comfortable sofas.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve by enjoying a lavish buffet at a price of $2000 + 10% per head with my friends at the Lounge of JW Marriott. I don’t know the price of this buffet at regular days but my experience was pretty good because the restaurant has live band to entertain guests and it is one of the spots that could watch the fireworks through it’s floor to ceiling windows.The restaurant provided a variety of dishes from assorted cheeses, fresh salads, sushi, sashimi, seafood on ice and Asian/ Western cuisines to tempting desserts.On top of all the good food, the restaurant also offered half a bottle of champagne to every guest to celebrate the occasion.As a seafood fan and a meat lover, my favourite dishes were the assorted sashimi, the sea urchin rolls, grilled lobster, braised abalone and seared A5 beef. All the cuisines were delicious and authentically prepared to their best textures. The best of all was the supply of all these good food items were unlimited. I had a great time and a satisfying buffet experience at the restaurant. It was definitely a memorable way to celebrate the new year.

母親生日，我哋一家人去食自助晚餐。今次選咗香港萬豪酒店的lounge，依間價錢好實惠，三百幾。酒店樓上仲有一間貴少少嘅buffet，前兩年有食過中午自助餐，那一間食物款式多好多，有鮑魚，花膠，新鮮蒸大蝦，水準好，性價比都高。呢間lounge 就平三百蚊倒，食物種類就少好多，不過食物水準高，扁皮鴨，長腳蟹，沙津，切扒，凍蝦，都值得吃，甜品有切蛋糕仔，朱古力，雪糕，餅乾，麵包布甸等等，雖然冇高級款式，但全部都係有質素。用餐環境有氣氛，一家人慢慢吃，小朋友走到隔離有人唱歌的酒吧聽下歌，食得好舒服。
