同肥髀時代廣場睇戲後,當然要食個甜點先完美,搵咗呢間食西式甜品店,先打電話問咗仲有位,去到門口電梯大堂有玻璃窗可透視店內,入店幾有玩味,一團團棉花燈(雖然睇落有啲似雷雨雲⛈️)加啲不同風格嘅擺設、油畫,一列白瓷磚長吧枱有高腳櫈,旁邊有幾張二人、四人枱,簡約襯托下唔覺雜亂!餐牌圖文並茂,不過全英語(店員懂廣東話的)甜品款式特別,雖然價格幾貴,出面食唔到都值得,如果坐吧枱可以睇住廚師整甜品,我哋住二人枱都睇到少少,見住廚師好似吹玻璃球咁,整咗一個藍色玻璃罩,視覺效果真係享受!Coco & nut($128)我食呢個因爲新出品,上菜好有夏日風情,一個糖球扮椰子🥥,藍色冧酒啫喱扮海水,加粒粒打碎嘅花生,打爛椰子殻,入面有輕軟嘅椰子忌廉,入面有脆脆嘅榛子餅🌰,仲有芒果慕絲,每一啖可以不同配搭,味道都有啲變化,不過糖殻食唔晒,始終都係好甜,當食晒入面啲配料時,無野夾食就食唔晒了Molten Earl Grey($70)肥髀食,賣相平實啲,佢分咗少許撻比我,可能我個甜品太甜,食唔出茶味,不過撻係熱嘅,忌廉幾滑,撻底香脆,今日無豆腐雪榚,比咗朱古力雪榚食甜品好似藝術品咁,店員上菜會詳細解說一次材料!男店員斯文,又會幫手影相,地方舒服,靜靜的傾偈,店員唔會催促!除了味覺,仲有視覺上享受 continue reading

ZUC.CCH.ERO is a dessert bar which I have been keeping a close eye on ever since its opening more than 3 years ago. I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about them over the years but the fact that there aren't that many dessert cafes who specialize in molecular sweets in Hong Kong gave me every reason to give it a go.I sure like what I've seen from ZUC.CCH.ERO based on the photos posted on Facebook and Instagram but I'm not going to judge them prematurely without trying at least a few of their desserts.Rolex Ball ($100) - A play on the popular chilled mango cream with sago and pomelo (楊枝金露).Inside the sugar ball were fresh mango, pomelo and grapefruit, along with mango foam, sago and liquid nitrogen milk ice cream. So, yes it did have all the ingredients from a chilled mango cream with sago and pomelo. The various temperatures and textures also made it somewhat interesting. However, a couple of blemishes. For starters, the sugar ball was a little too hard to munch on. And from the presentation point of view, they're not making it look good because the sphere was too thick to see the ingredients in the middle (according to the photo on the menu, it's almost transparent so you can see all the fillings in the middle).To sum it up, there's nothing really wrong with the flavors just that the execution was slightly off (Grade: 6/10).Snow White ($118) - Fairly similar to the previous dessert except this one came with a scoop of yuzu sorbet inside the apple shaped sugar ball. Underneath that were apple crumble, caramel cinnamon apple and small pieces of cheesecake.This was a fairly busy dish with a lot of flavors which were working individually rather than coming together (Grade: 5/10).Molten earl grey ($70) - This has the making of a fairly good dessert but the flavors from the earl grey lava tart were a little too light for me. I did like the tofu ice-cream with brown sugar tuile which should have complemented a rich and powerful earl grey flavor but unfortunately, that was missing in action (Grade: 5/10). continue reading

早排閨蜜生日,於是就同佢去佢好想試的份子甜品店。甜品店位於銅鑼灣,地點亦好易揾。入到餐廳已經比掛係天花的白雲深深吸引住,實在太可愛了!店內的裝飾及整甜品材料都放得特別有心思!朋友一早心目中已經有想食的item,當中包括每日限量10份的富士山及眼淚系列的餐廳Special。富士山係個餐黎,仲會包兩杯飲品。而眼淚系列都有三種味道可以選擇,三款的味道同眼淚的顏色,但大家想轉眼淚的顏色就要加錢了。富士山係以波子汽水、乳酪及蜜瓜芭菲、橙味蛋糕及櫻花啫喱整成。食之前,職員會倒液態氮落富士山山口內,令甜品變到好似雪糕咁,味道比較重波子汽水味。本身想叫藍色的眼淚,點知見到有Blue cheese ice-cream唔敢叫,所以就叫左Namida(淚)。用匙打碎眼淚的糖波後,就會食到以綠茶雪糕、益力多冰、梅酒啫喱、乳酪蛋糕、小丸子而整成的甜品。因為有益多多冰,所以食落都係酸酸甜甜的。另外一份吸精甜品就係Para  Para  Sakura。Para  Para  Sakura造型可愛,模擬緊落櫻的Moment。味道黎講,我比較鍾意呢個!(可能朱古力味夠香濃)。櫻花樹就用左粉紅色的棉花糖,下面就用左紅莓啫喱、朱古力Mouse、朱古力蛋糕。撈埋就係好濃郁的朱古力Mosue加埋酸酸地的紅莓味。 飲品方面都好可愛!呢兩杯熱茶的茶葉都係放係支「棒棒糖」入面,飲落都幾香。另外,我叫左杯Pompelmo(有汽柚子果汁),除左個杯好吸精外,餐廳仲放左Ice Stone入去,令有汽果汁keep住凍凍。另外,仲有一個朋友叫左杯熱咖啡,雖然無精巧的拉花圖案,不過味道都ok的!==============================鍾意我的分享的,我邀請你訂閲我的食評,我會繼續與大家繼續吃掉世界,甚至吃掉整個宇宙!(哈哈) continue reading

1. Definitely a piece of food art, a 3-dimensional one.2. The cloud above the Earth is made with cotton candy, and we are provided with either melon or caramel flavouring spray to eat with it. My friend picked melon flavour, which tastes a bit like cough syrup. It is okay to enjoy the cotton candy without the syrup.3. The Earth is a sphere of splendid dessert. Inside the crunchy crust is a delicious jasmine tea lava mousse, with the core lava made with blood orange sauce.4. Devil is hidden in the detail - underneath the Earth is hazelnut chocolate crumble with popping candies! How fun and delicious to eat!!!5. This is definitely the most entertaining and delicious piece of dessert I have ever eaten in Hong Kong. Even though it’s quite pricey, it is worth paying that much to enjoy such novel dining experience and a piece of food art. continue reading
