點了幾樣招牌菜,全部都讓我喜歡:

🥢 上海粗炒: 麵條的口感恰到好處,彈牙又有嚼勁,醬汁濃郁帶微甜,搭配嫩滑的肉絲和爽口的蔬菜,讓人一口接一口,完全停不下來。唔錯!

🦆 烤北京填鴨半隻: 主角太驚艷了!鴨皮烤得香脆,肉質嫩滑,師傅的刀工精湛,每片鴨肉都帶著適量的皮與肉,配上京蔥、青瓜和秘製醬料,味道層次感十足,超級滿足。

🍲 冬瓜鴨架湯: 湯頭清甜,冬瓜燉得軟嫩,鴨架的鮮味完全釋放,每一口都暖心又暖胃,感覺超療癒。

🍵 腰果露: 真的是飯後的完美收結,入口細滑,腰果的香氣濃郁,甜度剛好,不會太膩,喝完滿口留香。

整體來說,這頓飯不僅味道出色,還讓人感受到用心烹調的溫度。下次一定要再來試試其他菜式!今天,吃得開心、聊得開心,完美的一餐 ❤️

就嚟父親節,爸爸一向極之嘴刁,想帶他食新嘢,又想避免掃他興,呢個月去過幾間唔同餐廳“踩線”,呢間應該可以成為選擇之一。資料搜集結果係烤北京填鴨係必食之選,咁啱而家推出“北京烤鴨易食”套餐,除左有半隻烤鴨外,仲可以三選一配搭,我地就揀左古琴鴨肉炒飯。好食指數從先至後排列,寫得越前,越要試。烤鴨果然有驚喜,鴨肉可以切到每一片的大細厚薄大致相約;烤鴨外皮酥脆鬆化,而且脂肪唔多;肉質嫩滑,就算剩食烤鴨都唔會覺得肥膩。隨鴨附有6小碟配菜(填鴨醬、酸梅醬、沙糖、葱條、青瓜條、木瓜條),還有一籠餅皮。值得讚嘅係餅皮嘅處理,擺放喺籠仔裡面,真係大半個鐘後,餅皮依然無變乾晒,入口仍煙韌。古琴鴨肉炒飯米飯粒粒飽滿、分明,鴨肉粒唔算多,但都食到有鴨肉香小籠包皮有少少厚,所以唔太易穿;𥚃面嘅肉粒亦結實唔輕易散開。咬開仲有少少肉汁。高力豆沙啱晒怕甜嘅人,外層因為沾上少少糖粉而微甜,𥚃邊包裹著一細片香蕉,同少少豆沙,所以亦唔會太甜。總結係烤鴨抵食、好食,餐廳環境及服務非常好。會撥入父親節聚餐選擇名單之內,讓父親大人從中選擇。

經開飯網訂了一個7人餐,由於旺角新店開張再送多半隻片皮鴨。鴨皮油光不足,鴨肉有d柴唔夠肥 (好處係比較健康,缺點係食落口唔夠鴨油香)。小籠包皮唔算薄,但湯汁充足。東坡肘子反而有驚喜,炆得剛剛好,皮好腍,肉嫩而唔會柴。上海粗炒份量十足,每條麵條沾滿汁料。松子魚、蜜汁火方就正常發揮。農家醬爆牛肉、鮑魚雞煲其實係有鑊氣,只不過佢地都幾辣,所以好幾位家人都食唔到,建議餐牌標示。瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒得夠乾爽,飯粒粒分明,碟底都冇乜油。甜品腰果露稀咗少少。服務質素都係正常發揮。由於坐係房內,待應唔知道房內情況,所以我地有時都要自己添水。侍應間中到房內收碟。
