以前屯馬線未開通,黎土瓜灣有啲複雜,不過開通之後與油尖旺都只係幾個站之距,過黎食野都算方便。此夢之丼離土瓜灣B出口約5分鐘路程。Typical嘅日式居酒屋裝修風格,整體而言,刺身/水產新鮮,質素甚佳。奉送沙律及面豉湯,沙律都係簡單以羅馬生菜及粟米加胡麻沙律醬。花錦魚生丼 ($188): 魚生包括三文魚、白身魚、赤蝦、右口魚邊、金蟹籽、三文魚籽、櫻花蝦、蟹膏豆腐、松葉蟹、蜆肉、玉子漬、甜蛋,以及青瓜。非常豐富嘅一個丼飯,魚生均切成粒狀,每一口都包括數款材料,味道層次都幾豐富。魚生普遍新鮮,例如赤蝦晶瑩剔透,爽滑彈牙;右口魚邊入口即化;松葉蟹肉鮮甜美味。夢之丼 (298): 本店招牌夢之丼飯嘅刺身魚生分別有三文魚蓉、三文魚籽、帆立貝、牡丹蝦、海膽、松葉蟹,以及右口魚邊。食材比花錦魚生丼稍微升級,海膽creamy奶滑,味道鮮甜;帆立貝嫩滑清甜;三文魚籽粒粒飽滿,鮮而不腥;松葉蟹、牡丹蝦,以及右口魚邊與魚生丼一樣,但牡丹蝦係原隻上,並無切粒。另外單點左幾款前菜/刺身/壽司,估唔到仲咁有心機幫我地擺埋盤......蟹皇醬燒蟹膏豆腐 ($48): 質感幼滑,但唔會一夾就散,味道方面,豆醬釀入左非常鮮香嘅蟹膏,頗有特色。左口魚邊壽司 ($96): 左口魚魚油豐富,經微微火炙後把魚油逼出,食起上黎更香,且入口即化。赤貝刺身 ($58): 爽滑彈牙,帶微微咸香。深海池魚刺身 ($78): 深海池魚肉質肥美鮮嫩,魚油甘香細膩,食Omakase普遍都有佢嘅蹤影。 continue reading

右口魚邊壽司($48/件),右口魚選用左最靚既部位,因為有入口即溶感覺,就好似東坡肉既果層肥膏一樣入口溶化,不過魚生當然唔似東坡肉咁肥膩。慢煮鮑魚配肝醬($68),鮑魚肉質結實,而且亦帶有彈牙口感,味道方面肝醬既鹹味襯托住清淡既鮑魚,兩者味道好夾。牡丹蝦($68/隻) / 磯燒北海道珍寶帆立貝($68) / 金線鯛刺身($68),牡丹蝦鮮味十足,越有黏牙感覺代表越新鮮,帆立貝燒至表面半焦狀態,外層薄薄一層焦香,內裏肉質軟“林”,用紫菜包住食增加脆口,金線鯛切得夠薄,一口一片,鮮味充斥在口腔內。花錦魚生丼($188),採用左十三款材料,切成絲狀和條狀合成既一碗丼飯,材料確實好多,絕對係誠意之作,每一口都食到唔同既食材,仲有蛋黃汁用黎拌飯一流。夢之丼($298),雖然只有7款材料,但係選用左較貴既食材氣派十足,刺身帆立貝好鮮甜,滑溜溜而且好大粒,海膽入口充斥住口腔,加上冇苦澀味,同樣有即溶既右口魚和黏牙既牡丹蝦,同埋已經去除左殼既松葉蟹絲。 continue reading

好驚喜,好驚喜!今次又喺土瓜灣搵到有質素,而且難忘嘅日本小餐廳🥳最鍾意去一啲又有好味熟食,又有新鮮魚生嘅日本餐廳食嘢今次呢一間真係做得到!食物質素非常高,蟹膏豆腐真係100分魚生飯有好多選擇,足料又抵食,最緊要係有魚生嗰種新鮮嘅甜味,所以冇話要推介邊一種啦,整體來講我哋試咗幾款都好好食,詳細可以睇睇附錄嘅相片全部都係厚切!!!即使係魚生飯嘅角切魚生都係厚嘅,仲要有好多好多款好多好多粒食物質素高,故知然不在話下啦,佢仲要係有晚市定食套餐添啊 食個taro魚生飯再加安格斯牛都係188仲有追加小食,好可惜我哋今次為咗想試佢嗰啲經典丼飯,無試到呢個set。不過都完全唔後悔呀,因為佢個花錦魚生丼同埋夢の丼食到我同朋友都嘩嘩聲,花錦魚生丼個蛋黃好正,糖心配埋啲魚生嘅鮮甜,簡直係昇華左好味度一倍! 夢の丼嘅海膽同蟹肉都超好食! 因為唔係咁多日本餐廳有呢兩樣魚生配料,佢有配埋一個橙味嘅果醋,個人覺得就酸咗少少,不過完全係誠意嘅配搭,未見過魚生飯可以做到咁有心思 continue reading
