To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 天廚本色~批評食物味道獅子去朗豪坊此分店,食海鮮泡飯抵食,就今次邀請天廚一談,以前已知前店,對新潮點心店,質素都一般,因無枱布,始終無寵幸佢。今次來,看清楚環境,都雅緻,又不同風格,有朝氣(落地玻璃,透陽光),先來木盤清洗食具~特別,青瓷色碗有小金魚趣緻, 透徹玻璃杯替代瓷杯,白色雲石枱,西式感覺,但看餐牌無海鮮泡飯,有點失望。先來海鮮冬蓉$49,冬瓜蓉化作水,冬瓜綜影消失,感覺吾到,只有蝦 hey冧冧, 又係得蝦肉,蛋花~蛋王水!白飯唔夠米香$15,黐埋較實。透明波波$49,即素菜鮫,蔬菜飽滿,但都係唔夠爽甜, 勝在有松露油香。鵪鶉蛋燒賣$59,賣相也好,三隻色,但底座得個蝦,冇豬肉 (肉貴過蝦),唔爽口,蝦肉唔夠甜,有彈唔太實,合附一般酒樓水準。菠蘿叉燒酥$49, 好熱辣嘴 ,丁屎叉燒,手工好野, 做到咁大隻竟然冇餡,醬汁味甜甜地,淨食皮ok嘅。因外表吸引而相識,也因了解而分手。 continue reading

整體點心溫度不是太熱,影響了少少口感。味道有點像街坊茶樓,屬於粗獷式。燒買大大粒,豬肉加蟹籽還有個疑似菠菜皮。排骨不太滑,少少韌。蝦餃有點結實,外皮太厚。皮蛋豆腐的豆腐滑但皮蛋太少。牛肉球足料,肉味夠;鳳爪需不太滑但調味不錯,能夠滿足點心癮。2人光顧,點餐如下:蟹籽燒買(3件)有色蝦餃(2件)皮蛋豆腐(份)醬油鳳爪(份)蒜香豉汁排骨陳皮牛肉球(3件)茶介 x2加一後,OpenRice午市堂食85折,合共HK$232.8。 continue reading
