飲茶 Yum Cha 無論是環境,還是點心造型都太吸引了!出發不了去沖繩的國慶日,我地一家也去了飲茶;這天去的是中上環南豐大廈2樓的分店,入口位除了大大架卡車,又有兩款不同顏色及造型的搞鬼頭套,等位時兩兄妹馬上套了上頭,場面搞鬼極了~~~ 由於我們未夠12時就抵達,所以很快就有位;先選了順喉舒胃的 雲南普洱 ($16/位),然後一連串可愛的點心、小吃及甜點都陸續上檯了,全都非常的吸晴! 首先是 鴿吞鳳梨 Baked pineapple puff ($59):小巧鳥籠內的可愛小鴿,原來清甜可口的鳳梨酥,好看又好吃!後方的 可可麻球 Drunken chocolate ping pong ($49) 則有著妹妹喜愛的朱古力流心,如味道香濃會更好;而 楊枝甘露布甸 + 棉花雲 Mango sago pudding + cotton cloud ($49) 賣相比味道優勝,卻是小朋友至愛,就由兩兄妹解決了~ 接著更多點心,包括插上生日蠟燭的 睇住流奶 Hot custard molten buns ($49) 也上檯了,趕快來一張合照,然後趁新鮮熱暖一起分享這批可愛點心吧!  十月尾就是 Halloween,繼原有可愛點心,店內也推出了 木乃伊腸 Steamed mummy sausage buns ($59),賣相十分趣怪,由於臘腸質素不錯,味道也相當可口,比睇住流奶更加好吃~ 另一 蝙蝠雲吞 Flying bats wontons ($59) 也不錯,雲吞本身皮夠薄、炸得香脆不油,點上甜辣醬吃份外滋味!怕熱氣的話,可拌上清甜解熱的 橙棍冬瓜 Orange winter melon ($49),那就剛剛好了~ 飲茶怎可以少了蝦球?這天以萬聖節 蝦靈入眼 Steamed shrimp dumplings ($59) 造型上檯,趣怪不得了,由於店內不加味精,又以天然菜汁作調色,所以也可放心讓兩兄妹享用~ 另一份烏卒卒的,並不是「好似好似一隻黑蟋蟀」,而是由海鮮+蛋白+墨汁炒飯組成的 近墨者黑 Pan-fried rice with squid ink, egg white & seafood ($109),店內另設以紅菜頭汁染色的咸魚雞粒炒飯 --- 近朱者赤,父母可以一邊用餐一邊教小朋友成語呢! 這天比較失色的,是 舉手雞花 Sticky honey balsamic chicken wings ($79),其實調味與配菜菠蘿都不錯,只是炸雞的粉漿太厚了~ 這篇好像用了倒敍法,最後才記另一款很驚艷的前菜 --- 太子麻菜 Crab roe sesame spinach ($59),由鮮爽脆彈的飛魚子加上嫩甜菠菜配以麻醬,滋味實在好又健康,推介! 兩兄妹吃得超愉快的一頓,臨走還在門口的像真度十分高的貨車頭,玩了拍了大半天,依依不捨!其實店內還有更多可愛點心如吉川奶子、一籠八戒、快樂農莊,下次再一起來吃吧~ continue reading

平時去中環呢間yumcha都係夜晚去搵男友食飯,今次係週末同閨蜜相約去食lunch。陽光穿透餐廳的大面積落地玻璃,射進餐廳內,好舒服😌!女仔影相打卡都好令!😛兩個女仔黎講,我地都叫左好多嘢食。點心方面:1. 睇住流奶(3件)ᴴᴷ$49顧名思義就是奶皇包包,橙色的外表,還有兩隻眼仔好得意,最正既係咬開裡面同色既流芯立即傾瀉出黎,大家要好小心辣嘴啊!味道好creamy而奶皇味重,即叫即蒸既包包好軟熟好好味。大大大❤️!2. 蟹籽燒賣(4件)ᴴᴷ$59第一次見綠色既燒賣,味道同普通既燒賣差不多。小吃併盤 ᴴᴷ$119這個併盤最適合少人,可以一次過試多d唔同既嘢。我地選擇左雞絲粉皮、皮蛋和沙薑豬手。3. 雞絲粉皮著實一般,粉皮唔夠煙韌,雞絲份量偏少,最重要既醬汁都太少了。 4. 皮蛋個汁酸酸辣辣的,味道不錯,皮蛋芯如果能流芯就perfect啦!5. 最愛是沙薑豬手。沙薑雞就食得多,估唔到豬手都好夾!爽口既凍豬手肉跟皮配上沙薑汁,一點肥膩咁都無好正。6. 最後,大食既我倆因為好似食得未夠喉,最後叫多個安格牛河ᴴᴷ$119呢個雖然好邪惡,但我地無後悔叫左,因為真係好好味,好夠鍋氣,牛肉也唔吝嗇,有好多。加點辣椒醬就最夾啦。 continue reading

Visiting Yum Cha was quite a big disappointment. We had to wait a very long time to be served and had to always get the attention of the waiter every time we needed something. It was sad to find out that the cute dim sum items are mainly only served at lunch and that when we did order the Farmville set of the cute dim sum animals, they seemed very sad and poorly put together. You can see from the photos that the eyes are not properly centered and they just look sloppy. Furthermore, the price is outrageous knowing that you get bad quality designed food. All the portions are extremely tiny. So, please do not visit this place if you are really hungry and want to get the most for your money. The two items which were satisfactory was the cottony candy dessert which was quite impressive and everyone enjoying digging into that. The rice soup was also very delicious as well as the vegetables that we ordered. If you want to get the most out of your photos, visit during lunch time when they apparently have the entire set of dim sum out for you to order of cute food items. continue reading

一直想來這間新派茶樓試吃招牌造型流沙包,今晚放假就和男朋友一起來到中環的分店晚餐。門口超搶眼有個貨車🚚頭,又有佈置得超有心思的門面,而店內寬敞,可以容納一百至二百人,個枱座位都闊落,環境十分舒適,配合埋bossa nova輕鬆音樂,超寫意。阿毛燉湯是豬肉和雞肉燉湯,酸酸甜甜,火喉十足,好喝!餐前小吃拼盤,必點七彩茄子🍆,醬油入味,顏色仍然有光澤,大細切得均勻。雞絲拉皮的粉皮彈牙不粉,麻醬又香。流口水雞用了雞腿肉,辣椒還炸脆了!快樂農莊最抵吃,有齊六款招牌點心,綠茶和原味流沙包玩得更吃得,流心餡勁多,綠茶味十足;叉燒包皮簿餡靚,不是一般酒樓的鮮紅色餡反而令我更安心,沒有添加色素;酥皮鳳梨絕對要試,黃金脆皮加埋清甜鳳梨蓉,甜而不膩;玫瑰豆沙包則沒有特別,味道亦一般,只是外觀精美。🌹價錢的確貴一般酒樓差不多一倍,但真是一分價錢一分貨,無論設計,上菜速度,服務態度和味道都💯見餐廳亦不時有推廣優惠,剛好就是有某apps訂枱9:00pm半價,超抵吃,我必會再光顧。 continue reading

住在遠方的表姐帶上女兒黎香港玩三日,在安排行程上要安排食個早茶………能優優閑閑……食著精緻的點心……真是令我像忘了時間的鐘………環境是舒服的……我們坐在窗邊位光線照入……温度宜人……好吧……開餐了……這魚是立體的……但得好好保養……魚上的顏色都開始甩了………要講點心……呢道都係即叫即蒸的……那個流沙包算係水準保證之作……但帶子餃與夜香花餃就蒸太耐……內裡都失去鮮味了……有d失色……但味道是不錯的素菜腸粉都一樣……沒有清爽感……不推薦這些都係涼拌菜……都在熱點心後上枱……係有d錯錯地……係………我係個正餐要熱食做收尾的人……麻醬拌涼粉……合格做法……無意外的口味皮蛋冷豆腐……刀法很好……豆腐都很薄切……但就唔算美觀……有待改善……涼豬腳……很重的南薑香氣沖鼻上來……但並不辣……豬腳膠質感剛剛好……這很推薦這款要特別介紹……煙燻蛋………用乾冰加上熱茶做出小仙境……打卡一流……… 糖心效果做得好好……煙燻味不重……容易接受……但口味算偏淡…但做到原汁原味……我也推薦這個涼菜 continue reading
