叔公嬸婆於灣仔名店「鈺潮州菜」設宴款待親友,年紀輕輕嘅XO仔亦有份參與,實感榮幸萬分。潮州菜館正門設於地下,門牌光鮮,故不難找到。通往樓上用餐大堂必先行經梯級或乘坐升降機。長輩早已安排晚宴於廂房內進行,空間感足,私隱度更高。餐桌上擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具;菜單早已訂好,大家只需飯來張口。潮式凍大紅花蟹:大大隻花蟹橙美吸睛,厚厚嘅蟹肉鮮嫩多汁。潮式四喜拼盤:潮式拼盤內含四款香口小食,其中普寧炸豆腐外脆內嫩,潮陽蝦棗及蟹棗鬆爽彈牙,最特別就係半脆半腍嘅蝦米薯仔粿。鹵水拼盤:鹵水拼盤中小肥唔識食掌翼,不過舖面嘅鵝腸夠爽、墊底嘅鵝肉都好夠肉汁。椒鹽九肚魚($128):九肚魚外層酥脆,魚肉嫩滑,惹味小食也。紅燒潮州翅($348/位):每人一客嘅潮州靚翅十分足料,翅翅又粗又滑溜,紅燒湯底亦香濃暖胃,極為窩心!蒜子火腩扣花錦鱔皇腩:大肥爸爸激讚鱔皇腩嘅鱔皮厚潤腍滑,肉質幼嫩鮮甜肥美。伴配嘅豆苗翠綠軟嫩,同大大隻冬菇一樣索盡煲中嘅精華!豬油炒白菜仔:話明用豬油炒嘅白菜仔肥嘟嘟,外表尤其油潤有光澤,食落爽脆鮮美。沙爹牛河($148):單尾沙爹牛河微辣鮮香,河粉麵條幼滑肥彈,牛肉又夠鬆軟,就連芥蘭都脆卜卜,實滋味無窮,!黃金發財卷:意頭夠堅嘅菜式其實係用髮菜炸出嘅點心。以一層薄薄嘅腐皮包住嘅髮菜卷意外地熱辣,而且彈彈地嘅質感完全唔鬆散,有嚼口得黎芳香輕盈。羔燒三寶($198):地道潮式甜品羔燒三寶嘅銀杏細巧軟潤,個人避開唔食紫色嘅芋頭,但最愛清甜可口嘅甜蕃薯。灣仔人氣中菜廳「鈺膳潮州菜」地方企理衛生,唯獨用餐大堂面積唔算大,樓底唔高,滿座時難免會覺得嘈雜,幸好當晚十多人宴席間出廂房,成功提升咗私人空間。長輩預訂之十道菜餐單豐盛高質,傳統潮州菜餚有相當嘅信心保證,皮滑肉嫩嘅花錦鱔皇腩更加係冇得頂呀! continue reading

舊同事喺潮州人,今晚去呢一間度試菜,個胡椒豬肚湯簡直係惹味,一個例牌有5碗,份量唔算太多,但係真係正!跟住叫一個沙嗲芥蘭牛肉,做得相當唔錯,再嚟一個炒薄殼,唔係時時有得食,季節性,呢個餸絕對唔係食個肉,係食個味道,薄殼嘅惹到咪冇得彈,要睇吓你自己有冇功力識得欣賞呢一個餸。呢一味令國排骨煲,我都係第一次食,個味道係鹹鹹香香,非常之易送飯,我舊同事叫咗碗白飯撈汁。見佢食得咁開心,自己都開心埋!煙鴨胸個味道係好特別,中式嘅煙鴨胸我都係第一次食,個味係非常之香,肉質亦都好嫩,唔韌。呢一個韭菜煎果,個韭菜味係離遠都聞得到嗰種香味,個廚師手藝真係非常唔錯,同平時酒樓食嗰啲韭菜餃死實實嗰啲根本冇得比。整體來講,我覺得選擇嚟呢度係冇失望㗎,食到正宗嘅潮州菜,價錢亦都相當唔貴!我會再幫襯! continue reading

今次去到港島區覓食,一出灣仔站 就會見到呢間店 ——— <鈺膳>行完樓梯就會上到餐廳!! 坐低之後就開始揀嘢食, 今次叫咗 鵝片墨魚雙拼, 沙嗲牛肉河, 川椒雞,炒帶子同椒鹽鮮魷!! 菜式尚算可以😌 個人最推薦既係芋泥❤️ 叫左一碗兩個Share !! 超好味超濃 芋泥超滑 🙂 continue reading
