最近有不少親戚朋友從外國返港,故此安排了不少聚會,香港人食飯就是最佳聚舊的方式。我至愛的細舅父亦從美國返港,除了簡單的飲茶、也選擇在「鈺膳」一家人聚頭吃晚飯!舅父好享受閒聊,私人房間用餐相對清靜會較為適合。「鈺膳」是我們久不久會到訪的潮州酒家,食物和招呼也不用置疑,設有數個房間,最低消費門檻較平易近人,可以自由選擇菜式,正合我們食力不強,菜式簡單與迎合家人口味的便足夠,不用講求花巧或獨突,實際又美味就是了!當晚一行九人,大部份菜式都是根據家人喜好而預訂,如舅父愛吃的苦瓜、弟婦喜歡的糖醋麵、反沙芋、我愛吃的水瓜煮魚鰾,和總體要多蔬菜等,一個舒適的九人房間,免開瓶、免切餅費,連加一與茶芥,才不到 HK$500/位,價錢合理!今個星期會有新的點心師傅上任,期待重臨「鈺膳」飲茶、享受粵式點心。香而不過鹹的鹹水拼盤是必吃!基本包含鵝肉、掌翼、墨魚片和腩肉,喜歡的話可補錢追加或轉換鵝腸、鵝腎和鵝肝。香脆不油膩的潮陽炸蝦棗蟹棗,為每人預訂各一粒,老公特別喜歡,大家可享酥香之餘,又不變得熱氣!許久沒有嚐正宗的香煎蠔仔烙。蠔烙質感軟腍,混合蛋香和蠔仔香,個人認為原味已足夠,若然喜歡鹹一點,可蘸魚露同吃。「鈺膳」的沙嗲牛肉芥蘭做得不錯,芥蘭夠爽嫩,沙嗲也來得惹味,大家紛紛說要來點白飯拌沙嗲汁!水瓜煮魚鰾柔和的味道,令人吃得舒服兼老少鹹宜!潮式椰菜花臘味是一道惹味蔬菜的選擇,除了鹹香的臘味外,調味亦有丁點辣,不過辣度不強,主要是吊味而已,因此,老媽也能吃、也愛吃!我指明要苦瓜菜式,經理就為我們寫上黃豆涼瓜排骨。苦瓜份量比想像中多,入口軟腍入味,且保留苦瓜的甘香,我們一家也喜歡這苦瓜菜式,舅父也不例外!大路一點來一隻脆皮炸子雞。炸子雞皮脆不油肉不老柴,調味同樣不過重,效果絕對令人滿意!舅父不下糖、也不下醋,而老媽則愛多糖,總之各適其適,大家也吃得高興的糖醋麵。鬆化具芋香的反沙芋頭條,成為至愛的潮式甜品!「鈺膳」贈送的雪耳糖水,清潤低糖,幾乎每次都會吃!最後,送來甘香的潮州功夫茶,不單愛咖啡、也愛喝茶的舅父,忘記讓他試試「鈺膳」的咖啡,下次吧!舅父如今已返回美國,期待他下次回港,大家再一起談天說地! continue reading

地方不大環境可以,銅鑼灣黃金地段,肯定租金佔了價錢相對大比例,理解。食物質數可以,但餸菜份量真的太少了,頂多逳宜兩人用三人已經勉強。 看它的雜菜煲,小小一砵比茶記一人份量套餐還少,真有點啼笑皆非。一個五六人家庭基本上沒可能夠吃。 建議份量上弄正常一點,要加價便加好了,不然每個菜都x2 x3的上多沒趣啊。 continue reading

一直都好掛住小時候吃的太極素菜羹,可是在香港好少地方仲有得食😣😣😣終於在搜尋平台搜尋找到了這一間,立即衝住太極羹而來!結果係…非常非常非常出色😋😋😋😋😋就連其他嘅餸菜都好美味🧡 我哋兩個人仲叫咗一條潮式凍烏頭和滷水鵝片,味道都非常好,份量亦很大 : ) 很滿足的一餐♥️♥️♥️餐廳的侍應們態度都好好,好期待下次再去幫襯!!強烈推薦大家去食,一定要試佢嘅太極素菜羹!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ continue reading

農曆新年朋友聚,4個人,其中一位朋友來過,而我們都是第一次來,估唔到幾好食,叫左鵝肉拼盤加個半個鵝肝,韭菜炒鹹肉,、蠔仔粥,椒鹽九肚魚,芥蘭炒河粉,有一個係煎餅,最後叫咗反沙芋好好食,仲可以雙拼番薯,已經好少酒家可以食到,所以一定要叫雖然好飽,值得再來👍服務都不錯 continue reading

喺灣仔分店食過就覺得好出色,唔知銅鑼灣分店保唔保持到呢?結果係差好遠😂,呢日係假日午市嚟食,人唔太多,但食物質素都麻麻🥸,茶位$18/位,酸菜就成枱收$48❣️蝦米薯仔粿 $58咬落好硬身,唔似傳統煎潮州粿嘅脆口感覺,可以唔叫🥸❣️鮑汁雞腳 $48有5隻雞腳,普通酒樓質素,唔使試❣️滷水鵝片 $188鵝片份量唔多,下面都係滷水豆腐墊底🥸,鵝片食落有啲嚡,鵝味唔濃,滷水唔入味🥶❣️滷水墨魚片 $118同樣都係豆腐墊底,墨魚片尚算彈牙,但鮮味就冇咩啦🥲❣️潮州蠔仔烙 $138呢個算係今餐好味嘅菜式,做到脆口嘅感覺,蠔仔飽滿🤓❣️椒鹽九肚魚 $128九肚魚炸得香口但又保留嫩滑肉質嘅口感,椒鹽味道做得唔錯,係價錢比較進取🤨❣️蠔仔粥 $108/位叫左2位份量,就分到6碗呢個分量,價錢都較貴,而且味精味較強,蠔仔粥材料都唔多🥸❣️潮陽蝦蟹棗 $148可以唔叫,每份各有4件,但食落覺得落左好多麵粉,冇咩鮮味🥸🏦是次消費總額 $1318(人均消費 $220) 🍴須加一服務費👅好味度:7(10分滿分)食完真係有啲失望,明白銅鑼灣地段,定價係會進取啲,但都希望提供番好嘅質素俾客人,而且食落都唔知自己食緊潮州菜🥸 continue reading
