「源記餐廳」我成日幫襯,不過加連威老道這間反而是首次。吾來過真係吾知,原來這裡有地庫,目測可以坐到成百人,真誇張。我食左咁多次,最推薦當然是自家工場出品的牛腩、牛雜和燒味等。先點了一碗「五香牛肚牛腩河」$50金錢肚爽口、牛腩軟稔無渣,牛味極重,湯頭濃香,河粉份量剛好。食飯粉麵必配凍飲「凍奶茶 」$21茶香味突出,花奶比較足,口感滑,冰不少亦溶得快,令味道好快變淡。「瑞士雞翼撈公仔麵」、「火腿奄列、牛油厚多士」$52鷄翼漂亮,上色度十足,以的端士汁將雞翼炇至鬆化,甜甜的醬汁包圍著鷄翼,相當入味可口。以濃汁撈公仔麵也是另一邪惡的享受。「火腿奄列、牛油厚多士」火腿奄列則是正常茶餐廳水準;多士好正因為牛油多,夠香脆好味。「熱鴛鴦」溫度足,咖啡味突出、濃香,無苦澀味,但如果花奶份量多少少會令入口更滑溜。

44元的雙拼潮州河粉,一點也吃不飽人,牛腩超級多肥膏,完全沒有瘦肉,水餃沒有蝦,也不好吃。 唉, 中伏了。 早知行遠少少去食香港仔粉面。 但最離譜係份量,真少得可憐,我估小童吃也不見得會飽。 最後我還要食件家鄉雞打打底,在尖沙咀食嘢,實在太誇張的貴了。 在此家吃更加被搵笨。我最後連飲品也不敢叫。

去了這家在尖沙嘴的源記餐廳吃飯,待應介紹了他們新出的營養餐,那我們就點了。西蘭花野菌炒深海魚柳火喉十分到位,魚柳先過油再炒,外皮香香的,魚肉嫩滑。西蘭花不會太軟不會太硬,口感剛好十分新鮮。野菌也是很不錯。配上白飯,這個一人餐很抵食。金菇肥牛沙嗲煲傳統港式茶餐廳必點的小菜,沙嗲味十足。肥牛也給得很慷慨,加上一些菠蘿酸酸甜甜的,提升食欲。牛丸雲吞米粉茶餐廳不可或缺的粉麵餐,牛丸是港式牛丸,雲吞也可以,不過不失。

是日跟太太來到尖沙咀,路經加連威老道的源記餐廳,便進去試試店員非常親切,安排座位舒適,又不急著下單餐牌選擇不少,而價格跟同區的餐廳來說較優惠點了焗芝士忌廉海鮮飯,出爐時非常香,忌廉味道美味而芝士亦香濃而海鮮份量充足,是一碟不錯的焗飯而太太點的生炒排骨飯味道偏酸,很是開胃,排骨口感不錯亦不韌因當天沒吃午飯,我們多點了一碟咖哩牛腩飯,咖哩同樣香濃椰汁味重,牛腩及薯仔入味,不錯我們均點了香滑奶茶,口感順滑總的來說,此餐廳服務好,味道不差而價格算優惠,有了一個不錯的晚餐回憶

在尖沙咀這個街頭裏能夠找到這一家座位闊寬闊的港式餐廳,重點是乾淨乾淨乾淨,重要的事要講三次!而且看到餐單有不同類型的中菜、港式雲吞麵、燒味等等大眾化的選擇,正所謂「有得揀,先至係老闆!」金銀蛋菜心菜心新鮮,鋪上鹹蛋和皮蛋,加上有濃湯坐陣,吃起來十分爽甜。 加上,可以用皮蛋鹹蛋來拌飯,實屬佳品!生炒骨飯生炒骨惹味非常、有紅椒、洋蔥和菠蘿, 加上酸酸甜甜的醬料, 配上白飯後,感覺非常滿足。難得的是,生炒骨的份量頗多,而且啖啖肉,抵吃。啫啫雞煲最欣賞的是這個雞煲配上不同的配料、有豬頸肉、冬菇等的配料,和傳統的啫啫雞煲1不同,正正如此,讓我能同時享受肥美冬菇、爽滑豬頸肉,最重要的是,主角雞肉沾上醬汁後,非常正斗,有鑊氣。見到這家餐廳有不同的中菜,下次必定再來試試其他菜色,見到不同的燒味,令我口水直流!

生炒骨惹味非常、有紅椒、洋蔥和菠蘿, 加上酸酸甜甜的醬料, 配上白飯後,感覺非常滿足。難得的是,生炒骨的份量頗多,而且啖啖肉,抵吃。

最欣賞的是這個雞煲配上不同的配料、有豬頸肉、冬菇等的配料,和傳統的啫啫雞煲1不同,正正如此,讓我能同時享受肥美冬菇、爽滑豬頸肉,最重要的是,主角雞肉沾上醬汁後,非常正斗,有鑊氣。

見到這家餐廳有不同的中菜,下次必定再來試試其他菜色,見到不同的燒味,令我口水直流!

今日同幾個朋友去開尖沙咀, 四圍都係人, 又唔想食譚仔, 又唔想食南記喎~ 咁有朋友提意去食源記, 我問係咪以前去親紅館睇SHOW係樓下食個間, 佢地話係~ 真係不少童年回憶啊, 原來佢地而加開咗好多分店~ 今日我地去THE ONE側邊個間~ 好期待丫~ 入到去睇下價位, 其實十年都無乜大加價~ 都係差唔多, 扺食架~ 我地叫咗一個濕炒菜遠牛河, 好有鑊氣~ 好多牛肉, 好正~再叫咗牛腩撈麵, 牛腩好入味, 炆得好林, 麵質爽口~ 有水準~ 不得不提佢地既咖啡~ 勁香, 勁濃提神一流丫~總結: 值得推介, 價錢合理, 扺食~

沒事做, 跟心愛的出門去他工作的地方逛~第一站尖沙咀! 先跟他的工友吃飯~因為他們先找位子和先點菜, 所以很快做坐下來了~ (不過原來在地面和地底, 我們找了一陣子才找到他們!) 可是坐下10分鐘飯都未到 (已經是先叫工友點餐的), 還好催一下後很快就有~心愛的要了蘿蔔魚崧飯, 我要了葡汁雞扒飯~ (都是$5X)蘿蔔魚崧飯都很中式的獻汁, 魚崧是鯪魚肉煎成餅再切條, 目測都是蘿蔔, 沒什麼魚崧, 味道不太清楚~葡汁雞扒飯一上枱我是呆了, 好大的雞扒啊.........看上去很乾的雞扒, 切下去都很嫩, 肉汁都濺出來!! 而且應該是剛剛炸好, 外脆內軟非常好吃!! 葡汁的味道有很香椰味, 不過稍稍淡味了一點 (可能是因為雞扒本身很夠味, 合起來吃是OK的) 葡汁也有點不夠, 如果多一點撈飯就完美了!! (旁邊的伴菜椰菜也很好吃, 不會弄得太林, 也不會淡而無味)跟餐要了熱奶茶, 一貫茶餐廳正常水準~ 夠熱夠滑茶味夠! 不錯~
