魚米家魚湯米線 (Closed)

本人曾經去過北角及將軍澳的魚米家差不多五次每次去到總是沒有招呼經理黑口黑面洗碗阿姐大大聲聲喺度鬧人就算幾好食都坐得好唔舒服衛生非常差，這兩星期因工作到中環幫襯，去了中環分店由冇期望到有希望店員會主動同你講早晨食物水準非常好很足料㗎非常衛生乾淨為什麼管理層不能將所有分店管理得貫徹始終？我會繼續去中環嗰間，客人食得開心店員做得開心，雙贏！

$39... that's one he'll of a deal, it's not just the typical rice noodle that you always eat, the soup has a very strong fish soup that you really can't get nowadays in a reasonable price. now let's talk about the side dishes. I ordered beef stock, the beef has a throwback taste that feels like how your mother cooks for you in the past... pretty darn good.

The fish soup tastes authentic and well seasoned.The aesthetics of the dish is simple and appealing.The rice noodles are well-cooked , not too hard or too soft.But the main star of every set lunch is the fish soup. Initially, it doesn't taste special but it has a spectacular after taste.

話說好肚餓啦南記close咗喔，發現中環新開左一間魚米家，於是走去一試啦！先唔講啲嘢食好唔好食啦，我覺得佢啲職員嘅態度麻麻囉我叫咗一碗香茅雞翼米線佢俾咗碗香茅豬扒米線俾我，我同佢講你比錯左我，佢就同我講囉乜你唔係叫香茅豬扒米線咩sorry都冇就拎走左碗米線，好肚餓嘅我又等多10分鐘有多， 最後佢拎咗碗啲湯同啲面係溫既，得啲雞翼係熱嘅米線俾我😡其實作為一個專做魚湯底嘅店係咪應該好清楚知道如果啲湯唔夠熱係非常之腥既，我真係好失望囉對呢間啱啱開張既食店，我唔會再去食囉!

今朝，起初打算走到中環威靈頓街的翠華食早餐，趁時間尚早，我沿著往半山自動電梯行樓梯 keep fit，才發現<魚米家>搬了舖 ！搬往威靈頓街附近的舖頭，正是Hungry Chicken 對面。 新舖長而深，而且樓底頗高，裝潢光潔鮮明！供應的早餐由 $31至 $37 不等！彈牙魚蛋米線 $35包括：兩粒魚蛋及兩件魚片頭，湯底是味精湯，總不及味千拉麵的味精湯重口味呀！ 味道不算死鹹，不過不失！略嫌米線入口軟淋，份量尚算充足，魚片較為爽口，魚蛋雪白爽口彈牙！熱奶茶熱奶茶的水溫恰到好處適合入口，香滑度合格！
