男朋友推薦左好多次嘅裕興,連好多遊客都識,但我第一次食到咋。因為佢地只營業週一至週五,平日我冇乜機會會過海,所以就唔到時間。剛巧男朋友臨近年尾要清清假期,於是我地搵左個平日入去長洲行下,順道就喺早上黎會一會裕興週三十點前黎到,老闆娘話要等約35分鐘,因為一早有心理準備,所以不會驚訝,直接乖乖坐低等。環境就係一般般啦,都係大排檔嘅格局,開喺路中心咁的。不過都唔會話太過難頂。老闆娘嘅態度好好的,只要你好聲好氣的話。餐牌供應多士、三文治、獨立包裝嘅出前一丁同福米,一律配飲品,不設單點,定價$27-46。都係啲好港式嘅材料,肉丁、餐肉、芝士、炒蛋、咸牛肉、司華力腸、廚師腸等。一人落左一份之後就默默等候,飲品先上。咸牛肉炒蛋三文治烘底 $38三文治厚度正常,但餡料很足。除左炒蛋、咸牛,仲會配上椰菜絲同花生醬。咸牛肉幾足,因為夾埋菜絲一齊食,唔會太鹹;花生醬又夠香,雖然食嘅時候會有少少狼狽。多士烘底金黃色,香脆唔乾,雖然係一份咁簡單嘅早餐,但咁多人願意等,都有原因嘅炒蛋肉丁出前一丁 $46呢度全部用獨立包奘嘅一丁或者福米,唔知你地覺得有冇分別啦(我淨係覺得大部分茶餐廳食到嘅一丁都好難食)成塊炒蛋,加左肉丁入去煮,好靚仔亦都足料,肉丁份量不少,撕成絲,所以基本上啖啖都有。食落唔會太辣,簡單美味。餐牌: continue reading

If you’re working, it takes a lot of planning to ensure you can get here on time before they close at 1.15pm. Finally was able to be here! Before we sat down, the lady told us that they had ran out of the toast and we could only order the noodles. Though disappointed, we continued to order our noodles and realised that everyone (about 10 people before us) was waiting for their food.It’s great to come in winter because it’s cool and we simply waited and chatted among ourselves. After observing, we realised we were the last customers and kind of lamented that we need to come earlier in future to try their toast.I think the lady may have overheard our conversation and to our surprise, she actually came to us later and told us discreetly that the owner said he could prepare one portion of the toast for us! We were so touched and figured out that they probably overheard us speaking in English and knew we were not locals. And because we were the last customers, he probably knew he had some ingredients and could spend the time leisurely preparing for us.So thanks to their kindness, we had the opportunity to try the super decadent corned beef omelette with cheese toast that was filled with lettuce and peanut butter. Sounds strange in words but tasted sooooo good together so was the fluffy luncheon meat omelette with instant noodle that was filled with so much cabbage and so satisfying to devour on a cold winter afternoon.Thank you Yue Hing, for that authentic taste and warm friendly service that even a 1-hr wait for the food is no big deal continue reading

今日要去離島工作,搭巴士去中環,今日竟然早左到,咁就諗起裕興咖啡啲三文治成日都想試,但早餐都好多人又要等成個鐘,次次來都食唔到。今日七點四十五分就去到碰下運氣,去到都有四,五個人坐系到等緊,老闆好有禮貌同等講八點先開門,叫等坐底等等等到八點,老闆娘就逐個問你食咩早餐,咁我就叫左個五香肉丁炒蛋三文治加熱朱古力($36)凍飲加二蚊。等左二十分鐘終於有得食,個三文治好多汁,一路食就一路流汁,入面有埋啲椰菜同花生醬。好好味。不過見到啲人之後等要等成個鐘,好彩今日早左黎唔駛等咁耐有得食啫 continue reading

由於以前經常都會嚟盛記食晚飯,所以一向對於士丹利街呢炸綠色鐵皮屋排檔有一份情意結,今朝過開嚟中環開會,喺OR搵食見裕與有個花生醬椰菜五香肉丁多士呢個組合咁有違和感,又咁囂張淨係做早市,就把握呢個天九食日既機會喺度咬個老早喇。由於我九點幾先到,大部分港豬都返哂豬場坐監,四五張細圓枱夾埋得十個人賭;坐低諗諗吓得一個餐屎唔敢試嗰個有違和感既組合,都係嗌番啲大路野。尋晚飲完酒,今朝想食啲濕野所以無嗌到三文治,揀咗個五香肉丁炒蛋麵,五香肉丁被撕得細碎,不過份量都唔少,肉丁炒蛋唔係咁多地方有,個蛋都炒得好香。湯底係原著既出前一丁麻油麵,不過佢可能無落哂包粉,有啲淡口。炒蛋同麵中間夾雜大量既椰菜,連鐘意食菜既我都覺得有啲多得滯。杯奶茶我嗌咗少甜都仲係甜得滯,老闆娘見我飲剩一大半問我杯奶茶係咪有問題,我話甜咗啲,佢就前後三四次話即刻整過俾我同叫我下次嗌少甜,唔知係寫漏咗少甜定少甜咗我都覺得太甜呢,不過老闆娘主動關心杯奶茶飲唔哂仲幫你整過呢個舉動都經已令人相當溫暖,下次九星連珠之時可以同胖侶再嚟試吓個花生醬椰菜五香肉丁多士,我估個肉丁炒蛋用嚟襯多士應該會好過襯麵。 continue reading

想嚟食好耐,終於今次的起心肝特登早起嚟到。 九點正嚟到,有位好快啲坐低,坐低先落order. 叫咗五香肉丁蛋治同凍奶茶,老闆娘話等九個字,心諗九個字比想像中快好多,奶茶好快到,都唔錯但冇咩驚喜. 不過唔緊要,如果要高質奶茶未必揀呢度。 重點係三文治。最後等咗一個鐘三個字個五香肉丁蛋治終於到. 雖然等好耐不過好彩有曬心理準備,老闆娘態度都好好。三文治叫咗烘底,好香好脆,大量花生醬椰菜同五香肉丁夾喺入面,其實三樣嘢就咁聽係好九唔搭八,但食落真係出奇咁夾。 椰菜係balance到五香肉丁嘅鹹香,花生醬唔係好杰身嗰種,偏向流質但超級香。所以話好彩叫咗烘底,如果唔係三文治塊包可能會好快稔。一個人食曬成份係會好飽,叫多個朋友一齊嚟就可以試埋鹹牛肉芝士喇而家諗返起都好想食😭 continue reading
