Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次黎食係為左佢嘅擔擔麵,香港大部分嘅擔擔麵都係有湯,想食呢種四川乾擔擔麵好耐。擔擔麵~選擇左加辣,比想像中冇真係好辣,但就好香而麵質亦好好。口水雞~口水汁比較咸左少少但都好味,夠香夠麻雞都好滑。麻辣涼拌青瓜~非常入味西瓜亦好爽口。麻辣鴨血~實在太驚喜,鴨血好夠味亦好滑。桂花冰粉~清甜有桂花味。四川酒糟丸子~丸子有咬口,酒糟夠香。青瓜豆漿~冇乜特別可能加左青瓜,所以唔覺有乜豆香。肯定短時間內會再次黎食,下次要試下佢地燃燒麵,聽講好夠辣 continue reading

招牌套餐 轉擔擔麵 ($108 + $11)套餐包括酸辣粉、口水雞、涼拌木耳、涼拌青瓜、涼拌蟲草花浮皮、甜品同飲品。娘親經我極力推薦下揀試擔擔麵😂。川式擔擔麵,同平時食開嘅上海擔擔麵浸喺芝麻醬辣湯嘅煮法唔太一樣,係以拌嘅形式去處理,似係用醬油、辣油、麻油、黑醋,調和蔥、乾蒜 花椒同辣椒🔥,再加以少量炒香嘅麻辣牛肉同花生粒,混和幼身麵條嚟食。味道方面,小編今次嗌咗少辣,每一啖都會感覺到麻 辣兩種元素同時湧現🥵,加上濃濃嘅蒜香、牛肉碎嘅焦香,同唔太重嘅花生味 ,實在讓人欲罷不能❤️。而微弱嘅黑醋酸味可以稍稍解膩,吸引我哋繼續嗜辣,非常開胃。麵條口感煙韌爽滑👍🏻,非常之有咬口,而且掛汁,麻而帶辣嘅味道隨隨在麵根入面漸漸滲出,越食越香濃惹味😋,少辣夠味得嚟唔會蓋過曬麵香。可惜佢嘅醬汁唔太足夠,有啲乾身😬;由於係乾撈嘅關係,味道會比較濃,齋食耐咗可能會有啲口乾,夾埋餸同嘢飲間斷咁食體驗會好啲。加上製作時間應該有啲過長🧐,擔擔麵送上嚟嘅時候已經有好幾條麵黐埋一齊嘅情況。口水雞份量其實都幾多,溫度雪得啱啱好唔會暖。雖然佢比嘅幾乎全部都係雞胸肉,但肉質扎實得嚟都頗嫩滑,唔嚡口,似家常白切雞嘅質感,雞肉鮮味亦更加突出,雞皮又唔會太肥膩。調味方面比起擔擔麵,麻油同花生香更加濃郁😍,佢嗰種麻味同辣味好balanced 偏微辣,配埋香蔥同花生粒,層次更加豐富💯,幾開胃,有埋芫荽就更好🤪。成碟嘢味道好和諧,幾高質,我好鐘意食佢面頭嘅花生,炒得好香🤤。三款小食都唔錯:拍青瓜嘅花椒落得比較重手,食到個嘴好麻🙈;青瓜爽脆,麻油同蒜味香濃,鹹甜適中非常好食。木耳入口軟腍爽脆,咬落去鏗鏘有聲;主要用蒜蓉嚟調味,唔辣嘅,可惜偏咸。涼拌蟲草花浮皮,即係豬皮🤓(原本以為係海蜇),做得非常爽口入味,味道有啲似唔甜嘅泰式酸辣,麻味係好淡嘅;豬皮做得好食好考功夫,所以呢個有驚喜🤙🏻。甜品係桂花冰粉,外表美觀,晶瑩剔透✨✨ ;入口清甜,口感就似水晶涼粉,真係有桂花香,解辣一流。嘢飲方面小編嗌咗熱奶茶,都沖得幾滿意,茶澀味足 ,如果奶香再重啲就更加好。------------------------------整體評分:7.9/10小編回頭率:7/10最後想講嘅係店員服務態度意想不到地好,超有禮貌(之前去親嘅川菜館啲阿嬸都好惡😑),所以今餐體驗唔錯。 continue reading

在週未去銅鑼灣搵食,絕不簡單,耀華街食街人流相對較少,周邊的食店都轉了無數間,唯渝酸辣粉一直屹立不倒。一直對渝酸辣粉印象很好,幾年後的今天發覺餐廳品質依然不錯,難怪在瞬息萬變的銅鑼灣站得住腳!🚩 芝麻醬涼雞絲粉皮 $58✣ 芝麻醬酸酸地,同市面賣既有少少唔同,粉皮呈透明色,口感比較煙靭,雞絲相對青瓜絲少。🚩 麻辣牛展 $76✣ 上邊有唔少辣椒渣,牛展腍身同入味,如果食得辣既人會覺得唔夠麻辣。🚩 擔擔麵 $49✣ 非常喜歡乾身擔擔麵,上邊有唔少花生同蔥花,揀左中辣,食到尾先feel到有麻辣,份量比較細,但質素唔錯。免加一、茶芥。 continue reading

今日同朋友嚟到呢間食四川菜嘅小店試吓店入邊嘅座位唔算多,好彩我去嗰個時段唔算多人可以即刻入去我哋嗌左大蒜鱔魚麵,當我想嗌辣度嘅時候,老闆同我哋講話辣度已經調配好,冇得加減不過提示我哋辣度都幾勁岩晒鐘意食辣既我佢個湯底好濃郁,蛋麵彈牙,鱔魚份量唔算多,食落有鮮甜味,仲有茄子之類配料,不過真係幾辣,食多幾啖成身都出汗我哋仲有嗌咗蒜泥白肉,青瓜切得好薄,夾埋啲蒜蓉,白肉食好好味仲有嗌左個藤椒雞,肉質鮮嫩,啲花枝油令你每一啖食落去個咀都會好麻但吾係辣既感覺,好過癮擔擔面有蔥花,花生碎同肉碎係面,底下有少少嘅香辣汁俾你撈嚟食,佢唔算係辣嘅菜式,但係味道好出,好香口,蛋麵亦都非常彈牙,好味鍾意食辣嘅朋友呢度值得推薦 continue reading
