To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

渝酸辣粉朋友成日話銅鑼灣有間酸辣野好好食,今次經過銅鑼灣終於食到啦!呢間鋪頭唔算當眼位置,好容易行行下miss 咗搵唔到~口水雞配擔擔麪套餐 HK$86口水雞嘅醬汁麻麻辣辣,雞肉都算滑嫩,不過要小心有雞骨;擔擔麪要咗小小辣,辣度剛剛好;麪條幼身但配埋免治肉碎同花生就好有咬口,呢個好好食四川燃燒麪 HK$57呢個名好特別,未食可能唔知點解,食完呢個麪就發配自己個嘴同脷好似燃燒緊;麪條同擔擔麪嘅一樣,但呢個醬汁就辣好多,明明點咗小小辣都好辣青瓜豆漿 HK$34豆漿黎講都算貴,但因為唔係周圍都有得飲,所以叫咗杯試下;清甜嘅青瓜味配埋豆漿,成個感覺好清新~整體黎講呢間川菜黎講都幾唔錯,麪條好好咬口,其實自己好快已經忍唔住encore多次;要留意返唔係太食得辣嘅記得試咗小小辣先啦

《不負責任食評—渝酸辣粉》評分:🌕🌕🌕總評:之前都聽唔少朋友推薦呢間酸辣粉雖然佢喺時代廣場後一兩條街但係酸辣粉始終都係比較普通、平價嘅食物Lunch去食 叫個套餐都成$85蚊都真係幾貴💸但係因為佢味道唔錯所以都食過兩次第一次食嘅時候外賣份量勁細一碗得幾啖酸辣粉🥴啲粉都係比較煙靭嗰種質感個湯就係偏向麻味重啲 但唔太夠酸同略淡加番啲口水雞汁即時好食番🤫不過收咁貴都係冇乜配料就算個湯幾好食都係略嫌單調口水雞都幾滑醬汁比較鹹 但係辣椒乾嘅香味就好突出🌶而辣味又唔會好誇張 個汁用黎撈乜都好食😂第二次食嘅水準都冇下降但係因為之前外賣真係好少加底加左$15 但今次又好似太多😂😂你話味道呢我覺得就都ok嗰種惹味程度會令人覺得有啲上癮🤭但係價錢都真係幾貴 扣左唔少分☠️

一向喜歡食辣既我,麻辣,大辣都岩,留意有關麻辣,川菜的餐廳今晚想食辣既心癮又起,行開銅鑼灣,諗起5-6年前食過既這間老店,記得當時叫的擔擔麵是不錯今晚諗住試店內其他款式麵食,我揀選同樣是menu 上有like icon 即店家推介-大蒜鱔麵,可惜係個惡夢一見賣相都靚仔,好多紅油浮面,花椒粒粒,一飲湯嘩好鹹😢 ,食麵麵質口感好,但食多幾淡鹹到苦,試一舊鱔肉是係梅,真心難食到想咸,成碗野既餸似醃製左好耐鹹到暈,真心無下次,嚇驚🤮,洗唔洗咁鹹
