To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗碗酸辣粉、擔擔麵、皮蛋份量少，連女仔都覺得唔夠食🤬🤬🤬1. 酸辣粉：唔夠酸唔夠辣，配料少 ，屋企熱即食仲好食2. 擔擔麵：超級過份，完全冇味道，面身又唔夠彈牙，差啲反枱，真係未食過咗難食嘅擔擔麵3. 皮蛋：硬，汁難食。真係好好彩冇叫其他野食，本身仲諗住食魚，見到隔離枱叫咗但係個樣都搖曬頭心諗應該都出事㗎喇我第一次打食評，因為真係好難食，希望各位唔好黎食👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 好心汁咗佢啦

行完街本來想食九鬼，點知佢竟然冇開門😝🤣去咗對面食辣嘢…..第一次食依間，雖然本身自己係唔食得好辣，只可以微辣至少辣…… 所以叫咗一碗完全唔辣嘅手撕雞奶湯麵，另外一個辣嘅牛肉麵，同一個羊架⋯⋯今日星期一雖然清靜，但都有4-5成入座率，一入去坐低QR code落order…..個奶湯麵如果完全唔想食辣朋友可以試吓，都幾好食易入口⋯⋯牛肉湯麵唔係普通一片片牛肉，係類似台灣麵嗰隻牛一舊舊，都幾好味⋯⋯另外個羊架幾好食⋯⋯麻辣嗰隻，佢加埋薯條幾有特色，不過好似貴少少要成$200兩個人埋單$340左右都合理，不過可能唔會成日幫襯，好間唔中嗰隻la 😝😝

招牌套餐 $120（口水雞、青瓜、大豆芽、木耳）套餐配一碗酸辣粉，薯粉煙韌掛湯，今次叫左少辣，但都好辣下，麻辣味蓋過左酸辣味！如果唔係食開好辣既朋友叫少辣都夠晒！口水雞滑嫩，配埋佢秘製既辣醬，好惹味！甜品係冰粉，甜甜地，涼浸浸，食完辣野食岩晒！四川擔擔麵 $54麵既韌度岩岩好，上面鋪滿花生碎、肉碎同葱花，撈埋醬汁一齊食好味！夫妻肺片 $80店內既座位唔多，晚飯時間都坐滿，不過店內好似大部份幫襯既都唔係香港人，反而係遊客，見到有啲外國人同埋韓國人，感覺佢地好似慕名而黎咁！

下午茶時段路經銅鑼灣耀華街，心癢癢想吃碗酸辣粉，忽然想起久聞但未試過的川味小館。本以為有提供下午茶餐，但原來只有「全日歺」，幸好份量不大，點了一份口水雞配酸辣粉餐。口水雞非常惹味，汁料比一般的濃厚，雞件掛汁入味，最畫龍點睛的是加入豆豉碎！咸咸香香，味道變得多層次，超級好味酸辣粉的味道就正正常常，無乜驚喜，但薯粉的質地柔柔韌韌，是不錯的主食。另加十元，配了一杯青瓜豆漿，感覺清新，中和了油膩，平衡點麻辣，物有所值。
