隔離間cafe 排隊,唔想排隊無咩人門口又話今日免加一就入去試試佢啦,點知真係。。。無咩人係有原因的:叫咗少少辣,先唔講係完全無麻嘅感覺,完全唔辣之餘仲好似食緊熱水撈薯粉(薯粉好淋,無咬口)。。。 上菜嗰陣我叫咗走花生,一嚟見到啲黃豆誤以為佢無走花生就問咗佢一句,個女侍應就話:呢啲黃豆嚟,下次唔想食黃豆可以叫走黃豆。(當然語氣都係無禮貌啦)無加10蚊轉雞髀就全部都係骨/皮,我咬到肉嘅地方3分1都唔知有無,不如你賣口水雞皮算啦。。。最後我只係食咗幾啖就走咗,碗麵太難食確實食唔落,雞又無肉可食,加埋杯青瓜豆漿總共100蚊。。。侍應態度又差。。當買個教訓 continue reading

香港酸辣粉目前的no1,跟在成都吃的肥肠粉能有7分想像,非常超乎自己的预料,店面风格就透露着川味,不过老板应该是重庆人,要不然为啥是渝呢,不过菜品偏向成都,担担面,酸辣粉,肥肠粉。肥肠粉非常不错。白酒是700毫升的泸州老窖,感觉四川老乡聚会是可以来的,不少川菜选项。服务满分,竟然有主动加水,这在香港绝对前10%了。 continue reading

之前跟朋友提起在香港很難吃到特別正宗的川菜,突然想起在銅鑼灣多年的這家店。之前朋友說這一家店的酸辣粉特別好吃,今天特意來嚐嚐。現在有15周年特別套餐,點了一個套餐,然後另外單點了一個酸辣粉。15周年套餐,包括前菜兩款,招牌口水雞、一款自選麵和飲品。前菜選了涼拌皮蛋和泡椒豬手,推薦泡椒豬手豬皮不會過腍,充滿泡椒甜酸辣的味道。招牌口水雞,雞肉嫩滑入味。鴨血麻辣粉絲,是近期吃過最好吃的鴨血,鴨血能夾得起來,一咬就裂開,麻辣的味道滲入了鴨血☺️酸辣粉,我點了加辣,能夠理解為什麼這麼多人推薦這一間店,香料用得非常充足,除了在湯之中能看到的辣椒和麻,在湯碗的邊邊上也能看到很多說成份的香料沾了一圈。加辣後酸度不明顯,想要吃更酸一點可以問服務員拿黑醋🫶🏻另外看見很多人點的青瓜豆漿,下次也想試一下。 continue reading
