Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

關注這家店很久了,幾次路過都是午飯高峰期,不喜歡排隊的我只能等下次次。終於有機會在12點前來到附近,趁店內還有空位抓住機會來一試味道。店舖不大,桌椅擺放合理,雖然開了這麼久,但還是很乾淨,不似一些川菜館開業沒多久便桌椅佈滿油污,對於尋味而來的食客是一個不小的考驗。落座之後店員迅速遞上一杯茶,測量體溫並詢問是否需要搓手液,店員年紀不小,親切溫馨而有禮。雖然網上做了攻略,卻還是忍不住仔細研究菜譜,有粉有面,有涼菜有熱炒。看得眼花撩亂,最終只能點一份酸辣粉配口水雞套餐,其他的美食容我之後再來品嚐。落單後五分鐘便有美食端上來供享用。價格不便宜,份量不算大,在時代廣場附近這樣的黃金地段,這樣的性價比也可以接受。酸辣粉用的粗的紅薯粉,下單的時候店員還貼心的詢問是否要轉細粉,這一句,好感度增加一成。能在意食客需求的店家都是值得誇讚的。誇了這麼多,紅薯粉煮的時間稍短了點,嚼在口中要幾十下才能下嚥。和我在重慶吃到的爽滑紅薯粉還是有一點差距。在香港吃到的紅薯粉經常遇到這個問題,不知道是商家為了配合本地口味做出的改變還是廚房準備時間不足。不過,這不算大問題。我要的中辣,對於我這個嗜辣之人,辣度剛剛好。酸味不重,和辣味結合的比較完美。口水雞品質不錯,雞肉爽滑,辣汁不算鹹,有辣椒的香味。跟餐配了一杯凍豆漿。吃辣配上冰冰甜甜的飲品最合適了,當然,冰爽的啤酒也是不錯的選擇。十幾分鐘吃完了粉和雞肉,竟覺得很飽,多虧沒有衝動叫其他菜。總的來說,是一碗合格酸辣粉,一碟合格的口水雞,一家乾淨有溫度的小店,滿分的服務,會再回來的。 continue reading

今次二訪呢間餐廳~我地叫左個2人餐,我地叫左以下食物:🐟水煮魚魚塊幾嫩滑,可惜份量唔多,而芽菜應該有半碗既份量😅雖然用碗裝住,但食到最尾都keep 住暖,幾好。🐓口水雞口水雞既質素同上次食既差唔多,保持水準。鐘意佢既麻辣味,配上香料,係有層次既辣。🍜酸辣粉&小食食川菜配酸辣粉是常識吧,我哋仲揀左涼拌木耳,青瓜同雞腳,食完無咩記憶點,正常野~🍯冰粉呢個四川甜品細細碗,食落都幾甜,食之前記得攪拌紅糖呀。 continue reading

噚日一入去叔叔就拎個探熱機同搓手液,感覺好衞生。叫左個口水雞酸辣粉餐+豆漿一般冇試過嘅餐廳我都叫小辣,驚間舖頭偏辣,食唔到,所以我噚日都叫左少辣,4級裡面第2級,可惜上黎唔係好覺辣,感覺上只有酸咁…(平日譚仔三哥食開小-中辣)如果辣味跟上應該會好好食口水雞嫩係好嫩,但係…有少少位比較紅…我比較少食肉,唔知係咪唔夠熟,反正我就唔係好敢咬落去下次有機會我可能會試再辣啲,口水雞就算啦 continue reading

第一次吃《渝》應該有十年前啦,當時有朋友推介這裡的擔擔麵十分好吃。在香港,很多擔擔麵都是花生醬湯底的那一種,但渝的擔擔麵完全不是那種。渝的擔擔麵是種拌麵,麻辣油香加上肉末蔥花,配上兩個小菜夫妻肺片、蒜泥白肉甚麼的,簡直是川味的最高享受。這麼多年來,水準還是保持得那麼好,擔擔麵仍是必吃之選。最重要是,香港真的沒有另一間擔擔麵是這個風味的。但其實很久以前在美國念書時吃過當地四川僑民開的一家川菜館,擔擔麵也是類似這種做法的。在香港也找到這種美味,是開心的。順帶一提,這裡的青瓜豆漿也很清涼解辣,而且頗具特色,不妨一試。 continue reading
