新的一年我決定要了減肥,整個尖沙咀我都找不到一間有卡路里標籤的減肥餐廳,到最後找到了the one上面的健身中心。想到去發現有好多不同的選擇,有很健康的菜飯,有豬扒,有雞有沙律有面等等。如果不夠飽還可以點家飯底或者加餸菜。今次我點了一個石榴汁慢煮叉燒菜飯,加大了份量,兩個人share。石榴汁甜甜的,跟叉燒很配,個飯仲包埋好多,多個同埋好多菜,所以其實一定會飽。我覺得減肥餐來說,佢都算幾好食,我都好滿意,但係始終都唔及肥膩野好食。

係尖沙咀附近做完yoga, 就梗係想搵d健康 d既野食填飽個肚。咁岩search 到呢間開係the one 健身房入面既店舖,主打能量bowl, 有分埋減肥同增肌,滿足晒我呢d做完運動對卡路里有要求既人。呢間店雖然係開係gym入面,但係其他人都可以隨便入去食,佢有列晒所有有能量bowl既熱量同係屬於咩功能,例如減肥,多蛋白質咁,我要左一個地中海風味蒸魚柳飯,佢個分量好足,又多蔬菜, 加埋個地中海風味蕃茄醬, 令到成個飯唔會好清同 dry, 一個男仔食都相信會覺得好飽。好推薦俾做完運動又或者想食得健康d既朋友👍🏻
