放工來到旺角油麻地附近,完全無計劃晚餐食咩好,只是定好要去佐敦「佳佳」食糖水 (正餐還未食,已定好甜品食咩好 @.@,什麼玩法)漫無目的,隨意地向佐敦方向行,經過救世軍時,見到平時好多人排隊的拉麵店,竟然無人龍呀﹗﹗﹗好啦,就呢間。去到「橫綱」門口,雖然無人排隊,但店內剛好坐滿,所以要先拎飛,我們排第一,先睇好Menu,好快就安排到位置了。店面不大,坐位有點逼,大家要坐得親密少少。師傅努力準備各款拉麵,無停過手。餐牌不算多選擇,但有拉麵/ 沾麵/ 小食/ 飯類定食,覺得已經好足夠。魚豚骨拉麵 ($85)選用了豬骨鰹魚湯底。湯底的鰹魚香味好濃,飲落質感較厚,豚肉一整塊,比手掌還大塊,好厚,肥瘦適中,燒得剛剛好,入口好淋,帶有少少豚肉油香味,但絕不會過膩,反而好惹味。拉麵軟硬適中,伴住香濃鰹魚湯底一齊入口,吸哂湯底的味道。元祖拉麵 ($79)可以選擇醬油、豆醬、辣味或清湯湯底。某人選了醬油湯底,相對魚豚骨拉麵,這個湯底無咁濃厚,幾片叉燒肥瘦比例剛好。可能因為較偏愛鰹魚湯底,所以覺得這個元祖拉麵較遜色。 continue reading

間舖唔大,大約只可以坐到二十個人左右 其實d坐位有d迫 我去嗰陣要撘枱我叫左個香葱拉麵 佢個湯底要幾款可以揀 我就揀左辣湯佢個湯飲落會有少少辣 但普通就咁食d面就唔覺得辣既 拉麵質地彈牙 有咬口 真心好食 d葱本身有醃過 好多味 夾埋d面一齊食一流 再飲淡湯簡直完美 continue reading

說真的,已說過真的很喜歡食麵🍜,從小未懂事已經初嚐過這家箇中滋味,原來1987年至今都有幾十年嘅光景,八九十年代真係可說是數一數二嘅人氣拉麵🍜,隨著時代變遷,引入林林總總嘅過江龍,人潮擁擠程度已不複再🤷🏿‍♂️,店面嘅格局沒多改變,服務當然是過去的較好吧🤔。狹小空間吃一碗麵在以前來說是十分雀躍無比,但而家吃到嘅就只是一種「情懷」😢.🍜魚豚骨拉麵。即燒一整塊嘅豚肉,滿滿魚介香嘅湯底,配上木耳、紫菜、溫泉蛋,確實是豐富足料,但為何沒有了一種驚喜感🤔.🍜櫻花蝦拉麵。佈滿大量櫻花蝦🦐、加上叉燒、白菇、京蔥、溫泉蛋,但又為何變得如此的平凡感呢?🤔.別人說:墨守成規,不進則退。始終永遠不能鬆懈,才會繼續進步堅守下去😳 continue reading
