呢間位於山林道居酒屋,雖然位置有啲隱蔽,但正因為咁先保留到一份獨特嘅日式風情。推門入去,炭火香氣撲鼻而來,吧枱位可以近距離睇師傅即席燒製,好有日本當地居酒屋嘅感覺。前菜小食首先試咗山葵八爪魚,八爪魚新鮮爽口,山葵嘅辛辣度剛好,唔會太嗆鼻,作為開胃菜好適合。明太子玉子燒蛋香濃郁,明太子鹹香惹味,師傅火候控制得好好,保持到玉子燒嘅嫩滑口感。串燒方面絕對係呢度嘅強項,全部用備長炭燒製:-「雞皮」燒得金黃香脆,油脂比例剛剛好-「雞心喉管」爽脆有嚼勁,簡單鹽燒已經好夠味-「免治雞肉棒」加入軟骨增加口感,蘸生雞蛋更滑溜-「大蔥雞脾肉」嘅雞肉嫩滑,大蔥燒到微焦帶甜特別推薦「紫蘇墨魚卷」,墨魚彈牙得來帶紫蘇香氣,配搭好有心思。「萵苣豚肉卷」係驚喜之作,豚肉片包裹新鮮萵苣,燒完後蔬菜依然爽脆多汁,同豚肉嘅油脂好平衡。「牛舌」厚切得來夠嫩身,炭火香氣十足,簡單灑少許岩鹽就已經好好味。 「白鰻」魚皮燒得香脆,肉質保持嫩滑,魚油香豐富。「甲羅燒」蟹膏濃郁鮮香,配香脆多士食可以平衡油膩感。「羊架」燒到外脆內嫩,羊味適中唔會太羶。「豬大腸」外脆內軟,處理得乾淨冇異味,配七味粉更惹味。提子梳打同蘋果汁唔會太甜,解膩一流。整體來講,呢度嘅串燒水準拍得住日本當地居酒屋,特別適合鍾意食炭火串燒嘅朋友。建議預早book位,尤其係想坐吧枱嘅話,同埋預留多啲時間慢慢享受,因為即叫即燒需要少少等候時間。 continue reading
