呢間位於太子嘅有囍,主要提供新加坡及泰國菜🇸🇬🇹🇭呢到地方都算大,有圓枱同長枱,見到好多客人都係一班人咁嚟。但今次我正係同朋友2個人嚟🙈.今餐最好食嘅係個泰式豬肉蝦醬炒飯🇹🇭🐷🦐🍚可能因為加咗蝦醬落去炒,所以個炒飯唔係炒得乾身嗰種。但其實啲飯粒都仲幾粒粒分明,冇融融爛爛咁。而且好足料,豬肉份量多,肉質係一絲絲嘅,好match個炒飯!食落幾香同幾濃味,飯桶表示幾鐘意呢個炒飯😼同埋一碟只需68元,都抵食喎,因為都幾大碟㗎。.冬蔭功有兩款:冬蔭功蝦湯/冬蔭功海鮮湯。本身我地都好猶豫唔知叫邊款好,店員就建議我地叫海鮮,話好飲啲㗎喎🤣呢到嘅冬蔭功湯係少少辣,酸味比辣味重。我同朋友都覺得同平時飲開嘅冬蔭功味道有啲啲唔同,但飲落都係OK嘅。入面有蝦同魷魚圈,蝦肉唔梅、幾好👍🏻不過平時去食泰國菜,冬蔭功上枱之後都仲會有個火熱住,但呢到就冇,只係普通用個白色大碗裝住🙈.呢餐最好食係個炒飯,但其實本身我最期待係黃金軟殻蟹,即係咸蛋黃炸軟殻蟹。但可惜,佢令我好失望😞軟殻蟹外層炸粉好厚好厚😥厚粉之餘,又炸得唔脆😪真係好失望。同行朋友食食吓話好掛住元氣嘅炸軟殻蟹😹.btw有冇人好似我地咁白痴,叫薄餅但唔記得預要叫咖哩?😂如果再加單要個咖哩又會食唔哂lol continue reading

同男朋友都有段時間無出旺角行下搵下新野食,行行下就見到間未食過但係又貼左好多明星照既新式泰國菜,表面有少少似茶餐廳,估唔到內有乾坤。<有囍水果茶(凍),$68>一杯$48,一jar$68,一jar 好似抵好多咁,所以我地就點左一jar。一jar水果茶真係好多,完全足夠我地兩個人飲,而且都幾多生果,有蘋果、士多啤梨同菠蘿,差唔多有接近一杯生果。味道唔算好甜,我覺得清清地咁幾好。<椰皇翅,$138>未放底已經聞到好香嘅椰汁味,以為會好濃,一飲原來無聞到咁濃,但係都好好飲,好清好香!仲要有翅食添,正呀!<泰式生蝦,$98>呢個設計好好,用保鮮紙將生蝦同冰分開,除左衛生左好多之外,生蝦亦唔會隨著冰溶而濕或者令到個蝦肉變腍。生蝦配上生蒜及辣椒,再加上中間秘製嘅辣汁,食落好惹味又爽口,令人食唔停口!<馬拉盞炒通菜,$78>呢個馬拉盞炒通菜好大碟,除咗有馬拉盞之外佢仲落咗啲蝦乾去炒,令到成個菜好有鮮味。<黃金軟殼蟹,$158>呢個黃金軟殼蟹真係勁好食!我勁鍾意食!首先係個皮係超級香脆,再加上啲蛋黃同埋牛油嘅香,簡直係絕配!<泰式蝦炒金邊粉,$68>意想唔到嘅係呢度嘅金邊粉都好好食,佢調味調得好好,夠晒酸又夠晒辣,好好味!最後兩個人都捧住個肚走,好似叫多左少少不過因為好食所以我地都ko哂全部食物,值得推介朋友黎一試。 continue reading

以前一年總會去新加坡幾次,但現在因為忙所以已經年幾冇去喇。我好掛住啲胡椒蟹、麥皮蝦同海南雞飯呀!今晚有朋友話同我去食麥皮蝦,我即刻叫好啦, 因為香港主打星州菜嘅餐廳真係好少, 有都要排哂長龍好難book! 佢仲要話間餐廳早去冇乜人,唔使同人迫,啱哂我地返flexi hour嘅好食之人。餐廳果然係有種好舒適嘅感覺,我地早去坐到卡位。望住餐牌,好有親切感,樣樣都想食, 但兩個人又唔食得多,於是朋友果斷地點左個二人套餐,我就冇乜所謂,只要食到麥皮蝦就OK,反正如果好食,我會時時嚟。食物好快就上齊,而食星州菜,一定要飲凍野,今次我冇搵馳名嘅檸檬薏米水,反而點啤酒。事關我嚟之前輕輕上網search過,話呢度啲手工啤酒唔錯,好有特色咁話。今次我點左嘅叫南雲,顧名思意係加入左雲南普洱,飲落好清爽,回甘真係有普洱茶香味,好正👍。下次嚟再試其他口味!開動前先飲湯,椰皇翅聽講係必叫嘅。我一向唔飲中式湯,但呢款椰皇翅好濃椰子香味,就好似鹹版嘅椰汁,好好飲,所以我都忍唔住飲哂,但啲翅就假左啲,可以不理。今餐對我嚟講正主係麥皮蝦,套餐佢有兩大只,每人一只,嘗嘗味,等你有空間食其他野。講真佢係做得到我係新加坡食嘅味道嘅,隻蝦都夠大只而且好爽,但蝦嘅味道好淡,冇乜蝦味,呢個係貨源問題,同煮調功力無關。之後試其他菜式,竟然最好味係個軟殼蟹沙律喎。沙律菜新鮮係基本,但個軟殼蟹係辣架,加埋酸酸地嘅沙律醬汁,好食到停唔到口。套餐包一塊「炭燒」安格斯牛扒,好失望上枱望落一啲都唔炭燒囉,而且我地要五成熟,嚟到起碼有八成熟,不過呢個係中式餐館好common嘅錯誤, 因為牛扒其實離鑊後會繼續自煮,所以燒嘅時間要拿捏得好準。我就覺得沒事唔好亂點單。反而跟扒個薯角好好味,特別係個秘製醬汁,辣辣地嘅,醒胃。個串燒都好一般,不值一提。反而個甜品南瓜露有分加。因為佢好冰凍,好香奶味南瓜味,食完咁多熱氣野來一碗,好順喉好舒暢。雖然今次點嘅套餐好似有幾味都一般般,但我覺得餐廳還是值得一試,憑我食完呢餐再加席間睇見其他食客嘅食物,只係點單要識揀番啲地道特色小炒菜,加個海南雞(朋友忌雀,所以冇點😏)就掂哂,唔好咁懶叫套餐啦。 continue reading
