朋友請食飯,第一次光顧益新,都唔知道乜東東出名。每間餐廳,我也會留意侍應的服預態度。先說座位安排很好,侍應也非常有禮貌及友善,適時主動幫忙加水,值得稱讚👍🏻。上菜分階段進行,安排也細心。會再去。朋友預早訂了半只米鴨,怕沽清。一入口,有驚喜,鴨油香,肉軟滑,好味😋。椒鹽炸豆腐,皮脆肉軟,真心好食。蒜蓉豆苗不馬虎,全豆胚,鮮甜嫩滑。蟹肉炒鮮奶,蟹肉新鮮令炒鮮奶整體提升。凌魚潤腸卷,潤腸有點咸,凌魚肉再淡少少及厚少少,就可以平衡一點,配白飯就非常啱。京都炸雞,就不用試了。下次可試炸子雞或塩焗雞。由於我不好甜品,所以對西米布甸沒特別感覺。我自己就怕甜,朋友就話好味道😋。 continue reading
