咁係熟食中心就唔好太講究環境同服務啦 同事們都係識食之人 我哋一行五人係樓下街市買咗625蚊海鮮 拎上樓 俾人煮 好他調 中秋前海鮮餐5款海鮮1碟椒絲腐乳通菜1碟炸餛飩+魚片頭雙拼1碟抄豉油王炒麵甜品係落另外一個肚 所以追加咗1碟 奶油多 3罐汽水最後埋單1210蚊 人均價242蚊 係咪抵先?不過扇貝蒸耐咗少少樓下街市有一檔係個白頭髮既婆婆+一位中女姊姊+個動作慢慢哋既伯伯(無貶義 純係為咗方便大家如果想買海鮮可以識別到佢哋嚟檔) 檔口細細但係啲海鮮好新鮮 而且好好人 洗海鮮 毫不馬虎毫不求其 好有愛 婆婆洗蟶子係得好乾淨 姊姊洗扇貝又係好有耐性 我哋同佢哋買咗50蚊蜆 姊姊特地幫我哋挑走2粒死既再俾返三隻生既我哋 係咪好得先? 雖然無另外一檔咁多款海鮮揀 但係有heart有service continue reading

媽媽心血來潮想去鴨脷洲食海鮮係街市買海鮮其實都要諗定點煮有時店家推薦的煮法未必合心意*椒鹽爆膏瀨尿蝦好野味,俾膠剪我地自己搞,又唔怕佢偷工減料*香煎倉魚店家原來推薦豉汁蒸,但我地更多煎+點豉油不過店家煎得有點乾身*蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌粉絲一般,好淋唔爽,但調味ok*另外叫左椒絲腐乳通菜,大大碟!仲有玻璃可樂!一流!午飯時間,只有呢家係最多人食以前黎都係食呢家因為只係二人份,每碟加工費只係$70算係抵食!不過每個材料製作需時,唔能夠等埋一齊影張大合照 continue reading

今日特登帶屋企人,一行6個,黎豪食海鮮午餐,因為大排檔夜晚唔開,所以只好下午黎。11.30到街市,買好海鮮就去加工。椒鹽白飯魚,九肚魚,送酒一流。雜魚湯係必叫既,濃郁,好飲。薑蔥蠔,香口,鑊氣夠。日本元貝,南非鮑魚,豉椒炒蜆,合格有餘。蒸老鼠斑,蒸得岩岩好,肉滑。避風塘瀨尿蝦,油鹽焗奄仔蟹,每次都一定食。最後叫個西多士做甜品,飽到傻既一餐。我覺得海鮮本身新鮮,已經有80分,耀記係好稱職將食材發揮到101%。買料大概$2000,十樣餸加工$800。超值。****************評分 : 9/10簡評 : 靚食材配好廚師 continue reading

平時午飯及下午茶就食得多,而且一般都係餐點。每次到來鄰枱饕客都有一盤充滿香氣海鮮。不要小看這店子只開早上到午後,食客一般都係漁民,街坊,小家庭及辦公室員工,無論聚會或團餐每日都爆滿。只可惜一直沒有時間享用。一直奇怪為何餐牌沒有銷售,一問下原來都係饕客們加工海鮮。今日假期帶著一家遊覽鴨脷洲順道一試那出名加工海鮮,首先樓下市政買了蝦及蜆都係一般市價但新鮮程度直迫現場海釣,真係新鮮好味。午餐時間一到樓上,未到12點現場爆滿,幸好姐姐們見到我哋一家大細即時騰空位子給我們。加工海鮮有白灼蝦及油鹽水蜆肉。及後再加一碟蝦醬通菜,淡淡蝦醬香味一直迴盪我的味蕾。賣相一流,湯頭鮮甜,油監分量剛好(我哋比較喜歡清淡),可惜有點鑊焦略嫌美中不足。 continue reading
