Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友喺第二度來,點名要到旺角行吓街,咁行街前带佢來到“盈館”飲茶,呢間我之前來過食dinner ,感覺好好。飲茶就係第一次,咁點樣就由朋友評價吓。都幾多嘢食,後來揀咗個set ,有小食,有點心有粉麵,完全滿足晒佢嘅願望。“原籠燒賣皇”有4粒咁多,每人2粒,食得到裡邊的蝦粒,唔錯唔錯;“家鄉煎茄子”係意想不到的3大件,幾乎每件喺人哋2倍咁大,好抵食;“薑蒽牛柏葉”唔會太韌唔會太軟,啱啱好,而都大份過人嘅😁粉麵方面就揀咗“雪菜火鴨絲炆米”,朋友話好耐冇食,係滿意的;小食就叫咗“紅燒乳鴿”,唔會太大隻,正如大廚師所講,話明乳鴿,細細隻先啱,鴿肉超級嫰滑👍至於“紅菜頭帶子餃”就係我點嘅,未試過,見隔離檯點,靚靚仔仔,一於試吓,係收貨嘅。

通常我們吃到的湯鮮竹卷都是蒸為主,盈館的龍蝦湯鮮竹卷是用炸的,再淋上龍蝦湯,品味起來特別好吃。比起用蒸的我更愛用炸的,龍蝦湯鮮竹卷的腐竹沒有龍蝦湯軟掉,保有脆度,並適當地吸收龍蝦湯精華,吃得到肉鮮蝦甜。

豐料瑤柱珍珠雞荷葉一扒開香味四溢,荷葉香氣完全融入糯米飯中,內餡包入半肥半瘦的豬肉、冬菇、蝦米、瑤柱、鹹蛋黃等餡料,糯米飯蒸得軟硬適中,食材滋味融入其中,豐料瑤柱珍珠雞讓人意猶未盡。

因為第二天要到旺角,所以早一個晩上,在OpenRice 網上預約了'超級方便!到咗中午一試,便order 了一些點心,如腸粉,义燒包,鳳爪,黑金流沙包煎薄餅,仲有特色點心拼盆…..最喜歡的是干蒸牛肉,好味…….
