🥠珍珠鹹水角 ($26 3粒)
鹹水角嘅珍珠粉皮好煙韌,口感好嚼勁。加埋個金色架,好似係幾條雀仔係個鳥籠到咁,d擺盤真係無得輸☺️

🔴流沙荔枝球 ($26 3粒)
最後嘅流沙荔枝球甜品俾我嘅第一個感覺真係好似荔枝🤣而流沙餡加上鮮甜嘅荔枝果肉味,令成個口感都好清新。

晨早起身,由粉嶺跑步去大埔,見到一間新開茶居,於是入去試吓。叫咗幾個點心,全比酒樓嘅水準好,價錢又平過酒樓,仲有甜品送,佢個桂花糕,桂花好香,唔會一味得個甜字,甜度恰到好處!焗叉燒包,剛剛焗出來,外面脆,內面鬆軟,叉燒餡料足夠又唔會太多汁搞到好鹹,簡直是酒店級水準!其他點心都非常滿意,令我跑步更有動力!下次會再晨早起身跑步去吃!食完再跑返粉嶺!

點心一般以廣東菜常客來形容就沒錯了,因為香港的點心太多了,但這一間可以算是點心的藝術品店,常以普通的酒樓點心,來到型點後你會發現原來點心也可以這樣美,這樣生動,顛倒了我對點心的三觀,但這樣的點心我還沒試味道,已經先被眼球所征服了,哈 味道超正,豬豬小包斯開一半時燙熱的流沙奶皇伴著熱騰騰的蒸氣冒出來,蝦餃皮晶瑩通透,蝦味濃郁,我想問一問侍應可以終叫蝦餃皮嗎? 喔 不說了 先食吧
