閨密相約,為壽星慶生, 她鍾愛日本菜,吃遍港九新界, 今次想搵一間大家都未食過又就腳嘅, 最後決定咗去將軍澳嘅【隱居】,因為聞說呢間日式居酒屋,營業時間、食物種類十分彈性,務求讓客人飲飽食醉,坐到盡興才回家。.我見 附近有幾間酒吧,食完唔夠喉仲可以去吹水再Hea下, 不過無論酒吧定【隱居】,唔熟路嘅朋友會比較難搵...記得係坑口村6號地下A舖,唔洗行到太入架。呢間隱居門面細細但就在轉角位入點點裝潢著日式門面,在昏暗的巷弄中,備感溫馨。入面整家店充滿濃厚日式風格,環境暗暗,很有感覺,座位方面有吧枱及梳化位置,兩邊都不擁擠。如果坐吧枱可以有機會看到開放式的料理製法。坐梳化位置就會見到裝飾著各式酒瓶的櫃子,居酒屋的酒類選擇很多,不知道要喝什麼酒的朋友,應該可以請老闆推薦吧!食店主要以日本菜式為主,如燒物、串燒、魚生等。不過都可以好彈性因為,如果餐牌沒有、但廚師做到的食物,都可以做到給客人。」不過食店平日只提供基本魚生菜式,想要特別的菜式、魚生等就最好預訂了。牆上也貼了一些食物照片或推介文字,唔知食咩就跟住人氣菜式點啦。.先黎個漬物吧🔹酒盜芝士 $58可能大部份的人都不知道它是什麼東西,因為一開始我也是不知道喔,在日本料理中,酒盗是最有特色的下酒小菜,由于非常下酒,便有了“酒盗”之名。 將魚的腸胃取出並以清酒及其他配料醃製再發酵,我認為略帶腥味但朋友愛它的獨特鹹鮮,軟芝士墊底,一併吃的話兩種獨特濃郁鹹香味道互搶,感覺更特別,如果佐清酒更覺細滑香濃。.好鍾意食串燒既我點左幾串黎食。🔹燒京蔥豚肉串 $35京蔥豚肉串超好食,重口味人士一定要試,主角不是雞肉,而是大蔥經過醬燒,燒埋之後更加香,這串豚肉燒得夠火喉,口感好正又惹味。🔹醬燒三文魚腩串 $48醬燒既味道讓人口水直流,三文魚腩串烤過的顏色已令我食指大動,食落非常軟嫩好鮮,肉質較不易鬆散。🔹鹽燒牛舌心串 $48鹽燒牛舌選用厚切牛舌心所以口感較好,感較好,爽口有嚼強卻不韌。用鹽帶出牛舌的味道,再灑一點七味粉,非常好吃。熱呼呼美味!🔹羊肋串 $35每次到內地,必定會光顧一下露天的串燒檔,貪其香料夠重手,味道濃香。特別是孜然,更是我的最愛,孜然羊肋串真材實料的腿肉及肋條交叉著,雙重口感,一次滿足!食完熱辣辣既再點了些刺身、壽司飯來吃。🔹三文魚刺身 $78三文魚肉色橙紅, 肉質細嫩鮮美,豐富的油質,刺身厚薄能夠讓人充份感受三文魚的最佳味道。🔹炙燒醬油左口魚裙邊壽司兩件起 $25/1壽司的優劣,取決於師傅的手藝、米飯的好壞及與醬油的配合。炙燒醬油左口魚裙邊,用上淡淡的醬油經燒過後香氣濃,油份喺口中爆發,點夠兩件先滿足!算係今晚既重頭戲了🔹綜合刺身丼-(8種食材) $1888種食材有「玉子、左口魚裙邊、白玉豚、三文魚腩、油甘魚、帆立貝、甜蝦、海膽三文魚子」另配有有青檸粒同芥末。視覺上已經給人一種滿足的感覺,每一款刺身厚切鋪滿在醋飯上,何其吸引,全部鮮嫩甘香,美味可口。勁高質!油甘魚、白玉豚、海膽三文魚子、左口魚裙邊呢四款會更為高分。「油甘魚、白玉豚」:油甘魚非常口切口感極佳而新鮮白玉豚呈奶白色,甘香爽嫩,油度高, 味道香濃,是刺身的最佳原料之一。「海膽三文魚子、左口魚裙邊」:海膽三文魚子入口軟滑creamy , 味道濃甜, 最痛快的吃法是把海膽、 三文魚子和飯撈勻來吃, 一啖甘甜、 一啖鹹。左口魚裙邊正正係成條魚最肥美的部份,令人難忘的則是左口魚裙邊,一吃便無法抗拒。辛苦工作一天,下班後最佳舒壓方式,就是和閨密到居酒屋喝酒,聊天,吃美食,是次慶祝生日她非常開心,這個聚腳點令人很放鬆喔。喜歡居酒屋氛圍的朋友,千萬不要錯過喔~~ continue reading

一路都聽好多人講坑口村有好多特色小店而且味道都唔錯,今日終於都的起心肝過到嚟。行左一個圈發現到呢間叫隱居既日式餐廳,見佢又有燒物又有蓋飯就決定試一試!一入到去侍應已經好熱情咁招呼我地,可能係小店既關係,侍應都好有禮貌同埋細心,全程飯都一直留意住我地使唔使加茶,好耐都未試過有咁既服務啦!😆👍店內好大張poster有哂人氣之選~~於是就叫左個味噌甲羅燒同埋炸墨魚嘴試下先~味噌甲羅燒呢個甲羅燒非常出色!所有材料上檯顯得分明~唔係預先撈勻,我地可以好清楚見到佢有咩配料喺蟹蓋上,再加埋一隻生既鵪鶉蛋,賣相已經好吸引,另外仲有一個有加飯素既飯團添!當我地將所有配料都撈埋一齊既時候已經一直聞到好香,甲羅燒既熱力令到隻蛋唔會太生,溝埋一齊食真係好滋味!同我地喺日本食既味道都好類似!以呢個價錢食到呢個甲羅燒真係好抵,夾起少少飯再加埋一齊食又係第二種享受!炸墨魚嘴炸得好脆口~味粉落得岩岩好,唔油膩之餘每一粒都好彈牙,蛋黃醬亦都因為加左少少七味粉既關係同炸墨魚嘴好夾,好快我地就KO咗呢碟小食啦!主食方面我地叫咗醬燒明太子雞扒丼同埋牛骨湯飯。醬燒明太子雞扒丼明太子同埋個醬既味好夾好開胃,加埋雞扒係燒到岩岩好,唔會鞋同埋有肉汁,飯就係日本既珍珠米,加埋少少紫菜碎同埋一件玉子,呢個飯真係令人好滿足估唔到當牛骨湯飯上台時我地仲驚喜!牛骨湯飯湯飯用左瓦煲裝住,一黎到已經聞到好香濃既牛尾同埋番茄味,我同老公即刻飲左一啖湯,真係好入味同埋足料,飯亦都唔會浸到淋哂變左粥咁,仲有d紅蘿蔔粒加埋牛肉,味道濃郁有口感!呢間餐廳位置雖然真係有d隱世~(店名改得好好😂)但侍應服務同埋食物質素都一流~抵讚 continue reading

Hang Hau village is no big secret if you live there and there is a film studio nearby so the only way to get out is taking the minibus from Hanghau village to choihung or HKU.I was in the area because of Uselect so went here for dinner before I went shopping.There is quite a lot on offer but I opted for the Donburis.Although I didn't get the grilled skewers I got the unagidon as the guy looked professional at grilling the stuff.Started with the prawn soup which you can see is really strong.It tasted like concentrated lobster bisque.Both donburis were to my liking.The portions were small but I strangely felt full afterwards and they give you freshly grated wasabi.Personally I liked the salmon and salmon roe because they just taste delicious with rice and you get a piece of calamansi which you can use to make it more appetizing.Will be back again for other stuff next time. continue reading
