Exploring the Shau Kei Wan area, we decided to try out 一家 (English name: Yi Jia) as it had recently garnered a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Located inside a shopping center, it was rather quiet during lunch period.The interior was a bit retro with hip decor.During lunch, they have a lunch set menu. Menu is in English and Chinese. They have noodles or you can order a main with a bowl of rice. The rice sets come with an appetizer and soup. For the rice, you can upgrade to Shanghai vegetable rice for $5 but they had run out that day. We both decided to order two mains from the rice sets to share.The soup of the day was a lotus root, pork and purple rice. It was extremely salty.The first main was Deep Fried Fish and Pineapple with Sweet and Sour Sauce ($68). The sauce was a bit on the sour side. I don't mind as I do like it a bit more sour. The fish was perfectly cooked with the coating super crunchy. Not that much pineapple was found but there was plenty of capsicums.The other main was the Braised Minced Pork with Soya ($68). The pork balls was a lot smaller than most places. However, there was a lot of softly braised vegetables. A few slices of bamboo shoots and one shitake mushroom was found. The mince pork balls was super fluffy and it was mixed with chunks of shitake mushrooms. I've never had one that mixed that in before. This was also on the salty side.Food is a bit too salty. Service was fine but not really Michelin worthy in my opinion. Now that I write this and look back at the menu, I realize we never got our appetizer! We didn't notice we were to get one but we should have. And this was never explained to us why they didn't give this to us. Was it they forgot or they ran out? Never explained and we'll never know.

路過筲箕灣形薈見到有間餐廳叫做「一家」,首先俾佢嘅裝修吸引咗,裏面嘅一幅瓷磚地同埋卡位嘅瓷磚牆,好有30年代feel。再睇埋Menu見到有臭豆腐食,好驚訝!香港好似好少餐廳有臭豆腐食(又或者小弟知識乏味😅)於是就決定喺度食晚餐。我叫咗臭豆腐(因為我係為咗佢而入嚟食😂)、外婆紅燒肉流心蛋、海鮮澆頭麵(第一次聽澆頭麵,於是上網查下,原來澆頭麵是上海道地麵食,「澆頭」是指添加在飯、麵上的配料,澆頭麵意思就是把配料加到陽春麵(或是乾麵)裡頭,咁我醒起,因為細個嘅時候,如果唔想食飯,我外婆就會將一個餸淋上係個湯麵度俾我食,所以我一定食過,因為咩餸都可以做出嚟,所以勁多變化,今晚就回味一下。)另外我仲叫咗兩杯飲品,睇完個Menu唔叫唔得,因為啲名好得意,一杯係串嘴表妹,另一杯係嬌滴滴姪女😂。臭豆腐 - 平時喺街邊食臭豆腐嘅時候,食得好論盡,喺餐廳食就可以優雅多啲,而且佢哋嘅臭豆腐有一個優點,就係平時食嘅臭豆腐係正方體,所以要擘到個口勁大,而呢度雖然係大舊過出面,但係就唔係正方體,有啲似豆腐乾既形狀,容易咬,唔會食到好論盡。碟臭豆腐一放低就已經聞到陣味😅唔係勁臭嗰隻,臭得來頂得順,表面炸得好脆,點埋甜醬食真係好愛呀🥰外婆紅燒肉流心蛋 - 嘩!五花肉煮得好淋,好入味,望落去雖然肥,但係食落口唔油膩,舊五花肉處理得好好,外婆紅燒肉雖然係一個餸名,但係我外婆真係經常煮紅燒肉俾我食,每次碟餸一出嚟,我第一時間搶墨魚食,而呢度居然同我外婆一樣都係用墨魚炊五花肉,因為係出面食既通常會用百頁結又或者淨係肉,估唔到呢度同我外婆一樣都係用墨魚,非常驚喜😘而且呢度係用大墨魚,所以夠厚身,好食!加埋流心蛋配飯食無敵👍🏻海鮮澆頭麵 - 將一款餸菜淋落湯麵度,味道應該會淡左,呢方面佢哋處理得好好,味道剛剛好唔會過咸,而且碗麵幾大碗,海鮮料亦夠多,食完之後好滿足。串嘴表妹 - 柑桔茉莉茶、雜莓、檸蜜爆珠嬌滴滴姪女 - 芒果芝士雲、茉莉茶飲品都係好飲,寫咗啲配搭係度,自己想像下啦😊

筲箕灣主要餐廳都集中喺東大街,其實呢個新商場都有幾間唔錯嘅選擇。想食中菜嘅話可以試吓一家~呢度有好多唔同嘅中式小菜選擇,非常有特式。櫻花蝦麻醬秋葵~$68秋葵冷盤食得多,擺盤咁靚嘅秋葵真係第一次見!賣相咁精緻真是令人胃口大開😍新鮮嘅秋葵加上日式胡麻醬,簡單而美味👍🏻黃魚石鍋淮山麵~$108平時自己屋企煮飯好少煎魚嚟食,因為洗魚好麻煩,二來煎炸嘢搞到成油煙味。今晚竟然見到有香炸黃魚即刻毫無懸念點咗嚟試!黃魚真係煎得好香脆可口,脆到骨都可以食埋😄淮山麵嘅湯底加咗蒜片一齊煮味道好香濃,好味到成碗湯都飲晒!而且用石鍋上嘅好處係可以保持湯麵嘅溫度🍜👍🏻食到最後碗麵都仲係熱嫁!一家蔥油白切雞~$128肉質嫩滑嘅白切雞上舖上大量蔥花,雞肉浸在花雕酒裏吸收晒花雕酒香濃嘅精華同味道,鍾意食雞嘅一定不能錯過!見到好多枱都有點呢個。今期特飲~冬日雪飄:加入左梨糖漿、薑糖漿、果汁、茉莉花茶、鮮姜、雪梨、雪耳同埋四季桔,飲落酸中帶甜😋白雪茫茫:咗紅豆、牛奶、生薑、薑糖漿,飲落好似飲緊紅豆冰,只係以牛奶取代椰汁,飲起來一啲都唔甜,健康滋潤又美味💖

之前嚟到筲箕灣形薈商場,見到一間上海菜獲取米芝蓮推介🥇 除咗出名佢啲食物品質好之外,價錢都非常合理,同佢個名一樣好適合一家人一齊食 🥰 佢令一樣特別嘅就係佢係有自製嘅四寶茶 ☕️ 顧名思義係用四款材料整嘅,飲落非常之清香,茶味好香😌上海脆皮素鵝 🫔素鵝不嬲都係我鍾意食嘅上海小食,外皮脆脆地,腐皮一層層好有層次感👍小籠包 🫓食上海嘢一定要叫小籠包,外皮整得好薄,餡料都好豐富,而肉汁當然就整得好出色啦,一定要試 💯 鮮肉鍋貼 🌮呢個都會推介,鍋貼新鮮煎嘅,熱辣辣好好食🤤大排湯麵 🍜呢個排骨湯麵份量真係好大,排骨一大塊,自己可以自己切嚟食🤣

前排睇👀東張西望介紹過呢間餐廳入左米芝蓮推介餐廳!甘岩約朋友食飯就去試試!餐廳裝修擺設睇得出花過心思,有古式風格又有新式霓虹燈,環境整潔舒適好坐! 我地7點幾去到,入坐已8成滿!叫左d 餸,好快就一次過黎齊曬!小籠包 $50 /4粒我小心翼翼怕熱♨️咬第一啖, 我擔心多餘了🤣 因為吾算太熱,可以熱番小小會正d! 皮都算薄!夾起吾易穿! 👍入面仲有小小湯汁! 都ok!一家蔥油白切雞🐔 $128白切雞面頭舖上大量蔥花,佢係用左新鮮上海紅頭蔥,食落又吾覺好油, 白切雞肉質嫩滑,份量都幾多!底部既雞浸到D汁, 個汁係有酒味, 應該用左花雕酒.有d 醉雞Feel!我覺得個雞, 不過不失!滕椒豆干絲炒苦瓜🥒$85苦瓜用左豆豉抄, 幾香口,食落有帶有小小麻辣味 ,底部仲d好似麵既豆干! 沒甘單調!臭豆腐$78臭豆腐夠臭🤭, 拎緊埋來已經聞到飄過來!我地好快就習慣左!表面炸得脆,豆腐夠實淨,唔會一夾就散🥢, 配埋甜醬同辣醬!外婆紅燒肉流心蛋 $ 138五花肉半肥瘦👍, 醬汁好入味帶點甜,望落去雖然肥,但係食落口唔油膩煮得好淋👍,另外有d墨魚夠咬口 <可以比多小小就好!而流心蛋幾香甜!👍👍總結:食物ok的!! 但好驚喜又吾講得!對米芝蓮為推介之餐廳有點失望而回!可能是我期望過高!😛😋美味指數:7/10💲性價比: 7/10🚶♀️服務:7. 5/10🏠環境:8/10
