Last night was a simple dinner for two. The service was proper and decent. The servings of dishes were fast. The food was up to standard. However, There were several unexpected charges, and offers without addressing any hidden fees until you see the bill. I am a traveller myself. The sauce I didn’t touch, I only ordered a small glass of hot water, it still charges us $40. Total entrance fee was paid $150 for two. I don’t think I would ever come back again.

坐下來後先叫了薏米水,先收我們$70,你沒有提及價錢直接收費唔緊要,$70那麼小杯薏米水我們讓你砍。然後服務員端上一小碗酸菜,試吃了一條,淡而無味像擦紙膠,口味欠佳所以放置了一旁,竟還charge $25。
然後我和先生只叫了小杯滾水,放置在旁的醬汁碰也沒碰過,我們叫了杯滾水也收$40。我周遊列國也算是見識到香港這裡第一家那麼多hidden fees的餐廳。我們到任何其他酒店級的餐廳,一般也不會收那麼多「隱藏費用」。簡直感覺好像有點進了black店的感覺。以上的入門收費已高達$150,提供的只是:一杯白開水,兩杯薏米水,像茶餐廳一樣放在餐廳的油鹽醬醋,及一碟淡而無味的酸菜
我們情願服務生serve得我們好,給$100小費,也不願這樣被人收費。看到這集團的老闆徐總背景還自稱讀過康乃爾大學酒店管理學院,我真的是覺得這集團老闆完全對marketing knowledge欠佳,沒想過「留客」,一心想宰割「水魚」。我們也是做生意的人,他這樣的收費方式真的很令客戶們感覺不適,像無良black店,簡直像被搶掠一樣。總括用餐體驗極失望,$150入場費我們讓你賺,我們也被騙得起,但以後這個集團的餐廳也不會再出席

崧子雞叉子餅- I liked. The pine nuts tasted very fresh and crunchy- none of that oily taste you got with some places. Meat was well seasoned, but not too salty. 叉子餅 was warm and crunchy. We didn’t have enough of the 叉子餅 to absorb all the meat but we used the leftover pancake from the duck. Tasted equally good.

跟家人吃完後第二天都出現了腹瀉的情況,打去餐廳查詢聽電話的同事態度惡劣,沒有調查就說不是餐廳的問題。一般出現這種情況正常人應該表示關心和專業的態度,應該說會調查清楚才給予回覆,而不是甩鍋說不是餐廳的問題!關於餐廳的食物,份量比以前少多了,叫了好幾道菜根本吃不飽。我從小就會來這間餐廳吃飯,這次發生了這件事加上食物的質量有明顯的下降令我感到十分驚訝。+ 過了數天餐廳完全沒有給予回覆,這樣的服務亟待改善。

這家夜上海環境隱蔽,週一晚人不多,客人都輕聲細語,暗暗的燈光加上小野麗莎的溫柔嗓音營造慵懶的氣氛。餐廳佈置精緻,色澤搭配低調奢華。爆炒河蝦仁是本幫招牌菜,不過不失。紅燒肉徹底體現濃油赤醬的特點,味道相對較淡。幹鍋菜花少許辣,很是香口。由於每碟菜份量不大,擔心不飽的時候上了生煎包,四個包一碟,包子比想像中大份,中間的肉質結實多汁,外脆內嫩。總體而言菜式沒有印象特別深刻,而服務貼心舒服。是個讓人放鬆談心敘舊的地方。

爆炒河蝦仁是本幫招牌菜,不過不失。紅燒肉徹底體現濃油赤醬的特點,味道相對較淡。幹鍋菜花少許辣,很是香口。由於每碟菜份量不大,擔心不飽的時候上了生煎包,四個包一碟,包子比想像中大份,中間的肉質結實多汁,外脆內嫩。

總體而言菜式沒有印象特別深刻,而服務貼心舒服。是個讓人放鬆談心敘舊的地方。

呢間啲上海菜真係十分難食. 鰣魚無魚味, 未食過啲煮得咁差的鰣魚, 而炒肉絲麵又乾和淡茂茂, 隻醉雞簡直係失敗, 啲肉無味之餘質感似刷膠, 花雕得酒精味,  而且老遠啲鬼佬大聲講嘈到我地離佢地極遠都被佢地嘈到發火, 坐佢地隔離啲食客真係貼錢買難受, 好心間餐廳咪種族歧視香港人, 見對方係鬼佬就唔敢叫佢地收聲. 間餐廳最好係個廁所企理同啲擺設尚算精緻, 但想長做長有唔該換咗個總廚, 人地三六九上海飯店好食過你的好多倍
