To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5月18日家庭5人聚餐, 點4小菜+上湯龍蝦伊麪，睇到第一道龍蝦伊麪已經反眼，食落覺得蝦肉是霉的，伊麪似水煮唔係上湯，已經冇乜胃口，跟住金沙骨就乾到似條柴咁，啫󠄁啫生菜就過得去，冇乜特別，跟住叫左白飯後其餘2個小菜就等好耐都冇上，飯都凍晒，吹左幾次都上唔到，等左好耐先上左一個菜，5個人對住一碟菜，都冇晒癮，但其他枱嘅菜一直不停咁上，即係hold住我地嘅單，先做其他客人，難道我人少好蝦d 咩，直到我話要取消張單先上埋最後一碟小菜，大家都冇晒胃口，極之冇瘾，飯都唔食就走，影響晒我地嘅心情，呢間嘢極不推薦，連新北江商場小舖嘅師父都好過佢多多聲。

網上見到下午茶點心叫3送1，大中小點同價，吸引我去試。下午茶點心選擇多，比較富x多。勝價比高，味道唔差。3個人星期六叫了12個點心，都係$254。每人唔洗一百蚊，抵食。

舊時中學住天水圍，約埋成班中學同學食飯，搵番天水圍就近大家方便，一行6人。店舖位於酒店1樓 但同商場通連，所以我地由商場入口進入，場內環境係長條形，還好不算太老舊，但同地址標為酒店期望上有少少落差，但不過不失的。酒店進的門面其實係靚的天花裝飾掛了好多白色波波，在裝修上其實見到有花過心思，但相信保養得比較不佳。容器及用具沒有太整潔，用茶洗洗勉強湊用還好，菜單價位跟民生酒家差不多 所以唔要求太高了💬 某些大品牌連鎖式差不多的心態吧因為大家都唔打算食太多，所以大概叫了7道小菜，真正嘅評價於此啦宮保雞丁像是沒有調味，同想像中出入都好大… 似家庭主婦餸…薯仔牛柳沒有鑊氣，汁掛不上，又係似屋企煮一樣… 菜料算新鮮搭救..小炒王呢度菜好講功架同鑊氣，但呢道可以話完全無，以為用電磁爐煮食，真係唔應該係酒家或小炒館嘅出品…醬燒雞呢道菜算係相對正常，雞肉稱不上嫩，但絕不鞋口，正常發揮

一上菜見到碟蝦餃皮爛晒🙂↕️見到都唔開胃咁基本嘅菜式都做到咁樣如果唔係近都唔過嚟食腸粉皮都未蒸熟，入面啲皮好黏滑係滑嘅，但係可以再蒸熟啲其他菜式就還好有待改善

很少很少寫差評，幾個員工服務態度極其惡劣,好似欠咗佢哋成家一樣,貼錢買難受,簡直不知所謂。胡亂入單,明明只叫老鼠班,被改成加多一條東星斑,好彩及時發現,否則被劏到成頸血！！
