難得好友返來聚下,相約到逸東軒飲茶,因為假日一定好多人訂定位先,見有3個時段揀,揀左14:30(用餐時間90分鐘),Thanks友人book位。餐廳裝橫是中式的設計,深木色為主調,感覺雅致,樓底雖矮但並不侷促,枱同枱之間有一定的距離坐得舒適。茶芥,每位$28,菊普,清雅的菊花香氣。餐牌,作為米之蓮的點心,每款都好吸引。前菜。脆皮燒腩仔,$268,招牌之一,口感皮脆肉嫩,味道咸香,美味。荀尖鮮蝦餃,$72,都幾大粒,外皮柔軟煙韌,鮮蝦大粒爽口,美味。帶子蒸燒賣,$72,面層有帶子,立眼個賣相有點似魚肉燒賣,帶子滑溜鮮甜,燒賣口感紮實彈牙多肉汁。叉燒蒸腸粉,$88,腸粉滑溜軟腍有米香,內餡叉燒份量味道鹹香美味。脆皮流沙包,$72。外層酥脆內軟,內餡奶黃流沙香甜,美味。叉燒蒸腸粉,$88,腸粉滑溜軟腍有米香,內餡叉燒份量味道鹹香美味。果然係有水準,坐得舒適,服務幾好,難得大家可一聚實在太好了。查看更多

呢間逸東軒係逸東酒店入面,連續9年拎左米芝蓮一星🌟,好多人食過都話好食同性價比高🤪仲有代客泊車服務,非常方便👍🏼一早book定位,佢會whatsapp confirm booking同可以預留食物添😺我地果晚就食佢嘅米芝蓮星級盛宴($938/位)🤩🔻▪️逸東一品薈萃所有食物佢都會每人一份咁上🙂呢個一品薈萃有蜜汁叉燒、話梅車厘茄同花雕醉雞😍啲人話逸東軒嘅叉燒好食,果然係好正!厚切得黎夠juicy, 肥瘦適中,好食😋本人唔好車厘茄,但係其實都唔錯,醉雞就standard啦🔻▪️珊瑚蛋白百花釀帶子呢個都幾特別,佢嘅帶子係連埋啲蝦滑一齊整,下低其實係好滑嘅蛋白,上面鋪左一層啲湯汁咁,不過有啲人唔中意食芡汁嘅可能會唔中意😛🔻▪️松茸花膠佛跳牆呢碗湯真係不得了,本來就咁叫都要$428/位….入面有鮑魚、海參、花膠同瑤柱😍真係好滋補,好味😋🔻▪️十頭飽魚扣南乳一字骨兩樣都好食,南乳一字骨,煲到啲肉真係勁腍!鮑魚都幾大隻,又係一啲都唔韌🙂👍🏼🔻▪️豉油皇煎班球原來條魚係東星班黎,煎到出面塊皮少少脆,同埋好惹味😛但魚肉好滑🔻食到呢度其實都好飽🤣呢個時候仲有迷你砂鍋和牛鬆炒飯、擂沙湯圓伴香芒糯米卷(係芒果有少少酸)同埋南瓜仙米露🤪真係超級飽!但呢個餐真係好抵食,果然性價比高☺️查看更多

幾次訂枱不果,終於可以在以性價比聞名的逸東軒品茗。米芝蓮星級食府而言,這裏的裝修比較簡單,格調也十分平民。餐牌簡單直接,最廉宜的點心$38便有交易。茶位價格十分合理,芥醬及前菜不另收費。帶子餃的餃皮非常薄,外貌翠綠,令食慾大增,目測只見青綠的菜苗和細小的帶子碎交織在一起,婆參的存在大概是點點膠質的口感,但依然與菜苗和帶子十分相襯。南瓜餃外型飽滿,南瓜粒和蝦肉在半透明的餃皮下顯而易見,南瓜蝦餃與平常的蝦餃最大的分別是南瓜的甜香和些微蟹肉的襯托,在經典中尋求創新。鯪魚餅混入不少臘腸碎及香芹粒為魚餅增味增香,味道平實簡樸,點睛之處在於自家製作的蜆蚧醬,油潤富咸香。腸粉是閨蜜的心愛炭水,近乎是必點之物,餡料選了招牌叉燒,叉燒口感柔軟,肉味香濃,還帶一絲絲甜甜的香味,不愧為食府的招牌名物。叉燒包新鮮出爐,皮脆包軟,叉燒餡料當然不可與腸粉的叉燒相比,但作為甜品,十分稱職。馬拉糕渾圓光滑,包子蓬鬆帶彈性,溫潤的奶香和焦糖香非常出色,美好地完結今天的點心時光。查看更多

好難得同家人一齊去食fine dining,我哋揀咗《逸東軒》作為我哋三母子嘅理想聚會嘅地方。因為我哋得三個人,所以唔係叫咗好多嘢食。湯我哋叫咗兩個「花膠鮮杏汁燉白肺 」同一個「金粟生拆蟹肉羹」、「馳名燒味雙輝」、「脆皮逸東烤鴨(二食)」、「三蔥爆龍蝦球」同甜品嘅「楊枝甘露」、「香芒布甸」同「香芒糯米卷」。睇落好似唔係好多,但大家都超滿足。環境方面一定有得輸,話哂都係酒店,環境食物方面都係評分極高,服務亦都好好,幸好冇遇到foodie所講嘅服務咁差。「花膠鮮杏汁燉白肺」 呢個係去到邊間餐廳,只要有呢個湯都會點嘅白肺湯。呢個「花膠鮮杏汁燉白肺湯」真係冇得頂,湯入面有大大舊嘅花膠同一舊洗得極乾淨嘅豬肺,毫無雜味,火候掌握精準,食材精華盡數融入湯中,湯頭濃郁得嚟夠清甜,杏味夠特出。「金粟生拆蟹肉羹」 呢個「金粟生拆蟹肉羹」完全冇得頂,湯羹質地綿滑,蟹肉鮮甜,份量足料,絕無欺場。粟米嘅香甜更加帶出蟹肉嘅鮮味,兩者配合得天衣無縫。入口溫潤順喉,味道清雅卻層次豐富,每一啖都係師傅嘅細心同手藝,令人回味。「馳名燒味雙輝 - 蜜汁叉燒、脆皮燒腩仔」 逸東軒嘅「蜜汁叉燒同脆皮燒腩仔確實係」名不虛傳。蜜汁叉燒選用半肥瘦脢頭,肉質鬆化,蜜味香甜恰到好處,唔會過膩。脆皮燒腩仔層次分明,皮脆如紙,肉質鹹香入味,蘸上少少芥末更顯風味。兩款火候都掌握得精準,睇徥出廚師嘅功架,係傳統粵式燒味嘅高水準之作。「脆皮逸東烤鴨(二食)」1 - 配傳統春餅、青瓜、青葱及海鮮醬逸東軒嘅「脆皮逸東烤鴨」一味兩食,實在好期待,第一係配傳統春餅、青瓜、青葱及海鮮醬,鴨皮烤得香脆通透,色澤金黃,入口即化。鴨肉嫩滑多汁,油香豐腴而不膩。配上傳統薄餅、清爽青瓜絲同葱段,再點少少海鮮醬,各種味道層次分明,配合得天衣無縫。整體味道傳統得嚟盡見功架,充分展現粵式烤鴨嘅精髓。2 - 「生菜包鴨崧」做得相當細膩。鴨崧切粒均勻,炒得乾身香口,醬汁調味恰到好處,鹹鮮惹味。混合一些菜類變得爽脆無比,加上熱辣辣嘅鴨崧,食落清新不膩,係一道好有心思嘅菜式。「三蔥爆龍蝦球」呢道菜絕對係一道展現粵菜功架嘅美饌。龍蝦球肉厚實彈牙,鮮味十足,顯然係新鮮拆肉,絕無冰藏嘅霉口。師傅刀工精細,每件龍蝦球大小均一,確保受熱均勻。加上三蔥嘅香味,增添咗清新氣息。三種蔥段層次分明,交織出複合而和諧嘅香氣,完全唔會蓋過龍蝦嘅鮮甜。鑊氣十足係另一亮點。猛火快炒鎖住龍蝦肉汁,外層微微焦香,內裡保持嫩滑多汁。芡汁頭薄而透亮,緊緊掛在龍蝦球上,鹹鮮味醇,帶出龍蝦原味之餘,更將三蔥之香融為一體。呢個菜式盡顯色、香、味、口感嘅完美結合,盡顯廚師對火候同調味嘅精準拿捏。甜品我地揀咗「楊枝甘露」、「香芒布甸」同「香芒糯米卷」,三樣嘢都係有芒果嘅元素,而且價錢都唔貴,最重要嘅係芒果唔係酸嘅。呢一餐對我嚟講係超讚,冇得頂嘅飲食體驗,我一真都覺得酒店嘅中餐係麻麻地,但《逸東軒》做到超級水準嘅菜式,真係好想試更多佢唔同嘅菜式。查看更多

Michelin One star for many years and we finally come to visit Yat Tung Heen, so many ppl coming here to have lunch and as we too haha, strong chinese environment and i like the paintings here haha esp three orange swimming fishes super lovely hahaa Deep fried Taro Puffs with minced pork and shrimp is okay but a bit of disappointment, because this one is one of best sim sim here, yes the taro is quite soft though not that outstanding, just like in other chaliu, maybe i have rather high expectation on michelin one star sad… Deep fried Custard Bun is a lovely one haha, it is made of mantou with custard sauce, i think the chef deep fried mantou which having yummy egg yolk custard sauce insides hahaBBQ Pork Pastry with sesame is the bessst one here here hahaaaa super yummy and delicious, in very good standard, i like the super friable layer with very good degree of soft and crispy texture i’m lovein it soso much loveyayaa this one is a must have item yaya, you know what i say when you try it, haha and the bbq pork is soso yummy Shanghai Soup Dumplings with minced pork is pretty disappointing sosad, really just okay, the one we tried in shanghai seems much more outstanding sad but they are so much cheaper lolllappetizer common beans with preserved meats is surprisingly good haha, i like soft beans and well seasoning bacons haha outsides:insides:menu:guess maybe the staffs are pretty busy because really many ppl come here, they always putting wrong plate lolll, but most staffs are so helpful and friendly haha, very good dinning environment, and i like the room of Yat Tung Heen haha 查看更多
