裝修後首次黎逸東軒食晚飯,之前多數都是中午飲茶水準穩定,近幾年都係米芝蓮一星餐廳,新裝修和餐具有一種古色風味,可惜樓底比較低聲音和壓逼感都比較大,今次人數不多所以叫的菜式較小雪梨瘦肉湯,清甜潤喉濃郁豬肉味非常足料北京填鴨配料新鮮,鴨皮脆但味道沒有太大驚鴨肉生菜包,鴨肉調味十足配合生菜恰到好處蠔皇冬菇炆節瓜.兩樣蔬菜都入味荷葉沙姜陳皮生煎雞飯,雞塊入口有陣陣沙姜香味,飯先炒後蒸,雞油和荷葉香味滲入飯中!

從朋友口中得知 佐敦的逸東軒最近被香港餐廳週評為「最佳中餐廳」,所以便約了一行六人一嘗逸東軒在此Dining Week 的set lunch餐單。餐廳環境高雅,每張枱之間保持一定的距離,給客人絕對的隱私。服務員的態度亦十分和善有禮。食物方面,菜肴都很美味,特別是第二道的灌湯餃和第三道的魚。此菜單並沒有甜點部分,因此我們又從主餐牌上點了兩款餐廳非常有名的 家鄉甜薄撐 和 芒果糯米卷。兩款都十分推薦,尤其是甜薄撐。

試過幾次定位都無謂,這次提早預約,可以再加一試吓這間酒店的點心座位與座位之間有點距離,雖然人流滿滿的,不過感覺不錯煎腸粉:份量較少,味道平平無奇,不過腸粉也滑的上素粉果:味道不錯喜歡吃清淡的你,不妨一試,賣相也不錯鍋貼:餡料滿滿的,而且餅底也是脆口的,不過較難分辨內裏是否有海參,味道也可以紅棗糕:這個值得推介,咬下去盡是紅棗的味道,而且不會太甜和熱熱的,也有煙靭的感覺,我十分愛吃甜品,所以推介這點心總括來說,這裏的點心不是每款也有驚喜,但是也很大路和口味也不錯

陳皮牛肉球以金菇菜作點綴,爽中帶軟,兩者十分合拍。一咬,牛肉球相當鬆化、嫩滑和富彈性,十分討好的質感!混入蔥花後,牛香亦算不錯,唯一是陳皮未見幽香,也許與老陳皮的價格高舉不下有關,這絕對不難理解!

而老爸在細研餐牌後,竟挑選了兩款炸物,以前他怕上火,故對炸物避之則吉,如今返老還童變得重口味,作為女兒不敢反對,只要他吃得高興便足夠了!

第一道炸物是荔茸鳳尾蝦 (HK$48),外形讓我想起炸蟹鉗,而更有趣的聯想是鳳尾蝦不小心墜進蜂巢芋綱,哈哈哈!

沒想到餡汁十分澎湃,一咬餡汁從側面噴射而出,失禮了,幸好沒影響到其他食客!整個窩貼的皮層均厚身兼乾硬,失去了生煎窩貼皮的可人口感!餡料帶有肉香,但海味婆參卻不太著跡!

兩父女的胃納也不大,四款點心構成六、七成飽意,加上三、四成家常閒談,構成十分歡欣的星期相聚!
