活脫脫是一個酥皮流沙奶皇月,酥皮外層酥脆而不膩,沒有多餘的油份。內餡是類似吉士醬的東東,有濃郁的蛋奶香,而且有流心的效果。加上上桌時熱辣辣,好味程度加倍。

光吃點心好像不太夠飽,還是來個粉麵較為實際。這個賣相要扣少許分,但味道是一流的。沒想過沒有甚麼特別配料下,光是魚湯也可以讓我們讚嘆,是呈奶白色的鮮甜魚味。
加上特別的曲米粉,掛湯得來不會容易變漲,將魚湯的優勢發揮得淋漓盡致。配料有豬肉絲、銀芽、雪裏紅、蟹味菇和白玉菇,長度和大小都控制得宜,吃得舒服。

總括來說,能夠用這樣的價錢嘗到米芝蓮一星的中菜點心,且用來支持良心企業,實在值回票價。

The freshness of the crab was accentuated by none other than the humble spring onion. You know the chef is skillful when the simplest dish with the simplest ingredient tastes the best. There was really no need to douse the fried rice with the Chinese yellow wine, chicken oil and roe from earlier dish, as suggested by the server. Coupled with attentive service, the restaurant lives up to it’s Michelin status; despite us not ordering its specialities of Peking Duck or Suckling Pig.

整體來講, 嚟依度飲茶唔係話好平, 但抵食.
份量正常, 味道都唔錯.
我地2個人total叫咗6款點心, HK$160左右埋單.
當中包埋茶芥 HK$28/位同埋加一.
你可能會話茶芥比出面酒樓貴D, 但茶芥包咗一款小食, 同埋佢環境都舒服, 所以我覺得個價錢都合理啦.
之前上網有人推介叉燒酥、紅棗糕, 不過今次個menu冇依幾款點心.
希望下次同屋企人嚟飲茶嘅時候有得食啦.
