當日下午去買半隻燒鵝,返家後發現分量比起以前其他地方買嘅都要少得多,大概相當於下莊size。疑心店家可能比錯,打電話過去,店家態度極為惡劣,不但不願意溝通,而且直接惡言相向,甚至直接掛電話。燒鵝本身味道不過不失,燒得有滴過火。如果唔係比錯,就係鵝太細隻,加埋啲咁嘅態度,唔覺得有咩特別到值得一星。係今時今日嘅香港都仲有咁嘅服務,我只可以講個服字,同埋以後唔會再幫襯。大家如果去開,亦建議小心check清楚。

Used to come here weekly after my massage. It has been irregular of late but I went today during off peak hours. I ordered the regular roast goose and soup noodles. Sadly the roast goose was all skin and fat, hardly any meat at all. I may not come again any time soon. The quality and quantity served needs to be better.

第一次去吃烧鹅 皮是脆的 。第二次去皮色偏暗 软多油 像是过夜的。点的是烧鹅和叉鹅饭 吃完出现不舒服的情况。(恶心 腹泻)不会再去了。很不快得一次。说是米芝莲餐厅 不能顾味道不顾顾客的服务 真的是在港最差的饮食体验。

難得可以提早收工突然心血來潮想食燒鵝髀瀨,未夠5點半就提早係晚飯繁忙時段來到一樂,坐低就即刻order燒鵝髀瀨。因為當時店內都無咩其他客人,所以上菜速度都好快。大大隻嘅燒鵝髀,皮夠香脆,皮肉之間又無咩肥膏,而且鵝肉又唔會干。瀨粉帶有油香但又唔怕好油膩,完全滿足到我嘅預期。另外酸梅醬係要問侍應攞嘅,唔會直接跟燒鵝一齊上。我個人就比較喜歡點酸梅醬食燒鵝肉。餐廳環境也乾淨整潔,總體來講都係對得住粒米芝蓮一星嘅。

一樂 is my favorite roasted goose place to go in central, but it was not as good today. The goose leg had a lot more fat than meat, the skin was not as crispy. The taste was still good but given the price is not cheap, not value for money. My last visit a month ago was still very good so it could be just my bad luck today.
