離晒譜架,居然有我最愛的羊腩煲供應 ﹗不過真係要冷靜一點,唔想太飽呢,都係食個燒味飯算喇。實在太多選擇,太多佳餚,燒味都還未試完,還有大量煲仔菜、小菜、蒸餸,全部都係我既致愛,睇黎要幫襯多幾十次先得喇 ﹗最愛蒸水蛋,其他蒸肉都係我至愛。

青紅蘿蔔湯,特濃肉味的青紅蘿蔔湯,一向燒味店出品既例湯無得輸,大量下欄骨肉可以餚湯底呢。加入雞腳、燒肉、燒豬骨,超級非常十分甜美可口,厚厚的湯汁又黏黏的,滾熱辣慢慢嘆,好感動呀 ﹗


雙髀飯免斬,雙髀流奧義,雙髀拍門,殺呀!燒髀髀免斬就食得多,雞髀都係第一次,師傅最開心啦,可以慳返兩錢力水。毫不客氣,一手拿切雞髀起就咬 ﹗好有份量好重秤喎,結實嬌嫩的白滑雞肉,高質依舊皮香肉嫩,實淨得黎又唔硬掘掘,彈彈的嚼勁十足。清爽雞甜味道夠芳香,彈彈爽爽滑滑不肥膩薄薄雞皮,加埋啫喱狀肥膏激射,甘甜無比。其實係膠原蛋白黎架,非常補身,梗係要一滴不漏吞晒落肚。


燒鵝巨髀一隻手都拿唔晒 ﹗脆皮燒鵝可遇不可求,擘大口狠狠地一咬一扯,嘞一聲撕開 ﹗肉汁油脂齊齊飛射,半肥瘦不油膩,鵝油甘香,醃味清爽,肉質幼嫩細密,舔舔嘴 ﹗要不停咬不停咬,一啖肉一啖蔥油飯,再一啖雞髀一啖鵝髀,互相交替,實在太奢侈太過份喇 ﹗


蓮藕豬骨湯,每一次例湯都滾熱辣出晒煙送上,湯汁香濃甜美,肉味霸道非凡,好味到想添飲呢 ﹗


蠔油芥蘭,Menu 顯示 $30 蚊碟烚菜喎,非常期待有幾好食。終於都見到真身喇,大大碌芥蘭脆卜卜有點渣,仲要有皮咁款,草青味強烈,莖部少少菜甜味,菜葉就鞋烚烚厚疊疊又帶澀,滾上蠔油會好味一點。


燻蹄切雞髀油雞髀飯,剛剛油雞髀賣剩半隻,嬸嬸話可否用切雞代替呢?無問題啦。下半桶子油雞髀,何解晒皮既?只剩下少少喎。玫瑰豉油清爽香甜亦不泛鮮雞味道,雞肉結實有嚼勁,半肥瘦特別吸引,薄薄略脆的雞皮十分過癮,看得見的肉汁,貴得有您的道理。


冰涼燻蹄米芝連級數,入口即驚喜萬分,還非常有 heart 地自調甜醋。坊間大多食肆都已轉用外購獨立包裝的甜醋,單調無味十分剛倒出黎的白醋。米芝連肉質彈彈咸香宜人出眾,滾上酸甜蒜辛味白醋好食到打冷震。


讓她嬌嫩的身驅躺在蔥油豉油飯上,跣入嘴裡去,塞得滿滿慢慢細味,所有味道與汁液混合昇華,無得頂呀 ﹗蔥油切得太大粒喇,太多使到有點反胃。我都係近四五年先食到蔥,對我來說草青味始終太強烈。


老黃瓜燒豬骨湯,無得輸的燒味店湯水,極濃燒豬肉味,湯質厚厚黏黏,味道非凡出眾,飲極都唔夠喉呀 ﹗


燒肉油雞髀飯,芥辣配燒肉十分大路,丹桂軒用芥辣配片皮鴨驚喜的美味呢 ﹗燒肉應真麻麻地,低於水準,坊間有一大堆食店都更好食。好似斬埋頭頭尾尾比我一樣,鹽味太重又勁多骨,肉質鞋硬,再加上不脆又韌的燒豬皮,真係要出多兩分力去趙先得喇,味道平平無奇,試一次便夠。


燒豬骨冬瓜湯,就連冬瓜湯都可以煲到如此誇張的濃稠,厚厚黏黏又帶膠的湯味,好好飲。冬瓜肉都充滿肉香,好食到停唔到口,太美味喇  ﹗


咸蛋燒腩仔切雞髀飯,早前燒肉令我非常失望,本打算比多次機會燒肉,誰知竟然賣晒,真係天意。仲諗住比您上訴添,無緊要,有緣我會再比多次機會您既。燒腩仔超得喎,跟燒肉相比真的天堂地獄。卜卜脆的豬皮,焦香可口,一咬爆開嘞嘞聲。肉質鬆軟棉棉,每口都射出肉汁跟咸香混和,趙得津津有美,搭上白飯更是天衣無縫。咸蛋太過削,質量強差人意,沒有半點黃油又乾爭爭硬掘掘,既然叫左都照撈啦,陰功豬咯。


叉燒鵝胸飯,想食乳豬但賣晒,唯有轉返食燒鵝啦。食得髀多,間中食下胸都好,話晒一樣啖啖肉。師傅我真係估您唔到,竟然比鵝胸較後位置,骨杉杉,骨多肉少,乾乾鞋鞋唔好食囉 ﹗已經坐得唔舒服唔開心,仲要無乳豬食,再黎比鵝胸仲要係近尾近背脊位,點解這樣對我?堅係嬲嬲豬呀 ﹗叉燒中高檔質素,半肥瘦豬肉味濃厚,淡淡甜味,但未見焦香,滿意幾好食既。


西洋菜湯,湯汁濃郁甜美,滾熱辣下嚥大滿足。肉味非凡,菜甜味出眾,拍手叫好,果然係西洋菜湯。


燒鵝上庄,索價 $110 大元,價位有點高呢,係咪物有所值架?胸肉軟軟棉棉,未算嫩滑,肉質未算細緻,香料味道清香突出,讚既係不太肥,沒有過份的肥膏,厚厚的鵝皮一咬噴油,免強吞下。滾上大量酸梅醬點綴,酸酸甜甜減低油膩感,開胃多了 ﹗配埋香噴噴白飯,淋上鵝汁,食得更滋味,一粒飯都無剩。


鵝髀湯河走蔥,完全跟河粉唔夾呀,好可怕 ﹗鵝汁清湯浸著實淨河粉,味道硬係怪怪的又有少少羶味,都幾難入口,沖沖倒晒落肚算吧 ﹗

情人節專程去食碟情人鵝飯,點知飯底過度發水變爛飯,燒餓皮薄過米紙沒有燒鵝應有的厚度與脆口感,應該話feel唔到鵝皮的存在感,鵝肉鬆鬆的沒有煙靱口感,似鴨多過似鵝(雖然佢show哂出嚟照計唔會假),份量除了兩小件疑似前腳小腿外,另外成排鵝翻開後發現只有超薄皮夾肥膏同骨寶全無肉,想揾waiter問下,但等左好耐佢地都好忙唔得閒招呼,最後食左碟無餸飯就走---出街食碟頭燒鵝未試過有好結果,失望。題外話,見到舖頭成車燒鵝無遮無掩放在通道好耐,忽發奇想如果有個客入嚟唔覺意對住車鵝打個乞chee, 唔知佢會點處理呢?

突然想試一試這間的燒鵝,聽聞好出名的。反正晚餐有點想食燒味飯,於是決定買了個燒鵝脾燒腩飯外賣。真係未食過唔知價⋯原來一個雙拼飯要$106,可能選擇了貴價燒味吧,轉脾,加$20。好貴,不過即管試試值唔值!打開飯盒,燒腩有4-5舊,鵝脾都唔似係一隻既,已經有點失望,飯的份量算多的。唔緊要,最緊要係味道,點知,燒腩有點梅,好似唔太新鮮,唔知係咪外賣,俾d差d既料呢至於燒鵝,其實都唔錯的,只是份量唔似一隻脾的份量,整體來說,以$126食這個飯完全唔值,如果想食燒鵝,或者下次下午茶時間食比較經濟吧這次沒有影相,因為無想過燒味飯也會寫食評,但係我覺得快餐店或者比他好,所以要發洩一下吧!

點了個
黑椒牛仔骨,還有例牌的下裝燒鵝,以及瀨粉。畢竟,如果
燒鵝好吃,相信也會有點油份,如果吃白飯,可能會更加飽更加膩,因此我也點了個瀨粉,寄望那熱湯可以解除油膩感
,使這次吃燒鵝的經驗更佳。

店員端來的時候,熱騰騰,出煙,嘗一嘗味道,
燒鵝皮脆,完全不覺皮韌
,內裏的肉亦都夠嫩夠滑,爽彈,鮮嫩,還有輕微酥香
。吃燒鵝絕對不能夠怕肥膩,如果全部肥膏都不吃,只吃肉以及外皮的話,絕對不會那麼香

喜出望外的事,原來非常著名的一樂燒鵝,其實內裏也非常新式,就像普通燒味食肆;更特別的是,原來內裏還有一隻小貓,間中出來散步,可愛有趣。


真有趣,到一樂嚐燒鵝,竟意外看見小貓咪,離開時又見到前港隊男籃代表伉儷。

一直光顧中環一樂,是食過番尋味的感覺。難得行山經過大埔,當然也要試試大埔這家的水準。大埔一樂除了燒味,還有小菜等選揀。一場來到,就是要試馳名燒鵝。點了一個下午茶燒鵝瀨,加上一杯凍檸茶,埋單$50。比中環便宜多了。🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩份量也挺多的,而且很幸運來了一個鵝肶。燒鵝很肥,皮下油脂清晰可見/可吃🙈🙈不過皮就略嫌不夠脆,可能不是剛燒好的關係吧。湯底也是意外的淡,可能吃慣中環的重口味吧🙈🙈🙈這家是抵食之選,不喜歡濃味就選這家吧。

而且很幸運來了一個鵝肶。
燒鵝很肥,皮下油脂清晰可見/可吃🙈🙈
不過皮就略嫌不夠脆,
可能不是剛燒好的關係吧。
湯底也是意外的淡,
可能吃慣中環的重口味吧🙈🙈🙈

很久沒有吃過一樂,都算是大埔有名的燒味店,亦剛好看到2點半有下午茶時段。(+$10)例湯,超大的一碗相比起其他茶餐廳,裡面也很多料,肉跟瓜都給了很多,相當足料。味道喝上去就清清淡淡的,不會很濃很重味精。($45)叉燒瀨粉,切了很多叉燒,點了瘦叉燒也不會很乾很難咀嚼,叉燒切得很厚肉,湯底也很香濃跟瀨粉很配,而瀨粉口感特別好,不會像外面的瀨粉一夾上去就爛掉,咬上去也有口感,的確好吃的😋。($45)燒鵝瀨粉,燒鵝份量都算多,雖然浸在湯上但依然吃到皮是脆的,很香的鵝味,還是很厚肉,配酸梅醬非常合襯。最後也點了兩杯凍飲,每杯(+$5),只選擇喝湯底飲品的話都不算很貴。

外賣燒鵝下莊外賣,鵝腿免切。一個鐘後享用還是美味。鵝腿的皮還是脆脆的,鵝肉也很嫩,酸梅醬更是提升了鵝肉的味道。鵝油是多了些,但就是這鵝油讓肉質更甜美。下次還會光顧😋。

I cant stop having roast goose every month as it is one of my love dishes. I went to tai Po only because of this roast goose. Hope it would be good. The price was quite reasonable.There was a cat occupied the seat, waiter helped to put the cat back to its home which was right next to us. So lovely. The roost goose was good, the skin was crispy, with the colour dark red so attractive. The meat was soft and juicy compare to other roast goose shop, it was worth to come only for this goose.
