大埔粉嶺之旅,由大埔出發,向粉嶺坪輋壁畫村進發。小妹曾與好友去過台中的彩虹眷村,想不到,香港也有類似的景點。粉嶺坪輋壁畫村的位置有點偏遠,但壁畫挺有本地特色的有,把鄉效與藝術完美地結合一起。只是,粉嶺坪輋壁畫村由村民及義工共同創作,缺少了有組織的管理和資金,規模較少,也顯得有點殘舊。不過,如友人所言,這樣,這個鄉郊不用被遊客攻佔,保持其寧靜。在空無遊客的粉嶺坪輋壁畫村hea遊,肚子餓了,返回大埔的一樂燒臘飯店,吃燒鵝去﹗嘩,適逄燒鵝出爐,熱辣辣,香噴噴,教人莫不垂涎三尺﹗不久,食物上枱了﹗燒鵝配瀨粉,完美之作也﹗「一樂」的招牌燒鵝,貨源來自東莞,約五斤重左右一隻,即燒即食。我們要了半隻燒鵝$230,侍應醒目地送上三小碟酸梅醬。剛出爐燒鵝香氣撲鼻,鵝皮香脆,鵝肉香滑嫩又多汁,肉質不韌之餘,又帶少少肥膏,不太油膩,配上酸梅醬,一絕也﹗瀨粉$15碗,瀨粉晶瑩香滑,軟硬適中,嚼勁十足。湯底熱辣鮮甜,再加上燒鵝的油香,教人滿足。 continue reading

難得黎到大埔,跟住地膽搵野食。佢地介紹左呢間燒味店,話出名同多人幫襯。夜晚大概8點幾去到唔多人,4個人輕易坐左張大圓枱,4個人都叫有燒鵝既瀨粉/飯望落燒鵝色澤偏深,油光泛泛,雖然好似燶左DD但食落好香同幾脆,基本上唔洗點梅醬都好夠味;粉既湯底係豬骨湯,比普通茶記既湯粉湯底濃DD。但係之後食落發現D燒鵝雖好食,但好多骨!無乜肉!係我地太遲黎得番D頭尾,定係真係俾好有肉既for碟頭飯? 由於無乜肉食,我攞左D隔離既叉燒試下,點知佢好硬,又無肉汁又無蜜汁,係就係啖啖肉啊但唔想咬喎....對燒鵝少少失望,對叉燒係大失望!4/50蚊食碗無乜肉但D皮幾好味既瀨粉,睇你肚唔肚餓啦,做宵夜都唔錯既... continue reading

外賣燒鵝下莊外賣,鵝腿免切。一個鐘後享用還是美味。鵝腿的皮還是脆脆的,鵝肉也很嫩,酸梅醬更是提升了鵝肉的味道。鵝油是多了些,但就是這鵝油讓肉質更甜美。下次還會光顧😋。 continue reading

周六揸車去大埔食飯,次次都經過但無試過,今日想食燒味,就試下一樂!先講佢價錢都唔平,點解可以係平價食肆林立既大埔區立足咁耐?我地叫左:叉鵝飯 一碗燒肉鵝飯 一碗聽聞最出名係鵝,咁就梗要試下啦。個鵝果然好食,但皮唔脆唔光滑,有幾舊有肥。燒肉皮亦都係唔夠脆,薑蓉又幾好食,差燒呢就不過不失,好食過某連鎖店但又比一d 知名老店失色。覺得好好食主要係因為我無食早餐,好好好肚餓,兩點先去到...講真呢個價錢就略貴,一碗雙併飯要50 蚊 無野飲,又唔好坐,唔會再試了。 continue reading

I cant stop having roast goose every month as it is one of my love dishes. I went to tai Po only because of this roast goose. Hope it would be good. The price was quite reasonable.There was a cat occupied the seat, waiter helped to put the cat back to its home which was right next to us. So lovely. The roost goose was good, the skin was crispy, with the colour dark red so attractive. The meat was soft and juicy compare to other roast goose shop, it was worth to come only for this goose. continue reading
