我們將戰利品帶回上房後是吃晚餐的時候了,今趟選這個Package全因我想試未踏足過的逸軒Yat Heen。我們安座後先嘆上一杯清熱的菊花茶,很喜歡這兒的工作人員會戴上手套工作,在這敏感的時間確實很想看到注重衛生的員工。我們的Staycation Package可免費在餐廳享用價值$438/位的逸軒御膳套餐,這個套餐總共有八道菜之多非常豐富呢!打頭陣是精緻的逸軒三錦碟,內裏分別是金沙五層腩、玫瑰木塊煙燻流心蛋及話梅聖女果。聖女果說穿了即是我們經常吃的車厘茄,師傅用上酸甜的話梅來醃製味道香香甜甜帶微酸,吃下爆汁非常口感豐富而且十分開胃呢!然後品嚐這件金沙五層腩,剪裁工整層次分明的五層腩吃下皮脆肉嫩,伴以邪惡的金沙一同享用真的很魔鬼呀!最後這一件賣相美不勝收的是玫瑰木塊煙燻流心蛋,吃時放近鼻子已聞到陣陣的煙燻香氣很是誘人。流心蛋上放了一片薄滑的啫喱配合香滑的牛油果醬吃下口感挺豐富,但美中不足的是流心蛋熟了一點點,否則這個玫瑰木塊煙燻流心蛋會更加吸引我。緊接著是熱騰騰的金粟忌廉蟹肉羹,擺盤極像西餐的蟹肉羹非常足料,內裏充斥滿滿的粟米粒和新鮮蟹肉,口感豐富之餘更是十分飽肚呢!之後這客宮保花竹蝦真的令我十分驚喜,件頭超大的花竹蝦口感爽脆又彈牙而且鮮味十足,配以酸甜微辣的宮保汁醬很是惹味。花竹蝦當然是吸引滋味的好物但也不要小覷伴碟的料頭,尤其是那清甜的大蔥弄得我將這道菜吃至美人照鏡呢!高潮迭起之際侍應送上這客矜貴的腿汁海參天白花菇,被宮保花竹蝦挑起了食慾的我已急不及待要品嚐這個菜式了!首先要激讚這個天白花菇炆至入味厚身的花菇吃下滑溜不已,教人沉溺於它美味的懷抱中喔!而海參口感也是爽滑彈牙沾上腿汁來享用亦不是省油燈呢!吃過矜貴的腿汁海參天白花菇後接下來以這一客養生桃膠浸菜苗來間場便最適合了。以濃香的上湯浸泡著嫩口的小白菜,還配上口感豐富的養顏桃膠好吃得一滴不留。吃到第五道菜我經已滿足到不行了!但我們還有三道菜要品嚐怎麼辦好呀!來到第六道菜是自家製黑蒜蒸玉米雞,可幸的是這道菜的份量恰好可以繼續享用!玉米雞顧名思義是吃粟米大的雞!吃下肉質富彈性兼皮下脂肪不多,加上自家製的香甜黑蒜感覺挺為健康。來到第七道菜娘惹咖喱豚肉炒絲苗,坦白說車媽媽已經扯白旗投降吃不下了!所以我決定包走一份然後跟車爸爸分享另一客便足夠了。這個娘惹咖喱豚肉炒絲苗真的十分惹味,而且炒得粒粒分明很乾身口感一流,絕對是試扯廚師功架的好菜式。終於來到最後一道菜甜品薈萃,這天我們得到的是糯米糍、紅豆糕及楊枝甘露糕三款也十分吸引,尤其是那個糯米糍外皮軟綿綿滑捋捋的最重要是一點也不黏牙,而且內裏的花生餡不會過甜很好吃耶!就連不好甜的車爸爸地非常喜歡這個糯米糍呢! continue reading

蒸既點心質素唔錯,款款都幾新鮮又足料,特別係鮑魚燒賣,點心黎講鮑魚都算係幾大隻😎不過重點都係d個樣特別d 既點心!黑金豆腐,外面係竹炭粉加墨魚汁,雖然吃落其實唔係好覺係加左墨魚汁,但脆脆地,入面豆腐好滑,推介!咸水角個樣夠晒cute好可愛,魚香脆茄子同埋菊花春卷都係好香口,賣相又精緻。仲有d燒味都幾ok,燒腩仔燒到外皮脆卜卜,乳鴿都幾靚仔!其他野食好似炒飯之類都係水準之上,整體黎講樣樣野食都唔錯,加上環境服務都幾好,坐得又舒適,間唔中就會去飲下茶。 continue reading

我都奇怪點解會咁易訂位,果然係個伏!枱同枱之間都有啲距離!服務員態度正常!但咁新既酒店點解中餐裝修得咁old fashion? 講返食物喇:蝦餃$78/3隻,入面係咸到扒街!帶子燒賣$78/3隻,上面一隻帶子,下面一舊黃色皮既豬肉,連冬菇同蝦都冇!我人生未食過淨豬肉既燒賣!炒腸粉質素ok!佢廚房野質素唔錯,點心款色小仲要又貴又難食!兩個人飲茶飲左7舊!真係附近愉翠間君臨既點心好食過佢極多,係極多!仲要係佢三分一價錢!訂位食點心前要三思! continue reading

想喺沙田區附近試下中式餐廳,加埋有點心,所以就特登黎呢間石門酒店試食,附近環境有工廠大廈,環境還可以接受。入到餐廳枱與枱之間有足夠空間。但食物及點心種類選擇吾太多,但勝在點心比較特別,個雲吞雞烏冬都幾彈牙,而員工服務態度亦非常好,疫情下希望可以幫助下餐飲業者,用某D credit card 比錢仲有85折添,但對出外食飯仍然有D驚。下次會黎試下buffet,因為餐廳員工極力推薦。 continue reading

酒店中餐一直都很有期待,聽說這裡口碑不錯,就跟母親大人來嚐嚐頭盤的竹炭豆腐真的很好吃,又特別,薄薄的外層,入面的豆腐軟滑滑無花果和牛粒也不錯,和牛軟糯,即是脂肪含量很高啦~~~對於和牛,我真的沒有辦法,幾肥都是會吃的‼️ 無花果很好,最近很多菜式都以無花果配搭,清新感覺,它又不是甜膩,少少酸,少少甜雜菌炒露筍跟和牛真是平衡了我們的味蕾,油膩之後來點清新的感覺帶子蟹肉炒鮮奶~~~在我印象中炒鮮奶是濕濕地的,很滑溜的,這個比較乾身,有點滯~~~我們吃剩很多,都沒有帶走 continue reading
