元朗有好多間點心店 ,基本上我都差唔多試過晒啦,而今日就嚟到一哥點心試一試!😌😌今日兩個人就叫咗四個點心:原籠鳳爪排骨飯$34: 正常,冇乜太大特別大件夾抵食!原籠蔗糖馬拉糕$21: 呢個唔錯,用蔗糖做,甜甜地但又唔會過甜,馬拉糕鬆軟。千島醬脆皮蘿蔔糕$26: 呢個係呢度嘅signature 菜,果然名不虛傳,估唔到千島醬加蘿蔔糕係咁夾個噃!上邊中加左大量木魚碎,增加賣相之餘仲幾好食!沙嗲金錢肚$24: 不過不失,略嫌花紅粉過多。題外話,雖然食物可以,但係入咗安排比較混亂,大熱天時攞咗飛我哋係第二張枱兩位,之後仲有兩個字三個後來嚟咗五個人,阿姐竟然跳過我哋,叫咗五人入咗,我立即上前制止,不然又要再等。跟住一直坐都有兩三張枱因為入座安排混亂,食客因此不滿,坐在我們隔離枱的,我聽到剛入座的她們沾沾自喜說:哈哈,竟然遲來先上岸!由此可見,入咗安排須加以改善,唔係就會趕客走。

題外話,雖然食物可以,但係入咗安排比較混亂,大熱天時攞咗飛我哋係第二張枱兩位,之後仲有兩個字三個後來嚟咗五個人,阿姐竟然跳過我哋,叫咗五人入咗,我立即上前制止,不然又要再等。跟住一直坐都有兩三張枱因為入座安排混亂,食客因此不滿,坐在我們隔離枱的,我聽到剛入座的她們沾沾自喜說:哈哈,竟然遲來先上岸!
由此可見,入咗安排須加以改善,唔係就會趕客走。

在這店初開時已試也寫了食評,一間很好味裝修舒服的店。更難得是開到午夜一時,就決定和老婆來吃個宵夜。先黎一個蝦腸,好味,腸大大隻咬落直頭pop一聲。酥炸豆腐,配上惹味的芥茉醬,要小心夾,外脆,中間的豆腐很滑,滑到很易順著喉嚨直下胃部。豬手,這個醬很濃同帶點甜。豬手咬下極有膠質感。非常好味鳯爪,大大隻唔散,有一種新鮮感,好多的鳯爪感覺都很梅很下欄,呢度就不會。龍蝦湯汁鮮竹卷,個湯汁極濃不過咸了點,鮮竹卷皮較硬,味道不錯但口感呢款不太好。最後是綿花雞,夠晒熱,重點是綿花好好味,吸飽晒汁小心小心入口熱親。但咬下果種汁在口腔四散爆好令人感到很滿足。現在真係好少去茶樓,呢類賣點心的小店更好。

今日去左元朗教育路戈邊搵野食,呢幾日多左吾少價錢經濟又新式既點心店,黎左呢間系因為某個好出名既艾豬用戶推介,相信質素有保證。環境吾大,不過枱同枱之間既距離算遠,確保有充足既私人空間對一間食店黎講絕對系一個優勢。金錢肚大大舊咁,再加上超多既沙嗲汁,味道十分濃郁,汁吾會好稀系潔潔地,拿捏得幾好,金錢肚有咬口,吾會系硬掘掘。芝士蝦春卷系今餐既主角,6大件勁多芝士既春卷,好邪惡呀,不得不提既一定系個芝士拉絲既長度可以去到最少一把間尺既長度😱入面既蝦亦幾新鮮。紫薯流沙煎堆仔,講真,真系冇乜紫薯味,不過煎堆既脆同埋入面流心既奶皇系好吸引不禁影一影個特寫。帶點期待既小籠包就似乎爭啲喇,個皮好似微波爐岩岩叮完出黎咁入面既湯亦吾多⋯⋯味道就還可以吧。

睇名以為係傳統點心白兔仔個friend,有菠蘿甘樣 😂😂😂 所以一直assume佢係凍既,點知係熱辣辣甜點 ?! 外層係椰絲糯米糍甘,入面個菠蘿內涵幾好食,但總體上比較甜同漏... 熱食就更甜... 我始終都想整凍佢 哈哈 食得甜既話就試下,或者人多都可以一人食半隻,唔係只會食唔到其他野 🙈🙈

春風得意腸 (有相)
依個正!我已經encore過 😂 腸粉皮包住一層脆既皮,再包住蝦同埋粟米呀少少菜甘樣。上面蟹子兩次都好晶瑩 新鮮樣。總之好食,睇佢啲腸粉皮甘樣,相信其他腸粉類都會好食。

芝士蝦春卷 (有相)
一碟有三條,斜切成六件 比你見到哂入面有菜有蝦有芝士,不過芝士味就唔算濃,成個combination都似係為加而加.... (同紫薯同一個道理) 依個我會覺得普通春卷好食啲...

生煎包 (有相)
原pan上既,所以影相幾靚。但好油,見到包表層全部係油,pan都係...可能觀感上影響左,覺得無甘好食。(本身我唔中意食炸包既,冬甩沙翁炸饅頭個類都麻麻,依個未必客觀)

黑松露蝦餃
我一路覺得依個會搶哂味,第一次無叫到,第二次呀妹話好想試就叫左。點知勁好食,依個會係我想encore item 😂🖒 蝦好靚又爽口 (其他蝦點心都係),黑松露味道係食得出香但唔搶味既。正評。

木魚絲炸羅白糕 (有相)
依個都好食呀 😂😂😂 炸野好驚食到厚粉,依個炸羅白糕剛剛好,又熱辣辣上枱(其他野都係,所以要等) 千島醬木魚絲都好夾,又係一個好既創新點心 🖒

以下係一啲傳統點心。

燒賣 (有相)
受靚蝦影響,成粒都高分左。但骨子裡都係粒普通燒賣,雖然好食但無乜創新,所以我都唔知點講啦。總之係粒好食既大蝦燒賣。另外依個點心我仲外賣過,雪左叮翻做早餐,依然好食,依個係出乎意料。 🖒

鳳爪排骨飯 (有相)
依個又係正,第一次叫可能會失預算,以為好似普通蒸飯甘細,但依度啲飯有成三至四碗,一定要share的。排骨份量有成籠甘多 (所以我唔會就甘叫個排骨 😂),兩隻鳳爪,排骨多肉又唔韌 🖒🖒🖒

雲耳蒸雞飯 (有相)
相比下就差好多,因為雞係雞件所以實有啲位肉較少既...

服務上黎講態度好既,茶呀個啲基本野就好快手,但忙到踢哂腳都有時會唔記得野,例如我次次叫佢拎外賣袋都要講兩三次先得 😂 但依啲都係小問題,我會繼續支持。😚
