I walked passed this new restaurant and saw the menu and prices looked reasonable so went in to try. You can order via QR code but you need to pay as you order or you can place the order with the waitress and pay when you leave. I order the 蘭州傳統牛肉麵 $68， the beef and noodles are good but the egg was not and the broth taste a bit strange but at least it was nice and hot. I would say the noodles was ok but not great. A legitimate institution serving authentic freshly pulled noodles. They have several different types of noodles to choose from. I tried triangular, first for myself, and must admit the texture was 10/10. The right kind of chewy al dente. I also had the mutton dumplings. Strong mutton flavour, thinner pastry than most and quite juicy inside. They are Halal and have some other decent dishes to try. No plus 10% menu price is that price.
