今日同男友行街街見有d餓就嚟食吓豆腐花😚記得以前細間d E家新鋪感覺大咗,但係一樣坐得好迫夾💦以前有卡位都仲好d,依家兩張細枱逼七八個人坐得好辛苦😞入正題,叫咗兩杯豆漿一碟煎豆腐一碗紅綠豆花一個粥同炒麵。煎豆腐冇乜特別ok〜碗紅綠豆腐花就有少少被騙嘅感覺🫢豆花雖然夠滑👍但上面d豆似糊仔咁好結..量又少咁就$40豆漿嗌咗一杯少甜一杯正常,但甜度一樣🤷🏻‍♀️叫待應換過杯都係一樣..當再叫待應對方已經表現岀唔耐煩…算。最失望係炒麵同粥簡直係嘥錢💸炒麵偏鹹冇乜豆卜得幾條菜..加少少辣醬諗住增加食慾點知鹹上加鹹😵‍💫個粥仲衰賣$30碗,又淡又冇料得d花生柴魚完全食唔到,比病人食?!Anyways整體差咗..已經比不上當年,食少少嘢已經百幾蚊埋單😢 continue reading

今天经過人和豆品餐室,就被豬大腸所吸引,於是就走入去食個下午茶。叫一碗唔夠,就叫多個鱼肉碗仔翅,是我中学時期的最佳小食。食落很飽足,很懷念往事。食物依舊,人卻老了。 continue reading

👍🏼抵食指數:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😋好食程度:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️喺銅記食甜品,唔一定食啲高級成百蚊嘅西式甜品嘅,喺渣甸街嘅一碗十幾蚊港式豆腐花,漫漫長夜為大家醫醫肚仔~ 今次叫咗一碗朱古力豆腐花,嫩滑嘅豆腐花再配上濃郁嘅朱古力鮮奶,入口柔軟而滑潤,有種絲絨般嘅觸感,傳統港式豆腐花,永遠唔會令人失望! continue reading

今日去開銅鑼灣,立刻諗起人和煎荳腐、炒麵和柴魚花生粥…😋😋去到發覺已搬鋪,雖然地方大了,但已沒有卡座,全部圓枱,收銀、廚房和員工已經再不是以前食開那幾位叔嬸輩,全變年青了。叫了煎荳腐、炒麵、柴魚花生粥:荳腐薄了、魚肉變小了,但價錢已加到$24/4件;炒麵變油膩了,沒有以前的乾身,荳卜也少了,整體炒麵也不及以前般好味道,而價錢也加到$24/碟;柴魚花生粥沒有以前般綿滑、柴魚和花生份量也少了,價錢已變到$30/碗。兩人各自叫了粥、一個叫煎豆腐、一個叫炒麵,埋單分別都是$54。今時今日吃個普通荳品小吃都要$54,難怪大家週末都要北上消費。P.S. 最後小記:朋友拿了兩張$54手寫單去收銀櫃枱,年輕貌美似係店舖in-charge收銀員一看說: $118! ($54+$54是小學算術題吧?) 想起以前叔嬸輩收錢都不用手寫單,一看碗碟杯數量兩秒加好,快而準! BTW, 雖然店舖員工年輕化,但現時仍然只收現金,八達通/微信/Alipay全部電子收費免問。最後看到洗手間衞生也非常一般,如非必要,寧願去地鐵洗手間好過。心已死,講完。 continue reading
